You would not believe your eyes If ten million fireflies Lit up the world as I fell asleepIt was shocking to hear Ayate finally get wound up in this fight. Levi had assumed he was a sponge that took things hardily without a care, but it seemed that when Levi actually got physical, which was obviously bound to happen when he couldn’t bat someone with illusions alone yet, Ayate got mad. ”I didn’t Ayate, I really did,” Levi replied hauntingly with a snide tone. Levi began to slip away again when Ayate started repositioning his axe so he could level it’s weight with one hand. His muscles flushed, and Levi let out an impressed gasp when he hoisted the weapon over his head and spun it as if it were a feather. Luckily, Levi was out of range when he spun the axe in a wide arc. With one hand out of commission, Ayate was forced to keep half of its length behind his elbow. Levi watched from a relatively safe distance, but tensed when Ayate painstakingly placed his bad hand back on the weapon. That wouldn’t do. Levi darted forward, his fist thrusting for Ayate’s gut, but the senior jumped backwards, expecting him to take advantage. He was learning. And he’d caught Levi unintentionally in a trap. Ayate sliced forward, and the axe came at Levi sidelong at twice the speed it had been going before. H could event hear it wailing through the air. Thinking fast, knowing that backtracking wouldn’t get him out of the way in time, and only slice him critically through the chest, Levi twisted his body and tried to tumble away. It worked. The axe sliced the gap of thin air under his chin and above his shoulder, an inch from his neck, a fatal shot. The momentum of the air nearly swept him along, it was so powerful. If Ayate hadn’t been fighting blind and edged a little closer, Levi would’ve lost for sure. Still, Levi recovered with the peed of lightning. He resettled his footing and leaped back at the giant senior, who was sweating like a pig with the effort of controlling that axe and gasping like a fish, foot flying in a roundhouse kick. It struck him meanly in the jaw, where his helm couldn't protect him. 'Cause they'd fill the open air And leave tear drops everywhere You'd think me rude But I would just stand and stare

Ayate Kengoro, 100% Energetic Muscle Ayate felt the impact and grinned dropping the axe and grabbing the leg with one hand, his grip was like a Garter Snake, Levi wouldn't be freeing himself any time soon from the grip. In fact Ayate used the momentum of the kick in a brilliant maneuver on his part, leaning with the kick and maneuvering the arm across his body until it would be the first to impact the ground, Levi would be dragged with the momentum and slammed into the earth. As long as Ayate could remain a hold on Levi, he could use his brute strength to pummel the other. However Ayate would have to win quickly for his strength was waning and he could feel it with every muscle movement. All muscle didn't equate much in a fight if you didn't know how to apply it properly, it just made you a bigger target, and that was what Ayate was, a big target with a lot of muscle but not technique.
"Quit hiding behind this petty trick of a skill and fight face to face, man'o a man'o. It's how conflict are properly resolved between two men." He grumbled this as he continued his maneuver, the other arm being brought up, tightening into a fist and then flying forward so that when Levi hit the ground it would flow directly into some sort of body part of Levi's. He couldn't tell exactly where it would land since he hadn't memorized Levi's physic or height. After all they had just met.((OOC: ))

You would not believe your eyes If ten million fireflies Lit up the world as I fell asleep"Uh-oh," Levi gasped. Ayate had managed to grab him around the ankle with one of those seemingly decorative fists of meat. The junior tried to wrench his foot away, but only managed to hop a little when he lost hiss balance, and Ayate started to yank him up, off the ground. Levi saw the world around him whirl, and heard Ayate's voice command a fair fight. All happened before the wind was knocked out of Levi as he landed hard on his stomach. His arms spread on the ground, and he started to groan from the impact, but immediately after he registered the pain, a new pain took him. He got cut off, and restarted his groan louder than ever when Ayate pulverized his spine with a brutal punch. "Heh---*cough-hack-cough-cough*...Says...you..." Despite the groan in his voice, his mind was working quickly, and he already had his next move planned. "And if the man's bigger than you!?" Levi rolled over, and the fog dispersed as quickly as it had formed, clearing Levi's canvas to work on. Levi pointed all five fingers at Ayate's face with a grin. He fingers waggled, and suddenly the colours, shapes, and depth perceptions Ayate had just had cleansed exploded into warped movement, wishing in and out, blurring and blending like a trippy tie-dye lava-lamp of illusions. It was dizzying, throwing off every bit of sense Ayate could form with his eyes. It was also disorienting enough to screw with your brain, making Ayate weak enough for Levi to kick and wrench his foot away while Ayate dealt with nausea or another form of blind fighting. Levi didn't spare him a second. He lurched back to his feet, while the crowd roared with excitement. It had grown while the fought in the fog and it was now loud enough to drown out Levi's footsteps. This time, Levi placed himself in close quarters, wedging himself between Ayate and his precious axe. He let out a flurry of protected kicks and jabs, tucking them back close to his body, leaving no openings as he avoided those beefy arms of Ayate's as much as he could. Levi, too, had real combat experience, having gone to police camp as was tradition, and training in martial arts since childhood. He warped it into a unique style of perceptive street brawling, usig dirty tricks and all the weaknesses he could, while keeping his own body out of harm's way. 'Cause they'd fill the open air And leave tear drops everywhere You'd think me rude But I would just stand and stare

