Everything I see is so beautiful...

Atsuma Shihōin
After You Have Gone

Yet As I look At you...

Atsuma realized what he had been doing wrong with the Pi Gua Quan stance. It was all in his hands and arms. His hands were fists when they should have been open and his arms were very stiff. He needed to find a way to relax. That wasn't too hard since there was no longer anyone around. Only the animals of the forest and the forest itself. The next time he performed the stance it was unlike anything he had felt before. It was transcendent in a way. "I think i'm going to like this style." And he would. This style together Stone Body and Six Harmonies would lay the foundation for his combos.

Eagle Peck would be the next technique to fall prey to Atsuma's insatiable appetite for taijutsu knowledge. The name fit nicely. It was a stike from a high angle dealing damage through focus and not raw power. Positioning himself on his knees Atsuma looked down at the ground focusing on specific spots to strike with an open palm. The first swat was anything, but perfect. The ground exploded all over the place even to the inconveniance of Atsuma who got dirt in his eyes. "Ok, lets try that one again shall we?" The second time Atsuma did not rely soley on his strength. He needed to erase all notion of raw power from his mind. "Hai!" Focusing on that one spot he chose, Atsuma swatted the ground with a different ending than before. The ground instead of exploding imploded. The energy from the strike lost forever inside of the earth. If that had been a body the opponent would certainly be done for.

The final technique of Stage One was called Spinning Palm Strike. A move much like a very advanced technique of the Kaguya clan that Atsuma simply could not control at his current level of power. Standing on his right foot with both arms down, Atsuma started spinning uncontrollably. "Oh dear..." He mumbled before he halted causing his body to launch head first into a tree. A few more tries would allow Atsuma to see the imperfections he had been commiting such as the double hands and using too much power when spinning.

Sukōchi Kiseru
Kiseru & Shakuton | Dual Bloodline | Genin | Tsukigakure | Chakra Pool: 20/20

White hair blew along with a breeze, glistening in the light. The absence of color was so entrancing it was as if it was a new shade, one of beauty and perfection of purity. It was a shame that such absolute beauty was attached to such a vulgar human being. Sukōchi stood at the shore of the pond now, taking small tokes from what was now his seventh cigarette, and was coughing up a storm. Anyone that was nearby his area of the forest would know he was there because the amount of smoke that was being coughed up was so dense, that it even choked out a lot of the forest life that had been living there. Along with the coughing and the stinging that smoke would bring to someone, the smoke that came from Sukōchi caused what seemed to be a burning effect. Grass had been wilting and would be singed from heat, almost as if it was caught ablaze. The faces of trees in the denser areas of the smoke were blackened by the heat. This boy's blood was special, containing both the Shakuton element and the blood of the Kiseru Clan, a people whom could release and control smoke. Sukōchi lived in this smoke, as if was always around his body. He knew what it was like to be around heat and has actually adjusted to it. Even eating a hot meal doesn't really phase him. Onlookers may think her doesn't even feel heat at all. Because of his tolerance, he had definitely been attuned to using Katon ninjutsu, such as the one he was about to practice. The snowy-haired boy of the burning smoke was concentrating air into his lungs by sucking it in through his cigarette. He used this almost like a catalyst to kick-start a flame inside. This worked almost just in that way. A spark warmed up the air and rapidly exploded into a roaring inferno that Sukōchi let loose from his lung and out through his mouth and four, short blasts that shot upward and then swerved around, thus falling into the calm waters of the pond. The water were hardly disturbed and son returned to their peaceful state. Immeditately afterward, Sukōchi began to suffer from a bad coughing fit, which brought him to his knees. This curse of the Kiseru was something that would plague this boy for the rest of his life. Forever would he be uncontrollably hacking and spitting from his lungs.

• Mythical Fire Flower
The user will focus their chakra towards their mouth in the form of heat to begin the technique. After taking in a deep breath, they will expel it at once, shooting multiple blasts of fire outward. Shurikens are then thrown towards the flame balls, to be hidden inside of them, which creates the element of surprise.

• Flame-Resistance
- Passive
Flame Resistance isn't something that can actually be learned. This is a passive technique, that the user gains over time. It is one of two techniques that help the user from causing themselves damage with their own fire techniques. Upon gaining this technique, the user has dealt with enough Katon jutsu to be comfortable with the growing heat, and is able to withstand certain techniques. Having this ability does not make one invulnerable to fire, just able to handle it better.

Everything I see is so beautiful...

