Ah, so that was it. Candace watched Rep, momentarily distracted by his glowing earring, before and looked up at the cliffs they had just jumped from. So he was being protective, and somewhat self-conscious...not something she expected from Rep. Well then. She turned to Rep with a smile, simply treading water for now. "So that was it. Well, I'm honored you decided to trust me with this after all." He could have continued to tell her no until she gave up on it, so she was flattered he did finally give in. "It is a really good escape, actually. Would you be terribly offended if I did it again sometime?" She'd been wary at first, and she had a feeling she would be for awhile, but actually doing it had been very relieving in a way.

Candace could see it, Rep not liking as much attention as he seemed to boast; when too much attention was put upon him he behaved much like a scared, cornered animal and lashed out harshly at everyone around him over any nonsense directed at him or otherwise. It almost made her feel bad for him. Did he ever wish to be the 'other' him from that Blue Kingdom? "I won't go blabbing to anyone about this either. Promise."

"I won't, I promise." Candace smiled. She understood. Rep deserved a place to let off steam and handle his anxieties, and this was a pretty healthy in comparison to how many others handled their own stress...herself included. "Aw, you're so sweet...I want to do it one more time." Twice would be enough. She was feeling pretty good, she just wanted to feel that rush one more time.
