"Ofie!" Bix returned the hug and in turn lost all his punch. The cup tumbled to the grass he made a sad face just a moment. He was happy to see his friend though.
"How are you? Did you bake these pies?" They tasted store made but he knew she baked. "Oh hey theres a new sun girl with knuckledusters. You should meet her. I wonder if she'll show up.." He glanced around for Peyton.

Gnat was suddenly passed by a frantic, flailing whirlwind.
"Oh, hey Jerry."
And then, without really thinking about it, "I wanna, l-l-li-lick you from ya head to ya toes," she sang along.

Ofelia shook her head. "Nope, didn't bake these ones but Ah'm probably gonna hit the mainland soon an' grab some peaches an' stuff. Wit'out that bracelet on Ah can do as Ah please now." Ofelia sort of stayed hugging onto Bix because BIX HUGS ALL OF THEM.
At the mention of Peyton though Ofelia's smile dropped entirely from her face and she let the other sun hunter go.

Jason wasn't a sun hunter, nor was he sure he wanted to go to a sun meeting, as he was pretty sure that anything involving suns + the training field, regardless of tempting food, would involve lots of fighting and probably something else that was both terrifying and likely to get him killed.
But on the flip side, there was pie...
Within a few minutes, Jason had emerged on the practice field, trying to pretend his coat was yellow instead of blue and that he wasn't sticking out like a sore thumb. However there appeared a few others from other divisions, so he relaxed, and grabbed himself a slice of pie. The pie was good.
The music was...well, he wasn't a fan of it, but it wasn't 'bad'. He may have even bobbed his head a little.

The words took a moment to sink in as he flew passed, and he stumbled, hesitated, and turned to blink at her. "You... I b-beg your pardon?"

Bix was still bobbing when Ofie let go of him. He looked her over, "You meet her already?" Or maybe a knew knuckledusting chick would spark a girl v. girl punch war?
One could only hope.
He started to sing a little. "Give it to me now..give it to me now.." He knew this song.

"I wanna, move from the bed down to th', to th' floor," she continued.
And then Gnat looked up.
She twerked on over, because it was probably the only dance move she kind of knew.
"I gotta k-kn-know what's you fan-t-tasy."

Rep stared at the place where Jerry had been. "I was..just.."
And then he was off again. Rep sighed and shrugged, he picked up a slice of pie and eyed it wondering who the ******** put fruit in pies and why there was still no chocolate.
He found himself also considering it had been too ******** long since he last heard music that wasn't confined to an ipod. Music deserved to be ******** free. And not sung by Jerry.

"There can be only one." Ofelia said, and her voice dropped at the end of the sentence. But then, just as suddenly as it had happened, she was smiling again and looking around. "What are ya singin' Ah dunno the words."

 Jerry wasn't sure what he was supposed to do. Did he dance back? Did he go get the ice cream? Did he try to replace the music with something less terrible?

Gnat stood up straighter, fussing with her shirt.
"You got any like, apple pies in there?" she asked innocently, gesturing to the pie table.

Someone may have thought this was a better song as well, and was even singing along with the new music.
"Here we are, born to be kings~" Sung Jason between mouthfuls of pie. his singing voice a little shaky at the start. Zanth was belting out the tune in his head as well, though he was singing along with the previous song as well and making rude comments about the dancing trainee.
But hey, new song was cool.. Thumbs up from the moon.