Atsuma Shihōin
After You Have Gone

Yet As I look At you...

Atsuma wanted to progress even further at Pi Gua Quan, but his mindset was still not in the right place. To him using a clenched fist was much more practical than an open palm. His footwork was also not perfect, but he realized it was going to be essential in combat. Before initiating he executed some stretches he learned from his time learning Kunoichi Combat style. He took the time to appreciate his surroundings even more. His turquoise eyes watching everything with so much passion some could say he was a Senju. His nose twitched at a slight disturbance in the otherwise pure air. Negative thoughts were not about to manifest, but Atsuma disliked smokers in his own "special" way. At least the source was far away. Once the stretches were complete Atsuma worked on his stance since even master taijutsuists said that a stance could never be perfected and can always be improved upon. He could feel his strength increasing greatly through this which scared him. The Stone Body training was brutally painful yet he did not feel as much evolution as he did with Pi Gua Quan. He was ready for Stage Two.

Closing his eyes Atsuma manifested an imaginary enemy in front of himself. The enemy had no actual features, but was merely a sillhouette. Of a lab coat perhaps? Atsuma had some demons inside as well apparently. "Begin." He announced in his mind. The imaginary being dashed at Atsumaonly to halt for a mid section kick. The scroll was very specific on how to counter them. Grabbing the leg before it made contact, Atsuma lifted it up before bending down to grab the other leg in an attempt to throw the enemy off balance, but Atsuma was far too slow and he wriggled his leg free before getting caught. "I've always had a wild imagination I suppose..." The imaginary manifestation dashed towards the boy again and since it was created by Atsuma it would know how to counter his imperfect Countering Spin Kick. It was time for a different tactic. Atsuma used Rising Knee on the enemy causing it to gasp for air. Atsuma followed by using the Rising Backhand. Spinning forward on his right heel and foot Atsuma struck the enemie's jaw with an uppercut back hand slap further stunning him for one final attack. Swiftly turning around after Rising Backhand Atsuma finished his combo with a Snake Jab at his opponent's throat. This technique was very much like Rising Backhand, but the user faced away from his opponent and delivered a side chop. After it made contact the manifestation vanished and Atsuma opened his eyes. To someone else Atsuma had just fought with the air, but he put himself against his greatest opponent yet, himself. The Counter Kick Spin was essentially learned Atsuma just lacked the necessary speed to execute it. Stage Two was complete.

Everything I see is so beautiful...

Atsuma Shihōin
After You Have Gone

Yet As I look At you...

Atsuma was almost done with his training session for the day. His father had some missions lined up for him to do, but ever since graduation he'd been putting them off.
Stage Three was very short and for that reason Atsuma made sure to spend extra time on the two techniques it consisted of. If the Ancients made it so short there must have been a reason. The first technique to introduce the stage would be Rising Fang. At this stage Atsuma's flexibility was extraordinary and his strikes were deadly if contact was made against enemies. His movements were also extremely fluid much different than before. He no longer used his fists when using a Pi Gua Quan technique. This progression only cemented his bloodline's reputation of having very skilled shinobi. "Maybe i'll just learn this and call it a day." Atsuma said to himself suddenly feeling tired. It just occured to him that the moment he left the hospital the first thing he did was go back to training.
Rising Fang seemed simple enough, but it was definately more complicated than all the other techniques before it. He'd focus on the first part of the technique before trying the actual attack. His footwork would confuse those without much perception. If this had been tried earlier the boy would habe definately fallen flat on his face. Without hesitation the boy thrust his right arm into the air upwards with such concentrated force that a blast of energy resonated through his arm and echoed throughout the forest. Sadly he did not execute the techniqur correctly. He had used a fist instead of an open palm.

Atsuma went over all of the techniques he learned that day starting from the Garden, to the beach and finally the forest. After the final technique was revisted the boy looked up at the sky and smiled. He wanted to say something, but the words just simply could not form. In any case it was time to complete some missions.

Sukōchi Kiseru
Kiseru & Shakuton | Dual Bloodline | Genin | Tsukigakure | Chakra Pool: 20/20

Sukōchi changed location when the smoke became to dense to see what he was doing. He was trying to focus chakra into his left arm as he walked. Focusing chakra into a limb was sometimes difficult for Sukōchi. He had always had issues with containing his chakra, thus the constant cloud of super heated smoke around his body. He'd never been able to learn jutsu before that required him to put chakra all into one limb, but he decided that now was the time to do this. After about another thirty seconds of focusing his chakra, he applied his Raiton element off chakra and then his arm became charged with electricity strong enough that created weak fluctuations of lightning that jumped around erratically. Sukōchi immediately reached to his rapier and whipped it out from its sheathe. As he did so, the current connected and shot through the blade. He held the long, metal blade in front of him as he watched the beautiful bolts of electricity dancing up and down the weapon.

