Zack slowed down, allowing Seraphine to walk a bit slower. And a bit more quite too. She was used to walk around in high heels for a long time, but walking to fast – or even running – would make her feet hurt, so she was actually quite glad to slow down. To show that his apology was unnecessary, she only smiled softly. His next comment made her chuckle. “It could’ve been. It’s not every day you run in to another elemental” she said. Realizing she was still clutching on to her bags, she put the two she had in one hand and walked side by side with Zack. A guardian of lightning. Interesting. Very interesting, in fact. She wondered for a second if there were more guardians nearby and what elements they might possess.
As Zack came to a stop, Seraphine caught up with him and stopped right next to him. Why was he stopping? Though she soon got an answer to the question she had asked him – the woman she had seen just seconds ago had caught his attention. She looked back and looked her straight in the eyes. It felt like…water or something. Fluid. Seraphine did nothing; only looked at her and blinked, listening to what Zack said. “I think she-“ she started by stopped herself upon seeing the unfamiliar woman raise a hand and made a stream of water flow between her fingers. Seraphine only smiled back at her. She was a Guardian. Perhaps she was the reason to why she suddenly felt weak and tired, because as soon as the woman turned around and left the scene, her energy came back.
She looked at Zack, knowing he had just seen it too. But, seriously - what were the odds of meeting two guardians in a day from now have met anyone! At the same time as she was happy, she was a bit worried about so many of them showing up in the same town where the GK were almost everywhere. Things could get dirty in the blink of an eye if the GK decided to hunt them down. But trying not to think of that now, Seraphine nodded at Zack’s suggestion. “I agree. Might be good. And she might know something about that” she said, peeking back at the scene of the death.

Zacharias Ender Zachary nodded. Following a Guardian could bring a great defence in the war they were having. He began to wonder just what would happen if all the Guardians were together. Would it strike true fear to the GK? He believed that the GK currently saw the Guardians as small distractions since the time they erased the last generation of Guardians, but that's when they didn't expect it. What's more was that they were removed one-by-one. What would happen now if they were together and unified? What would become of the circumstances.
"Alright then." Zack began to walk. He wouldn't rish running once again for Seraphines' sake. He had never worn high hells, not that he would, but he expected it to be really difficult to run. The lady couldn't have gone too far. Though she left, he could feel her presence, however weak it was. Luckily, the feelings between her and Seraphine were slightly different, else he would have never been able to figure out where she left. He closed his eyes and sighed. There went his plane ride tomorrow. The company would probably have another fit for his dissapearance, but he didn't mind. This wasn't the first time he dissapeared behind their backs. What would they do anyways? fire him? it was his company. They would just have to live with it.
Zachary realized within minutes that they were actually leaving the city's premices. The woman was leading them away from civilization. At first, he began to wonder if this was a good idea after all. He then thought 'Why would a Guardian be against another?' and decided to push the idea away. Guardians help other Guardians. He had to trust this one too. As he began deeper and deeper, he began to notice a river running through. He never knew there was a river nearby. He was impressed and in awe. As he neared, the feeling became strong once again. "This is something." he commented. "What do you think?" he turned to Seraphine.

Rania Kai Verina Rania straightened herself up but kept her place, with her feet submerged in the water. The feeling of electricity running though her vains was getting stronger and she closed her eyes to numb the pain for a little while. Once she opened her eyes once more the feeling was less irritable. She pulled her feet out of the water and moved to stand, turning her body towards the forest. They're approaching, time to think quick. Friend or foe.She didn't bother drying off her legs as she moved along the rivers edge, it only took her a few moments to find the same man and woman she had saw in the city. She stopped a few feet away from them with a slight frown, the closer she was to them the more irritating the feeling became. She looked over both of them, a slight frown in place, she didn't know what to make of these people. She met both of their eyes for a second before turning and heading back towards her home. When she reached her small cottage she moved towards the door, leaving it open as she walked inside.
She grabbed a bottle of fresh spring water from her bedside table and opened it before turning to see if the two strangers had followed her. "Are you two my enemies or my comrades?"Let the gentle waves touch your soul and calm your heart. -------------------->Where: Home, by the river in the forest With: Zacharias, Seraphine Mood: Curious

