How do we gain more stat points? [If Possible] I wasn't sure if I overlooked anything.

We are still in discussion with crew on how to implement this. You will gain stat points for completing objectives (regardless of alignment of 'good' or 'evil' on the particular topic) as well as defeating special monsters and going up in rank. How many stat points for each thing previously mentioned and other ways to help the player progress is still being panned out.

I am extremely confused by the deletion of the parking garage. @.@

Why wasn't there a 'scene end' post there instead of a full on wipe of everything that was stored there?

Is the event into Balamb city canceled?

Can there be warning next time before threads are completely wiped?

If I'm a Sentinel do I have to have Draw Magic in one of my attack slots even if the sub-class I'm shooting for doesn't use it?

If you don't intend to use it, you don't have to take it. Sentinels and Technics both have sub-classes that do not use their initial Class feature. Magi are the only ones who are actually required to take theirs.
