"Greetings." said Dyakida politely. She waited as Bhima spoke- best to let her handle the negotiating, if that was what was happening, being a friend of the ferrywoman and all.
So travel and guide both, then? That was well. Very well.
This 'Shiita' seemed quiet, her voice neutral. She didn't appear to say much more than necessary. No 'How is your mother' or 'How are you Bhima'. That meant that it would be a quiet, possibly boring trip.
At this point though, Dyakida would like a little bit of boring. She reached out to gently touch Shiita's shoulder, orienting herself to the woman.
"And you as well, Bhima." she said, though she wished that circumstances had been a little different.
With Shiita's help, she got into the boat.
"I hope our paths cross again someday." she said, giving Bhima a small wave. And she meant it.