After sheathing the weapon, Sukōchi kept the chakra flowing through his arms. He liked the feeling of this type of chakra running through his body. A thought then popped into his head. Electricity can have conductive AND magnetic properties when applied a certain way. Because of the static fields that all things produce, the different levels of magnetism of certain materials, and the ability to replicate these natural things through chakra, it was very logical for a shinobi to be able manipulate object through electricity, provided that they had magnetic properties. Sukōchi looked to his sash and grinned. He let loose a wave of chakra into his arm and then imagined in his mind that he was lifting five of his senbon from his sash and the gathering them above his outward-stretched palm. It took a moment, but this was the exact result of his concentration. The same amount of senbon collected above his open palm and orbited steadily around and then were sent back to the sash, where Sukōchi had them placed perfectly back into their respective locations.

The electricity was overflowing in that arm and it gave Sukōchi the biggest rush that he had ever felt in his life. His eyes widened and he stood still with his arm held above him. A grin shot across his face, stretching from ear to ear. The lightning shot off of the arm a few times and eventually began to grow more powerful. At this point, Sukōchi realized that this wasn't a good thing. Pain began to jolt up and down his arm and his body was locking up because of the electric stimulation to his muscles. He had no idea of how to stop it. His mind was racing. "Electricity formed by chakra should be able to be isolated into a more controlled situation. Why is this happening?" he panicked and eventually collapsed to the ground, his arm feeling as if it was being torn apart by the chakra overflowing. Then it hit him; he knew suddenly how he could solve this problem and remove his pain. "I need to be able to just give a strong enough push with my own chakra to force everything inside to leave. In doing this, I could even condense all of the chakra into a blast that could be used to attack." Sukōchi did this, forcing as much chakra as he could push while he was under this level of pressure. He aimed his arm at a large stone and let the chakra flow outward. It gathered and then shot the electricity into the air in the form of a small orb. It flickered and dashed away in a jagged path, colliding with the edge off the stone and bursting, taking some of the stone with it, but not a large amount. Sukōchi now understood what electricity could do. He sat on the ground with his legs crossed and was focusing some Raiton elemental chakra into his right arm. He held it there and contained it for a few minutes before letting it go in another blast just like before. This training had made him a bit more resilient to the effects of lightning nature, but not immune. It would take more practice to be able to withstand stronger attacks.

[Exits after regaining strength]

• Current Transfer
An overall simple yet very effective technique, the Cloud-nin creates a sort of electrical current on his hand, this current can then be transferred onto any weapon he happens to be holding at that moment be it a kunai, senbon, shuriken, or even a sword. The next physical attack he performs is charged with this electrical current, if he blocks a weapon attack with his own weapon the current transfers over shocking the attacker. If by chance the user is not carrying a weapon he can transfer this current into his opponent's weapon shocking him, or can even hit him with this current.

• Static Force
This jutsu utilizes electricity in order to create static electricity within the hands, this static electricity can have nearby things float to the users hands or repel things away with their hands.

• Electron
After the hand seals are completed, a crackling, sparking sphere of yellow electricity appears in the user's hands. The user can than toss this forward, where it will hit the target and electrocute them. Being a lightning Jutsu, it is quite powerful for its rank. However, it swerves as it flies through the air, making it difficult to aim and making it more likely to miss the farther the user is from the target. It is a very basic Jutsu.

• Electricity Resistance
- Passive
While not necessarily a technique that must be taken, most Cloud-nin are taught this at the Academy. As most know electricity in general is a deadly and somewhat scarce element, generally one could only collect the necessary electricity necessary to perform techniques if they were fighting in the middle of a thunderstorm, or near an electrical source. However current training standards in the academy show how a cloud-nin tends to make electricity through the use of chakra, turning most Cloud-nin in to human capacitors, technically. The process is generally quite painful and requires about 5 months of mental and physical conditioning to resist the charges you activate onto your body. As it is written, this technique is optional. A person who doesn't take this skill will generally feel pain when even performing their own electricity based techniques, also one who tends to take this ability tends to notice that minor shocks generally do not hurt them as badly. This Jutsu may not be copied by the Sharingan, simply because it is more of a trained skill than an actual ninjutsu.

