 this is us playing pball at our house... i had those 2 lil kids on my team and still won most games (cos i'm bullet proof!) it's really good playing there cos though it's vegitation and stuff there is a load of hardcover and some areas really closely resemble a speeball or hyperball field so it's kinda like the best of both worlds. speedball but with camo or something...

both r really fun because paintball is the best sport ever invented but i live in atlanta where it is perfect for woodsball and i have a tippmanna5 which is more of a woods ball gun so yea.

Chrisb319 Well I really like playing woodsball but I know that it's just for kicks there really is no tournament play from playing woodsball. I like Woodsball because you don't have to be Duke Nukem to actually get anyone shot. In woodsball a novice player can eliminate a seasoned veteran and vise versa everyone is prety much at an even level. There are a bunch of places you can hide and sneak to tagg your opponent. Players in Woodsball games tend to be pretty cool. Speedball players tend to get very heated at moments and take loosing way too seriously when they get tagged. They will just flip out. it depends where u live because in newyork and georgia and places like that there r alot of woodsball tournaments. but i do agree about what u said about the advantages in woods ball. in speedball you also have a better chance of just being lit up. my friend was playing for the first time and he tripped and after he tripped this guy came like 4 or 5 feet up to him and just started lighting him up

I say woodsball because of the tactics you have to use, and it requires patience, which I have. It requires you to think about your surroundings just like real life war situations. Speedball requires you to think alot too. I just like woodsball because it is more of a war simulator style play. Urban playing feilds would be great with buildings and such xd

umm well i've got nothinkg against woodsball, but speedball gets you on your toes in a way woodsball can't. plus woodsball matches can get messey with the great outdoors [ie rocks and splinters...]
plus woodsball matches are long, and sooner or later, someone's gonna jack your paint back at the parking lot.

Speedball. I hate the crazies that go to the outdoor field just to unload like 30 balls at you and keep shooting you on the way out. And Speedball has way way more action.

speed ball all the way i would so much rather have people shooting at me that i can see than have someone a good ways away take me out without me being able to see them

Always fun wearing camo in woodsball & enjoy nature while you're painting it lol i agree that it's more realistic and it takes a decent amount of stratagy. it would also be awsome to find a place with buildings and such.
Overall, i'd preffer woodsball
Speedball is great for the rush you get but you go through ridiculous amounts of paint! (awsome sport but not cheap >_< ) definetly a good quick stratagy game as long as you have a good team to carry out the moves.

speed ball is way better i have to say just cause i like fast paced games then again woods ball is also fun if u lay around and wait for some one unsuspecting

Speedball is how i roll. but occasionally i like to relax and play rec ball. I played renegade woods ball a few times ( it was safe we roped out areas so bystanders wouldn't get shot) And that was the best woods ball feild EVER, not to big and yet not to small.
If I had the money, I'd do that D-day OK thing
