Aislin sighed and walked in further to see if her eyes would adjust. It didn't unfortunately. "Well does anyone feel like sacrificing a piece of cloth and trying to start a fire with all this lovely debris we have? Or does someone hapoen to have a match? This is a cathedral. I would imagine there's a candle lying around somewhere."

Dara frowned thinking of anything that could give off light. "I don't have one either and none of my abilities would give off any type of light."

 The Next Shinigami ◆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◆••• Shira thought for a moment "Give me a second..." she said before closing her eyes and beginning to use her Soul Echo ability. She quickly shrunk the wavelength and formed it into a ball of light in her hand. "I forgot that I knew how to do this..." she said "Let's hurry, everyone before this goes out." she said as she held her arm with the light forward and began walking down the stairs. She kept her eyes mainly on the stairs in case any of them looked broken. The last thing she needed was one of her friends or herself to fall down a huge flight of stairs. •••◆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◆

Ina Zuma Ina felt someone tap her shoulder and looked back at Michi with a curious look. "What is it Mimi?" She asked quietly as the others went off into the door. "Is everything alright?" She asked once again.

As the group began searching and moving away the clutter of the cathedral, there came a light *thump* from a dark corner of the massive room. Shifting a small pile of debris reveals an ancient-looking trapdoor. It opens slowly, dust shifting off the top as the hinges creak from years of un-use. It's wide enough for even a large person to fit, but the inside is pitch black. You can't see anything inside. Somehow it feels otherworldly, as if there were no bottom. At least not on this plane. Though you're in a cathedral now, entering it could lead you somewhere else entirely...

We know the being's shape and size since the trapdoor was big enough for anything in it's same size, like a wolf. Grabbing a blunt object from the debris pit then tosses it into the hole wondering it'll make a sound. "...Don't hear anything. The Next Shinigami ◆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◆••• Shira stopped on the stairs when she noticed that there were no more stairs and that it was a drop. She quickly turned around "Going back up..." she muttered as she walked up the stairs again. She made it back to where Michi and Ina were and gave a puzzled look when she over heard what Michi said. When she found the trap door Shira walked over. "You aren't useless you know?...You just found this." she stated as she bent down and looked into the trapdoor. "You are a lot more capable at fighting than I am anyway. So if anyone is useless today it would be me." she said as she was thinking about what to do about the trapdoor. She could feel the wavelengths in there. But the fact that there was no sound of the debris hitting the ground proved that going in there would be questionable. "Anyway, you need to stop thinking like that. Your power comes partially from the confidence you have in yourself so thinking like that won't help." she said before grabbing a large piece of wood and dropping it in. She waited still "It is either an endless pit or a sort of portal..." she said before swinging her legs over the edge "One way to find out." she muttered with a small grin. •••◆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◆

As the two of them threw objects down through the hole, they disappeared seemingly into oblivion. No sound of them hitting the bottom was ever heard.

Ina Zuma Ina looked at Michi and thought for a minute as she looked down the hole, she then nodded at Shira's comment about her not being useless and hugged Michi. "She's right, besides I will never think you're useless Mimi." She said with a small, she then let go and looked down the hole. "Are you sure that would be a good idea, what if something happens." She said to Shira. "Oh I know there might be a rope around here that we can use." She said.

Her shoes suddenly adjusted and turned into her roller blades "I can use these." she told her before she adjusted her hat "I'll go down first. If it is a portal I'll send a pulse of my wavelength up before I go through... and if it is a pit I will just come back up then." she said as she seemed a bit nervous to jump. "Hopefully nothing goes wrong and I don't land in Harold's mouth or something..." she said. Eventually she managed to get enough guts to pushed herself in, her roller blades ready to activate so she could head back up if something happened. Until then, she free fell downwards, waiting for something to happen. •••◆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◆

As Shira fell, slowly the walls around her began to turn to grey stone. The walls closed in around her until they were the size of a small room. After several more moments the floor appeared below her. When she landed, she was in a prison cell. Looking up, the roof of the cell was above her.  Inside the prison cell there was one other person. He sat silently, looking down at the ground, not seeming to have noticed Shira's presence yet. ?????

She gained her footing, her shoes changing back to normal. Shira looked around before seeing someone else near her "Uh... excuse me..." she began not sure how to handle this "Where am I exactly?" she asked, being on guard slightly. •••◆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◆