Ayate Kengoro, 100% Energetic Muscle "Gah!" The muscled male cried out as he let go and took a few steps back, obviously not pleased as he moved his hands over his eyes. Suddenly fist and feet came at him, his armor making some bounce off like playthings and others nailing him in vital areas, making the male stumble back and back and back. The crowd moved out of his way, morphing into new forms as the two fought. Finally overcome Ayate stumbled a few more inches before a solid kick hit him in the chest, the armor denting inwards and making Ayate keel over, a fit of coughs coming out of his mouth. On hands and knees, Ayate simply staid there, sweating more and more, the drips forming a puddle of the stuff as his brain finally said that he was defeated. The axe disappeared and the armor became cubes as it slowly faded away as well. "Luckily this is all virtual... There is no such thing as this in real life." He stood up and looked at Levi. "You would use technique. No matter how strong your opponent a proper technique will put them under. I learned that the hard way." The large male then turned and pushed his way out of the crowd, clearly upset about something. When Ayate was far enough away his brow furrowed and he punched the nearest thing to him, and that would so happen to be a tree. Seemed like he would be spending a lot of time with these trees that lined the front of the school, having encountered them twice for two different reasons.
The facade was off, his hatred and anger were bubbling to the surface of being beat. Oh how he hated being beat. The one thing that struck his massive ego was being beat to the point of the show being humiliating. After a moment he let out a heaved breath and sat down looking up at the sky, clearly not in his mind right now letting it wander as he simply sat there looking at this wholly digital world. "What is so great about virtual things? Not like it has anything to do with sports. Speaking of which I need to work out. A fight is great but it doesn't help work on specific muscles you want to focus on. Hope my body transfers some of the stress to my body so it learns to grow muscle while I'm in here, or at least maintain my muscles as they are when I first came here."
With an affirmative nod, he was back to the semi-true self and decided to stretch first. His muscles straining limbering up each muscle as much as he could and as thoroughly as possible. The pain in his hand was gone, that would prove useful. Now to find a gym to workout at.((OOC: Sorry for making him get all mopey after his very first loss and as soon as we start. Don't read to much into it, he'll cheer up after a bit and the happy energetic man will be back in no time.))

Levin "Levi" Jude You and I left our troubles far behind, troubles far behind. But I still have just one more question on my mind... Levi ground his teeth together as he worked on Ayate. He had forgotten the armor in his urge to attack, but his combination of attacks winding off each other had to be continuous to take effect. Levi had the fear that if he paused or let up so he could adjust his positions to be more precise, Ayate might get the better of him, even without the giant axe, which was now steadily moving father away as Levi wailed on the big guy. Although it was painful, Levi beat down ruthlessly at Ayate. It was an amazing sight, considering how small the junior was compared to the giant jock. The crowd, obliging, morphed around them as Levi carried the fight to the rims, keeping Ayate on the sloppy defense. A chance came when Ayate lost his footing, and Levi was in perfect position to send a kick into his chest, hoping to blow him back despite the armor. What happened was much more dramatic. Levi’s foot plunged into the armor, denting it to his own surprise. Ayate finally keeled over onto his knees, coughing. Levi lowered his offensive stance and smiled with a touch of cruelty when the armor faded away, and behind them, so did the axe. ”You’re right, you’re lucky. If this had been real the fight would’ve been over when I fractured your wrist.” It was then that Ayate told him bitterly that instead of cheap tricks. Ironically, the corner of Levi’s mouth twitched up. Illusions were just as good as any technique. Apparently, this had been a hard lesson for him to learn that. Levi didn’t realize he was misunderstanding the context. Ayate suddenly swerved around and rammed his way out of the crowd. A murmur raced through it as Levi watched him haul himself away. A pang of guilt stabbed him. With the crowd dispersing, Levi rubbed he back of his neck, solemnly keeping an eye on Ayate as he marched away, clearly looking upset. I went too far, huh? OW! Indeed! Levi thought with a wince as Ayate stopped by the trees and lurched out, punching one in the trunk. Levi lowered his gaze, ashamed that he’d let his pride get ahead of his better judgement. He knew he could win, no problem, but that wasn’t exactly fair. He’d just gotten offended, and now he felt like he’d just kicked a puppy, rather than prove the honor and reputation of a psionic. After a few minutes of mulling over his decision, Levi sighed and heaved his shoulders in a large shrug. He ambled over to Ayate, hands shoved deep in his pockets, putting on his most encouraging face. When he approached Ayate, he tilted his head with a sheepish grin. ”Hey Ayate. You ran off before I could congratulate you; that was an awesome fight. Cool armor too…And, uh…” Levi glanced up above Ayate’s head at the sky and took his hand out of his pocket to scratched his cheek. ”I’m sorry for going so hard on you. It wasn’t very nice of me. I just got a little annoyed when you dissed Psionics. You understand, I hope? Are we cool?”
If you're the bird whenever we pretend it's summer, then I'm the worm, I know the part, it's such a bummer, but fair is fair...