Poor little Lulu seemed terrified that Frederick was so angry, as she buried her face in Spencer’s pants. He gently patted her head and put an arm on her back. He knew that he wouldn’t do something towards the two of them, but seeing as the little girl was scared he felt like he needed to comfort her in some way. She was – after all – almost like the little sister he never really had. Both she and Frederick were like his siblings; his family. A part of him family. They had spent the past few years together and they had always been good with each other and he had so many memories with them. Spending time with them was the best thing he knew. It always made him feel happy and “normal”. They didn’t care that he couldn’t hear them. Even though some misunderstandings sometimes when they didn’t understand each other, they still always had a great time.
When Lulu signed “I love you” at them both, Spencer looked down at her with a soft smile. It was really sweet of her. “I love you too” he signed and mouthed at the same time. “Very much.” Looking at Frederick, he smiled when the raven haired male said that they were his family. That made Spencer really glad to hear. Frederick and Lulu were truly his family; his older brother and his younger baby sister. He would do anything to make her happy, even if it was just giving her a cookie or teaching something new in sign language. She always seemed to enjoy learning it so that she could communicate with him.
Spencer carefully watched Frederick in case he said something, but he didn’t. The male seemed to be thinking. But of what was hard to tell. Though, most probably about was it about what he was going to do next. What was the next step? How could they possibly find the one who did this and find the rest of the Guardians. That was at least what Spencer was thinking. But instead of having Frederick saying anything about what was going on in his head, he pulled both Lulu and Spencer in for a hug. That was very unexpected and he did definitely not see it coming! But the blonde male just smiled and hugged him back. As they were freed from the hug, he made the sign for “I love you”.
Looking down at Lulu for a second and then back at Frederick, he sighed lightly but with a soft smile on his lips. “We’ll just leave you alone for now. If you need us, we will be around” he told the raven. He had a feeling that he wanted to be alone. After such a traumatic event as this one today, he understood if he wanted to be alone and think and sort out his feelings. That was what Spencer did after losing his hearing. He turned his attention to Lulu with a smile. “We should leave him alone a bit. You want to help me make a strawberry smoothie?” he signed to her, knowing she would probably want to have one. Sweet treats always managed to catch the young girl’s attention somehow.

Seraphine followed Zack as he started to walk the same way as the unknown guardian. The feeling of being tired and weak slowly came creeping back to her. She figured that perhaps it was because of the woman’s water element; fire would usually go out or just burn slowly when there was water close. At least she did. All she could actually hope for was that she wouldn’t feel too tired and feverish to be with this woman. But as for now, Seraphine shook her head to think of something else, as how destiny suddenly decided that three guardians should meet at the same place. Perhaps in was the death of the man from the GK. Would there be war? Would the GK come hunt for them? What would happen to the world if they were all wiped out one day?
As they were walking, there were less and less people on the streets. Seraphine had a look around. “Where exactly does this woman live? Out in the woods or something?” She soon got an answer to her own question as they got closer to the woods. The further they went, the more she felt like lying down and have a nap, or something like that. All her energy seemed to run out of her. Hearing Zack’s voice, she turned her head to look at him. “I thi-“ she stopped herself when she felt like someone was looking their way. Seraphine turned her blue eyes and faced the woman they had been following. There was a frown on her face, as she wasn’t too happy to see them. Their eye contact only lasted for a second before the woman turned and walked away.
“Hm… Rude” she muttered and looked at Zack again. “I think we should be careful, even if she’s a guardian. She didn’t seem too happy just now” she said and ran a hand through her wild hair to get it out of her face. Seraphine then made a small “come here” motion with her hand as she started to walk towards the woman’s home. Stopping at the door, the woman asked if they were her enemies or not. Seraphine looked at Zack and then back at the woman. “Friend sounds better in my ears” she said with a small smile on her lips and held out her hand towards her. “My name is Seraphine.” She knew it still could be risky to mention that she and Zack were both guardians, so she didn’t say anything.

