The moment the chop block connected, Knight made it back to his feet and was quick to try and get an arm bar onto Jacob to wear down what would've been Jacob's best weapons.

Knight was able to apply the arm bar, but with the position that the two were in it wouldn't be locked on for long. Griffin stretched his leg out and hook it on the bottom rope. This forced the ref to butt in and stop Knight from doing any more damage with his submission attempt. Griffin was lucky the ropes were so close or his arm could have been badly damaged.

Knight rolled away, but when he got to his feet, he was quick to do a soccer kick to the left arm of Griffin as he was on his back still.

Griffin using the ring to his advantage pulled himself under the rope, the bottom one taking the blunt of the kick and keeping himself safe for the moment. He would then attempt to get to his feet on the apron, and if Knight came to attack him he would do the classic shoulder thrust though the ropes into the opponent's stomach move. If it connected then Jacob would leap over the top rope and try to grab Knight around his waist for a Sunset Flip Powerbomb. (Kind of like this, but no running and Knight not on top of the ropes.)

Knight had hurt his ankle by kicking the bottom rope, but as he tried to reach for Griffin over the rope, he was hit with the shoulder thrust, causing him to bend down. In that moment, Griffin launched himself over the top ropes and slammed Knight down onto his back for the Sunset Flip Powerbomb. The ref slid in to cover as he managed to make it to two, before Knight kicked out of the pin, panting heavily.

Griffin wasn't surprised that Knight managed to kick out. He was mainly focusing on damaging Knight with the powerbomb and further wearing him down then ending this match right there. Griffin would push himself to his feet and look to keep Knight down with some well placed stomps to his already hurting body.

Knight was hit with a few stomps, unable to retaliate as he held his body while curling up slightly.

Griffin would attempt to lay Knight out flat on his back with some more vicious stomps. If he managed to do that then he would violently spin his body and bring the point of his elbow down on to the middle of Knight's chest with one of his signature moves The Canadian Elbow (Pendulum Elbow Drop). This was a risky move, but Griffin needed to put his body on the line if he wanted to take down a foe like Knight.

Knight was hit with a few more stomps, but unfortunately for him, he couldn't roll away as he was slammed with the elbow right in the center of his chest.

Jacob popped up to his feet after nailing the Canadian Elbow, having been pumped up after nailing Knight with his signature move. Jacob would attempt to drag Knight to his feet and immediately try to plant a knee into Knight's stomach. If that landed then he would be quick to follow it up with a Toronto Style Backbreaker (Rockbottom on an extended knee)!

Knight was forced to his feet slowly, almost having no time to rest as he was kneed in the gut hard. He bent over slightly before the man grabbed him in a side slam position before Knight went to elbow him a few times in the skull to stop the impending finisher. If the three elbows worked, he'd follow it up with two measured punches to his skull to get Jacob to back off.

Griffin was smashed in the side of his head with the rapid fire elbows and the two punches landed for good measure. Griffin realed backwards away from Knight, trying to recuperate after the quick assault. Knight had left a ringing in Jacob's ear and some blurred vision that hopefully went away before Knight tried something bigger. (It is just another signature move! But that's ok.)

Knight saw Griffin back away as Knight was quick to try and follow, getting in close before he straightened his right hand like a blade and tried to strike Griffin in the throat with his Signature Knight's Sword. He needed Griffin to be much weaker to try and find that one opening he needed.

Griffin wasn't able to recover enough to evade the oncoming Knight, his signature move nailing him in his throat. Jacob Griffin was forced to his knee by the pain, coughing heavily to try and clear his throat. He shouldn't be down for low though and needed a way out of this mess he found himself in as began rattling his brain for something to do as he waited for Knight to make his next move.

Knight backed up slightly as he looked to the crowd, who was cheering for Justice. He nodded his head slightly at each word of justice they chanted before he got up and ran at the kneeling griffin, aiming a fierce shining wizard to his skull. If it connected, he'd follow it up by trying to pin Griffin, but a miss might end up costing Knight.
