Syriacuth - Defending against V'ell HP: 42/55 Defense: 2 Jr.: -2 2 + 1 = 3 -2 = 1 Damage taken: 7
((*))
Syriacuth wasn't used to this. And he stumbled with his injuries and his rider's pain. Feeling that knife slash into his hide had him roaring in pain for others to hear easily. He stumbled past her and panted heavily, his hide leaking ichor off of his front forelimb where he had tried to raise himself up in defense.

R'an - Attacking V'ell HP: 13/25 Attack: 4 +1 = 5 Accuracy to Hit: -3 5-3 = 2 Damage given: 2 (*)
R'an stared in shock as he saw Syriacuth running to his defense and saw the blood. He suddenly couldn't let this happen. He wouldn't let Syriacuth be injured or die because of him!
He took a running start and lunged at V'ell but he was untrained and angry and hurt. He knew as he made contact that it wasn't gonna be enough but he couldn't stop now.

D'ei - Attacking R'an 1d6+5 Damage: 8
All he did was stagger. Stagger. She'd not been a Weyrling for more than a decade but the rules always remained - weyrlings couldn't fight. Couldn't carry weapons. Some part of her almost felt bad. The rest saw only a hide-bound bluerider stupid enough to get in the middle of the fight with the rest.
'Run and I won't kill you' would have been a thing a decent person would say. give him an out. That was when the weyrling decided to attack V'ell. Decent person or no, the brownrider wasn't about to let this puke hurt her. She didn't much fancy that. D'ei bared her teeth once more and ran after him to complete the stab with another.

V’ell - Attacking R'an HP: 26/30 Damage: 1d6+6 (+3 bladed, +2 hand-to-hand)
9 damage ---
He was taking her on - unarmed, untrained, and absolutely no match for her. V'ell made no effort to block the punch, taking the full weight of it to gauge his strength. An admirable effort, but not nearly enough. "Brave!" she called, a little mockingly. "Dumb, but brave."
Well, nobody could say that he hadn't had a chance to get out while the getting was good. It was time to close in for the kill. Turning away from the baby dragon, V'ell caught D'ei's eye, a silent signal to coordinate their attacks - and then her knife slashed out at R'an again.

D'ei - attacking R'an 1d6 + 5 Damage: 6
He shouldn't have gone after V'ell. Many people made that mistake; V'ell stood tall and angry, fierce, deadly, terrifying when needed. D'ei, shorter, plainer, most unassuming, did not look as dangerous as her snarling weyrmate.
They both had their tempers. And D'ei - well, d'ei had a violent one, especially when a person lashed out at V'ell or their dragons. V'ell showed her anger on her sleeve but D'ei, furious with the childs idiocy to both fight them and to fight with a terrified hatchling, stabbed at him again in time with V'ells attack. They'd fought together too long to not understand the eye contact in the thick of battle. Thrown off somewhat by a bellow behind her, d'ei did not stab as true as possible but - still.
Let the child dodge that.

Harmony - Cadge 2, edited for derp, she is not falling.
"Wait! Hey! Take us too!" Harmony shouted after the bronze as it swept down and grabbed the cadge that had just been opened. Those people could have got out onto a dragon, why had that stupid beast not-
Oh.
Oh shaff!
Harmony watched in horror as the dragon was attacked from all sides and then allowed the cadge to jerk, spilling its occupants out into the sky. Maybe she was glad she hadn't been in there after all.

A'nos - Falling
...Funny, it felt as though he was flying.
A'nos opened his eyes and peered around. He was still in the cell, there were bars... and yet he was flying. Was he hallucinating now? No, wait, up above was a bronze. Not his bronze. One of theirs though, it was-
The world jerked sharply and he tried to grab onto something to hold himself in place. His fingers brushed against a bar but he failed to grasp it and then he fell. The world sprawled below him, a hazy half unreal scene. Was this it? Was he doing to die here? Was any of this even real? It seemed so strange that he should have come to this, he was always so careful.
Water below, sky above, but no dragon. He tried to reach out to speak to Acriculeth but the best he managed was a surge of love and apology. They had made such plans, too.

Kesisk, Attacking Syriacuth HP: 50/50 Attack: 1d8+4 Accuracy: -5 7+4=11 damage
This was easy! Kesisk rather liked fighting littleBigs, certainly more than the really big ones. The gold rumbled a little when one of the allyhumans attacked 'her' target, but she didn't have time to do more than that. There was a dragon to kill.
She snapped her jaws, trying to get hold of his wing and shake. She would break him!

Brumath - Attacking Kesisk HP: 60/60 Attack: 1d10+2 Damage: 10
Since returning with Kleos the plain hided brown had barely moved.
No longer.
Up in the sky he scanned the ground below and soon selected his target, a wher attacking a weyrling. Eyes blazing red the old dragon folded his wings back and plunged towards the enemy. Landing heavily a short distance away with a heavy thump he flared his nostrils and lumbered towards her, picking his way carefully around the humans before striking out at her flank.

Suunath - Attacking Kesisk
Suunath watched over the gathered Trine dragons, as she did so she noticed that one of the weyrlings was being attacked, by more than one thing at a time. Now while she couldn't do a thing about the humans.. that Wher was another matter "LEAVE HIM!...FILTHY CREATURE!" she bellowed, not bothering with flight, charging right across the area and launching herself at the Gold Wher, jaws open wide in an effort to bite down and crush, kill, rend..

Suddenly, actuallybig Bigs. And they hurt. A lot. Kesisk bellowed and whipped around, striking out at the brown while her Kesin screamed helplessly inside the cage. "Leave her alone!"

Banshidheth, Attacking Suunath 70/70 1d10+5 Accuracy -6 3+5=8 damage
Banshidheth had tried to catch one of the faling humans, but it proved a fruitless effort. There were too many dragons all trying to do the same thing, and the risk of a collision was too great. The gold was forced to pull up, just in time to see the tiny gold join the fray.
That was why she was here. Banshi was too late to intercept the other Queen, but did strike at her.

V’ell - Attacking Suunath HP: 26/30 Damage: 1d6+7 (+3 bladed, +2 vs creature)
12 damage ---
Oh, and here came the big gold to get in the way of their fun.
Someone other than V'ell might have been intimidated; the gold was sharding enormous and very very close and clearly exceptionally angry. But the wonderful thing about dragons was that they could not harm humans. Not ever.
Which meant that the gold was just a big ugly shiny flying target, and V'ell knew exactly how to stick her knife in.