Zacharias Ender Seraphine cut herself off mid-sentence, but Zachary noticed rather quickly why. Zachary turned as his friend did and noticed the woman they met before. She was merely several feet from them and Zachary began to wonder just how she was capable of getting so close without their realization. He continued to watch her as she seemed to examine them before turning away. She didn't seem happy, but he had assumed that there might have been a reason. Only then, did Zack realize that he was holding his breath a bit. Exhaling, he looked back at Seraphine.
Zack listened to Seraphine and took note on her comment. He didn't want to act defensive in front of a Guardian. They were meant to be a form of brothers, at least to him. However, Seraphine was right. The lady didn't look too content, but perhaps she was being on the defensive also. He knew Seraphine only a little, but he believed that he could trust her decisions. He had no reason not to yet. "Good idea." he replied with a light smile. He began to follow Seraphine to the womans' home. The door was wide open, welcoming them in. He sped up until he was walking side by side with Seraphine. If he was behind her, he wouldn't be able to do much to help her if something bad happened. He also stopped by the door.
Zack nodded in agreement with Seraphine. He prefered to be a friend than foe in such a place as this. Being a water Guardian, Zack believed her to be at an advantage of situation. "And I'm Zachary." he replied, scratching the back of his head, smiling. "I do believe you are too..." he looked back at Seraphine. If it was the woman that invited her here indirectly, what would be her purpose? Taking a better look at the woman, he noticed a match to her element. Not just with the bottles of water in her hand, but her expression. It just reminded him of water. Were all Guardians like that? Perhaps he had some sort of matching personality to lightning too that he didn't realize.

♫ Lulu ♫....{{ B r u n g e r }}

Lulu's eyes widened as Frederick hugged her and Spencer both. A huge grin appeared on her face as she hugged him back. It was rare for Frederick to show any sort of affection, but what little she received meant the world. As for him signing that he loved them back, her cheeks turned a rosy pink as happiness overwhelmed her. Even though this was absolutely not the best time to be celebrating, she couldn't help, but feel some sort of importance being recognized. She didn't mind feeling like this forever, but a thought came across her wandering mind... She wanted to make both Frederick and Spencer happy too. Lulu wanted them to feel how she felt and for that to happen, she would have to rake in all the Guardians she could. Once they were eliminated, eternal bliss would be bestowed upon all of them.
As she quieted her conscience, she noticed Spencer signing to her about smoothies. Her chocolate eyes lit up as she was more than ready for something to satisfy her sugar intake. She gave the blond boy a nod and slipped her hand into his. "What are we waiting for?" She rhetorically asked as she started out the door and straight for the kitchen. After her tummy would be full, she would go change out of her nightgown and into her clothes. The hunt for elementals was about to begin.

Rania Kai Verina "Friends...so you're fellow guardians then?" She took a sip from the bottle before looking at Seraphine's extended hand, "I don't think it's the best idea for us to shake hands, I'm surprised you're still standing. It must be hard for a fire guardian to be around a water guardian like myself. I'll try not to keep you in my presence for too long." She turned her eyes towards Zacharias, "And if this feeling is correct you must be the guardian of lightning. I know it's a little uncomfortable for some of us but I'm Rania, it's nice to meet you both."
She placed her water on the table before gesturing towards the seats in her small home. She moved towards the windows with her home and closed them all before returning to the living room and lighting her candles to illuminate the room. "I apologize for the dim lighting, it's kind of hard to get artificial lighting out here." The last thing she closed was the front door before returning to the two in the living room.
"I know this is kind of sudden but I wonder if you two are on the GK radar or if you're like me." She sat in a chair that was far enough from them so Seraphine wouldn't be too effected by her presence, "I was captured by the GK when I was smaller and the facility I was kept burned down and I was assumed to have died in the fire. For around ten years I've been dead to the GK and living a rather peacefully life out here. I believe this is my first time meeting a guardian though."Let the gentle waves touch your soul and calm your heart.

