Sap laughed, things forgotten.
"Oh, I don't know!" so many things. They all smelled delicious and made her mouth water.
"Caelia? I don't know what to eat..." she whined, overwhelmed.

 Caelia simply laughed. "That tends to be a problem here !" She rarely could decide herself - everything looked so tasty.
Augury would blink, looking around at the various choices. "Oh, this one is good !" She would drag her friend by the hand toward the stall. "You like salads, right ? Those are nice salads."
Liking plants, liking salads, same thing right ?

Zero Dream Her mother is your character too, right?
They looked like bunches of plants and stuff with oils and other things on it. It looked good.
"I might!" she said, trusting her new friend to know, "But theres so many... salads!"
Many many many, much much much, ahhhh!
"You pick, you pick!" she said, laughing and poking Caelia.The little kid knew better than her! She just would trade for the wine.

Silly Sap. She was the one who would eat it !
But she could pick a good one. Caelia let out a little thoughtful noise. Colorful meant better, right ? Of course it did. Colorful things were always tasty. Like candy.
There was one with strawberries in it. Strawberries were good, so the salad would be good too, right ? "This one ?" She pointed toward it in the stand.DraconicFeline Neh, I play her father. Medea plays her mother. x3

Zero Dream How much of a scolding do you think they are in for?
Fruit her unreliable thoughts told her.
Really? Fruit? How would that taste with the oils and salts?
Colorful was pretty! Could she eat something pretty?
Yes. Pretty things were perfectly edible. Some were.
"Okay!" she said, following her little goddess friend.
Surely she could trade wine for this, and then she would have food. Yummy food. Food made from vegetables! She could make this food, even if she didn't remember how! It was easy!

Trading would definitively be easy, and the stand keeper would insist that she take a little something for herself, so both girls would leave with something to eat - Caelia with a fruit salad. and Sap with her bowl of salad.
"See ? Easy peasy." Caelia grinned as she sought out somewhere where they could sit and eat.DraconicFeline Ankou probably won't notice. He's not father of the year. razz

Trading was easy and fun at the same time!
"Mmmhmm! Easy Peasy!" she didn't know what a 'Peasy' was, but maybe it had to do with the salads.
Someplace to eat? Sap hadn't even thought about that. She was ready to eat it all where she stood, pretty much!
"Theres a nice rock over there?" she offered, pointing with her eating utensil.

"That works !" Caelia laughed. That was a nice rock, yes indeed. It was big enough that they both could sit on it !
The little goddess would waste no time in starting to eat her fruits. "Do you like it, Sap ?" Hopefully she did - if her friend didn't like her salad, well, it was Augury's fault because she'd been the one to tell her to take that one !DraconicFeline We can probably wrap this up after they ate ? smile

Zero Dream Sure~ Any ideas for another RP?
It was so crunchy and full of water and life! Some vegetables crunched differently than others, some were sweeter or more bitter, some were dryer, some were wet... The sheer variety of textures was wonderful to her. The other things in the salad exploded with flavors and just were harmonious. With everything. And the world.
She loved salads.
And and and, the little bit of fruit went so well with it, a nice little zest right when she needed it to cancel the bitterness. And the dressing! Oil (oil was always tasty, she bet. Like butter, but this wasn't butter. She didn't think butter would be tasty on a Salad) and acid and salt and... well... everything she needed to make all the flavors happen.
It chewed well in her mouth, swallowed well in her throat, and made her stomach happy.
"Mmhmm!" Sap said, mouth full/ She chewed and swallowed.
"I love it!" she thought for a moment, "Its not as yummy as the cookie, though." she said with certainty. She wasn't sure what could be as yummy as a cookie without actually being another cookie.
She smiled sunnily at Caelia.
"I'm glad i met you! I got to have cookies and salads! My new favorite things!" she said, laughing. "I mean, plants are my favorite things, but Salads have plants so that counts, right?"

Yay ! Sap liked her salad ! This all was well in Caelia's world. "Im glad you like it !" She grinned wide. "Cookies are the best, but mama said only eating cookies is bad." Augury nodded sagely. Her mother knew best, of course.

"Oh good!" if Caelia said it counted, then it did. Sap wondered what else counted. She woudl have to find out, wouldn't she?
"So..." she chewed down some more of her salad. She'd run out of salad eventually and that would be unfortunate, but she'd at least be full.
"What do you wanna do next?"

"Ummm...." She chewed on a strawberry thoughtfully. "I should go back home soon." Not that she wanted to, but... She needed to be back at the pantheon, preferably before anyone noticed she was gone. "My mom will worry if she sees im gone."
More like probably be very, very annoyed that she'd hightailed it again. That never tended to end well for Caelia, though the found this whole thing unfair. Her father could simply leave and come back as he wished !

"Home?" did that mean that the fun day was over? Sap hoped not! She liked going to the market and having fun and gardening and hanging around with her new friend Caelia!
"Can I come with you?" she asked. Mom was the person who raised you, right? She wasn't entirely clear, but fathers were male so mothers must be the female version of fathers.
An image of silver leaves flashed in her mind and was briefly forgotten.
Well cool! Caelia had a mom!
"... and meet your mom?"

It was quite tempting to say yes, really, but her mother seemed to know everything, so she was probably already aware that she'd skipped out of the gardens when she wasn't supposed to. Bringing someone back home wouldn't make her mother any happier and her punishment would probably be worse.
"Maybe later, Sap ? I... wasn't supposed to get out of the garden without telling her." And what had she just done ? Yeah.

"Oh.." Sap's face, unaccustomed to deception, fell. She poked at the remains of her salad, which admittedly wasn't much by this point.
"Okay. Well..."
She was feeling a bit deflated.
"I guess... I'll just have to..." She could find her way back to the garden, right? It was the only place she really knew... "Go back to the garden and..." wait.
