Amphi hissed as she felt Nahm join her at the beginning of the area and looked him over.
"I'm so sorry Nahm...I didn't know it was a trap." WOULD HE EVER FORGIVE HER?
"do...do you want to try again?" Just as the words left her mouth, the skittering of bugs swarmed them and she squealed.

"Yeah, it's an ancient tomb, there's gonna be traps," Nahm shrugged it off. "That's how the world works. Gotta say I'd've been disappointed if there weren't any." He eyed her curiously. "I'll try to stay with you better when we get back down there. Couldn't see real good in all that haze. Did the naga get you?" At the sudden skittering crackling sound of the swarm, he turned sharply; it was the work of only a moment to pull his scarf away from his face, and Amphi might have caught a brief glimpse of his jaw unhinging and dropping down as he lunged and snapped at the swarm. The bugs swarmed and bit at him, but a loud crunching noise announced that Nahm had bitten back. HP: 25/30 Damage: 2 Boss HP: 48/50

The mermaid sighed and shook her head. "Yeah but I've been triggering them all Nahm. You'd be ten times of better if it wasn't for me." We'll Amphi now would be the time to make up for it.
"I didn't see a naga or anything." Just lots of wall. She tried her best not to squeal when bugs attack her and swiped out at them with her hand. There was always time for boobs.He might have been pretty impressed with how many of the bugs Amphi swatted out of the air, because he only managed to snap a couple down. "Oh well...Um..." She was blushing all over again at the Grue. "You are....such a good flatterer...." AND HIS WORDS WERE TERRIBLY DISTRACTING THE MERMAID.
She made sure to keep a watchful eye on Nahm though, knowing that he was a first year only meant one thing to Amphi, Protect and heal him as much as she could. Amphi was too busy trying to fend off the bugs from swarming Nahm to notice that he was getting lunch in the deal.

Either the bugs were getting smarter or his luck had run out; when Nahm tried to sweep another cluster towards his mouth, the cloud just parted around his arm and swarmed past to sting him.

Amphi stop mid attack, her hands glowing with blue FEAR as she whipped over to Nahm and narrowed her eyes at him.
"Nahm, Next time tell me that you are getting tired!" She reached over and rubbed her hands over his shoulders and arms, working her FEAR into his....except it backfired on her and hurt her more then it should've.

And after destroying the nest, Amphi heaved a breath before coming over to Nahm, frowning.