xxx"The poetry of the earth is never dead."xxxxxxxThe young Earth Elemental found himself getting slightly Air Elemental because he was unsure what the man intended to do with him. Adam knew he was not the most handsome of guys, but his attire seemed to be in check and so did his wonderful sense of naturalism. Why would I change how I look because someone else has a prolem with it? Adam had always asked himself this, but never found the answer until now. Boris wanted to make Adam look more appealing to the other Guardians perhaps to seduce them into joining their cause. This man seemed to be quite the sneaky fellow and it surprised Adam that he wanted to make the young man look nicer. Now that he thought about it, his hair did feel a bit heavy with some dirt and twigs. He looked down at his hands and arms to see a lot of filmy dirt. And even when he closed his eyes and explored his body blindly, he could sense all of the earth on him. So maybe he was a little grimy, who cares? Adam sighed, gently grabbing the Air Elemental's hand and using it to pull himself up, out of the comfort of the land and trees.
Perhaps, just this once, Adam would actually get cleaned up so that he could make a difference in the world. So that maybe, just maybe, the Guardians and humans could live their lives openly and with no fear. The young Earth Guardian stood, staring at Boris who seemed to be a bit taller than he was. They were both pretty tall and he had never met anyone that matched his height, except a select few humans. It's not like they were monstrously tall, just born with the tall gene. Adam laughed when he noticed the Air Elemental only had a few small marks on his clothing, "How do you stay so clean, Boris?" He asked this and gave a small chuckle, "Dirt loves to follow me no matter where I go, you know?" Though it was true, the Earth and Adam had a very close relationship. Always there for each other when they needed it in an ironic sort of way. Adam ruffled his hair and smirked at the Air Elemental and went back to his normal, quiet self. He waited for the Air Elemental to show the way to wherever it was they were going and made a slight bow to him as a thanks.

Boris observed Adams contemplating face before he took his hand, it was kind of adorable. The muscles in his arm ached from previous activities while helping the other Guardian to his feet. Tossing his jaw towards the way the came, as he announced "I know some extremely talented people who could fix us right up." Feeling rather giddy about his new found companion, Boris kept hold of his hand dragging the poor fellow behind him."I stay clean from the air rejecting things around me. I've notice it seems pretty attached." Boris slightly laughed. Striding along the busy streets his first task was getting Adam to a spa! Who better to get the guy clean than experts who work hard everyday to do so? They came to the finest establishment of such profession, most likely funded by the GK themselves. All the staff in the front room greeted the two with sweet smiles. Boris beamed at Adam, he was rather excited to see what the Earth Elemental would look like fresh and clean. After consulting with one of the young women for what they needed, the duo were lead to a large open bath. Before the woman was able to exit Boris grabbed her arm and whispered something into her ear, she then scurried off. He turned back around to look to Adam, bringing a finger to his own lips he gave a single wink. He started stripping right then and there not caring about having the other male in-front of him. The other guardian seemed a bit stunned so Boris offered a hand to help rid Adam of his clothing, before pushing him into the water. Chuckling at his actons "I'm truly sorry, Adam. Its just with you being an Earth Element, I figured you might be a bit hesitant to get into the bath...soo I gave you a hand!" Sliding in to the warm water after him, it what his sore muscles needed, a sigh of relief escaped the Air guardian as he leaned his head back. He cocked his head to the side to stare at Adam, since after all dirt was pooling around him. All sorts of twigs including fragments of evergreen in all shapes and colors. Lazily he pulled himself from the bath to get the forgotten and much needed soap. Instead of steeping back into the tranquil water, Boris jumped in to tackle Adam. As they resurfaced Boris scrubbed soap into Adams hair while laughing about what he had just done.