Ayate Kengoro, 100% Energetic Muscle The jock heard Levi come up to him and the male sighed once more before looking over at the smaller male. "I don't deserve congratulations, if you lose, you lose there is no ceremony for one that is beaten. Also if one does not come at their opponent with one hundred and ten percent then it doesn't help with learning." He then let out an obnoxious laugh and nodded. "Yeah we're fine. Why am I getting all serious it's all virtual anyways! Not like any of this matters since this world technically doesn't exist. Wins and losses mean nothing here!" A smile was plastered onto Ayate's face as he continued to chuckle. "Next time though won't be so easy. I'll have you for sure. Now, what do we do now? Oh yeah, you said something about a topless female now didn't you? Let's go check it out. Seeing a nice woman after something harsh is always a good way to end hostilities." Of course Ayate had taken the topless female comment from Levi way to seriously. He also didn't know the rating of the game apparently, shows how much he cares about this experiment.
"Now to adventure!" He cried out pointing away from the school in a random direction. This would be the start of a very long journey for Ayate, that was guaranteed. "By the way, how many credits does one earn fighting someone?" He asked, worried that Levi might be able to gain more than enough of an upper hand on him the next time they fought.((OOC: Sorry for the short post, writers block as of yesterday :/))

Paper Satellite Levin "Levi" Jude You and I left our troubles far behind, troubles far behind. But I still have just one more question on my mind... Feeling more than a little dismissed when Ayate addressed him with “I don’t deserve congratulations,” Levi rubbed his neck, his face pinched in discomfort. ”Heh…That so?” For a moment, Levi believed Ayate was brushing him off, which dejected him a little. He didn’t feel riht about it. However, he continued, “Also if one does not come at their opponent with one hundred and ten percent then it doesn't help with learning." Levi wasn’t sure if this was a good remark or not. He stared up at him, a little lost. Ayate didn’t show anything on his face for a moment, leaving Levi in growing disdain, until his mouth suddenly exploded in laughter. Levi started, and despite himself, he chuckled along with him when he ditated that they were on good terms. ”Geez, Ayate you scared me!” he laughed, jokingly punching him in the arm. Unfortunately, the happy reconciliation didn’t stay happy. When Ayate labelled virtual reality as something that didn’t matter, Levi’s expression darkened a tad. His smile, suddenly appearing forced, looked solemnly at Ayate. ”Oh, come on. Give VH some credit. It helps a lot of people who don’t have much else.” He grinned and pointed a warning finger at him. ”Didn’t I warn you about taking things here lightly. Watch your mouth around me, Ayate. You tick people off pretty quick…And…yes…You’re talking about Moira. Well, I was going to find her anyways. I need to talk to her for a friend.” A wicked smirk took its place on his lips. He started forward in Ayate’s recommended direction. ” As for the credits for fighting, freshman will gain: 500 (vs Freshman), 600 (vs Sophomores), 800 (vs Juniors), 1000 (vs Seniors) “Sophomores will gain: 400 (vs froshies), 500 (vs Sophomores), 700 (vs Juniors) and 900 (vs Seniors) “Juniors get: 300 (vs the froshies), 400 (vs Sophomores), 500 (vs Juniors) and 600 (vs seniors) “and seniors get: 200 (vs the puny fresh meats) , 300 (vs Sophomores), 400 (vs juniors), and 500 (vs Seniors)”