xxxxx❝Please tell me you're going to appeal to my humanity.❞XXXXXKeeping his back to the two as they left, Frederick took a deep breath and ran a hand through his hair. He walked through the room and thought about what he should now do as the new leader of GK. The first idea that came to his mind would be to head to his father's old office and check it for any more insights. The next thing he wanted to do was break the wall between his office and George's old one to make one, huge office and redesign the whole thing. He walked over to the window and stared out it. There were many people below and the distressed man wondered if any of them were Guardians. He wondered if the enemy that killed his leader and father was roaming the very streets down below, admiring his work. Hissing as he turned away, the thoughts of the young man slowly disappeared and were replaced with a sorrow at the loss of the man that raised him since Frederick could remember. It had broken his heart and destroyed every ounce of hope he had at feeling the comfort of a father once again. It really was tearing him up inside. Heading towards the door, Frederick's hand curled around the doorknob and twisted it slowly. He had to walk away from his lonely comfort. All he had in that room was a blanket of silence that covered him in a warmth and comfort only he could feel. Shaking it off, he opened the door and headed back down the hall. He turned into the room he had been traveling to and expected to still see a horrible scene; However, when the business man walked in, the window was already repaired and a few people were trying to clean up the stuff. A few detectives were still examining the scene for evidence, also. Frederick walked in and grabbed one of the many scrolls of paper Mr. Keilman kept by the cabinet of blueprints. Frederick began to outline the two rooms and instead of having the wall between them, it was one huge room. He left the blueprints there then went to dismiss those that were trying to clean up. He told them it was his duty to sort through everything, giving them a small glare. The detectives, although, had no plans of leaving and the young man was not even going to ask them to leave. Heading back to his blueprints, Frederick started marking points on the wall and doing the same on his blueprints. He took pieces of tape and stuck them to numerous spots on the floor, labeling each of them with the particular item he had devised to put in that spot. He was quite particular about where he wanted to put everything in his new office. He watched the detectives work and even offered to them what he had seen through the window, hoping maybe it could help them find finger prints or DNA tracings in the wreckage. Being careful to not get too close, Frederick kept his distance and explained everything he had seen from where he was at when all of this had gone down. There were a few curious parts of him that wondered what the detectives had thought about this. He wanted to study them and learn their ways so that when he was tracking down where the guardians were and profiling them, he knew what to do. These detectives were GK private ones so they understood that the guardians were at fault here. They did not spew crap that the guardians were not real. They could relate to him and understand what had happened. Though, in the long run, nobody could understand how Frederick felt. The only people that even had a close impression of what he felt were Lulu and Spencer. The only two that had even bothered to wonder how Frederick as reacting to this unexpected demise. He knew he needed to thank them for all of their generosity and comfort. They supported him no matter what and it made the tortured man feel a bit better about his future in the company. At least he could rely on them to reenforce his decisions and follow through with what he needed. Frederick grabbed another piece of paper and started a long profile on the guardian he had just found and encountered. He frantically scrambled at the desk, then pinned it up on the wall. He made another one that had each element wrote on it and a lot of open space. As soon as he knew for sure what guardian went where, he would make their ultimate profile. He just now had to see what the elemental that killed George was the guardian of exactly. And he had nothing but guesses for right now. ❝There are no men like me.❞

"Friends...so you're fellow guardians then?" Seraphine gave Zack a quick glance before deciding to answer the Water Guardian's question; she nodded with a smile but it soon went weaker when the woman pointed out that it must be hard for her to be close to Rania. Seraphine lowered her hand for a second before scratching her neck and flickered her eyes. "No, perhaps you're right" she said and turned her eyes to the Water Guardian in front of them. She was now focusing on Zack, so the red head took the time to have a quick look around to keep the tired and weak feeling away. The woman presented herself as Rania, which made Seraphine look back to her with a smile. "It's nice to meet you too, even though the situation in...strange." She could help but to wonder if the woman was always this...cold, or if it was just because of the odd situation. She hoped for the latter.
Seraphine turned her blue eyes to Zack when they were invited and smiled before stepping inside. The house was dimly lit but it gave the surroundings a cosy feeling. Though, seeing as she was of the fire element, she liked it bright and would more than happily light it up a bit more. Especially the living room that they had been lead to. She placed her bags down on the floor and had a seat. It would make her feel slightly better with a little light, so when she saw Rania come back and lighted the candles in the room, Seraphine smiled. "Don't worry about it. It's actually quite cosy" she said when Rania excused the lack of light. She kept as close to a candle as possible; being near her own element felt like heaven!
Seraphine looked at Rania as she listened to what she said. "Being captured by the GK sounds horrible!" "I... I have never really had much trouble with the GK more than being chased through town a handful of times" she said and ran a hand through her thick hair. The only reason she feared the GK was that she was scared of what they might do once a Guardian was captured. That was what scared her the most - not knowing. "But I'm really sorry to hear about what you've gone through" she then said, looking at Rania. Seraphine then looked over to Zack while awaiting his reply. Had he been captured by the GK just like Rania? In that case, she really, really felt sorry for the both of them.

Zacharias Ender Zachary took a deep breath. Each of them had been influenced by the GK, wether it was being chased, or supposedly killed. With luck, and pure luck, he was never really noticed by the GK with the exception of the lightning strike in Boston... And the transformer meltdown in Houston... And perhaps that other time with the power outage in his own restaurant. He, however, managed to leave the area before the GK could even get there. That was his advantage to being impulsive, if he could call it an advantage. "With luck, I can stay away from them, but that's probably because I'm always on the move. It's the advantage to having your own worldwide restaurant." he replied to Rania's question. Thinking back, he still couldn't believe that he hadn't been caught yet.
He was rather relieved, yet dissapointed knowing that both of them had been chased by the GK. With a frown, he drew his fingers through his hair. It wasn't long, but neither was it short and he began a habit to mess with his hair from time to time. "I agree." Zachary looked from Rania to Seraphine. "At least you aren't being chased anymore." He took a deep breath. If there was a problem, he felt that he could be the only one safe enough to get near that dreaded building keeping the GK running. He had only wished that he would never need to. However, they were together for a reason, and he concidered that it was Fate.
"This might be weird, but I started to wonder what our purpose was. After all, we are three Guardians who just 'coincidently' met. It might be me, but I feel like something is about to happen." Zack pulled out his cellphone and flipped it open. "6:21." he said. He had always been wanting to move around. It's just who he was and he needed to get do something.

Rania Kai Verina -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Water guardian "Ah, so that means your currently on their radar?" She looked at the two fellow guardians relaxing in her small living room. "I don't know if it's best if we stay together or separate then...I've been off their radar for years and I've learned some tricks while free from their watchful eyes. If they find me again and you guys are with me you might have to go through something worse then death..." She turned away from her guests and moved towards the kitchen. She grabbed a glass and filled it with water before returning to the living room. I guess it's better to show them then try to explain it. She placed the water down on one of the tables with a slight frown.
"6:21" She looked at Zacharias for a second before turning her attention towards the glass. She used her index finger and pointed at the glass before moving it and tracing a simple line into the air. The water left the glass and followed her finger.
"This is simple, I've learned how to control larger body of water but about the size of a small pond no bigger. I'm also learning how to control the water in the human body, it's quite complicated." She lead the water back towards the glass, "If they find me again I'll probably just be examined and used as an experiment, if you guys are with me you'll be pulled right in with me."