User Image______Kokoro Inuzuka______
Genin | Tsukigakure | Enhanced Fighter | Hoshigaki | Inuzuka

Kokoro and Tochisame were resting with their backs against a tree when they were confronted by a group of shinobi. They all were dressed in all black and weren't wearing headbands of Tsukigakure. Kokoro stayed calm, but Tochisame jumped back and approached a defensive stance, growling at them and warning them not to take a step closer. "So what exactly are you guys doing here?" Kokoro stayed calm as she stood and then leaned up against the tree. "You're definitely not from around here." She turned to Tochisame and gave a stare, making him ease his guard just a little bit and then come to her side. She then turned to them and waited for them to answer her.

"Hmph! Yeah, we ain't from around here. We sneaked in through the forest and just happened to find you sitting around here. We're supposed to scout the village, but I suppose taking a hostage could keep us safe if we get caught. So how about you come quietly so we don't have to hurt you too badly." The man, whom was assumed to be the leader of this group, walked closer to Kokoro. He was wielding a large, stone maul that was spiked with steel protrusions. He reached forward to grab Kokoro by the left shoulder. Just as he got his arm near her, she had her right forearm at his throat with the blade she wears along that forearm pressed up against her skin.

Well since we can make our own missions and I could do some possible training with this, I'm gonna make a mission of my own here. I really hope I don't get in trouble for this.

MISSION TIME!! - Defend Yourself [C-Rank Mission]
A group of four shinobi of an unknown rank approached you and plan to attack you. You can sense that you could not defeat them all without help, even though none of them could overpower you in a one on one fight. Send for help somehow and then defend yourself until help arrives. This is done through using NPCs. Minimum of five paragraphs of defending yourself and escaping your attackers. One more paragraph of help arriving.
        Regular C-Rank Mission Rewards

"I think that it's about time you left here. I don't think any of you really want to enter this village." The man burst out laughing and then threw a knee strike up quickly and smashed Kokoro in the left breast, toppling her and rendering her stunned for a moment. All of the men were laughing hysterically for a moment. One of them said a few things, but Kokoro couldn't understand them. The strike was strong enough to leave her in shock for a little bit. She managed to look to Tochisame and give him a signal to go for help. Right then, the genetically altered wolf sped off quickly before they could even react. He would likely return with help from the Inuzuka.

A hand shot down and grabbed Kokoro by the throat and lifted her up high. She was choking and didn't yet recover enough strength to break out of his grip. The man shouted at her, "Do you think that you could handle all of us? Really, brat!? I will destroy you if you mess with us!" A strong push to the side sent Kokoro's body tumbling along the ground. She rebounded as best she could and then dropped down to four legs. She growled like a wolf and then shot in a direction for escape. Her speed increased drastically in this stance and it would be difficult for anyone to catch up to her unless they were a stronger shinobi.

The leader of the group nodded his head and sent the other three shinobi after Kokoro. Each of them was at least at the chuunin rank of power and speed so they wouldn't have too much difficulty tracking down Kokoro and catching up to her. In fact, one of these shinobi had the Sacrificial Sensor abilities and telepathically linked his allies to a chakra sense trail that he could see. All of the attacking shinobi could follow Kokoro everywhere she tried to run away. She was running quickly, though. She knew how to properly escape. Using some of what she had learned from the training that she had been doing with Tochisame, she began to kick off harder and launch herself further through the air. Her movements were quiet and she was covering ground a lot faster than she was before.
        [ Used Four Legs Technique [C-Rank] - [-5] Chakra ]
        Learned Light Feet
        - Rank: E [Passive]
The user is able to lengthen her stride and step lightly when running, which is good for crossing large distances without attracting the attention of guards or scouts. They make little noise when running like this.

As Kokoro was sprinting, two arrows slapped into the ground in front of her and she got scared, stopping suddenly, and tripping over her hands and feet. She tumbled a good fifteen feet before stopping, but still rebounded and readied herself for an attack. Five more arrows came out of the treetops and one of them nicked her left thigh. It hurt, but it wasn't too bad. She would be able to handle that. What she didn't expect was to sense a chakra presence coming from right below her. With her enhanced senses, she could even hear something moving below her before she sensed the chakra. Kokoro jumped away just in time before a spear and a massive arm burst out of the ground, trying to impale her from behind. One of the shinobi started to crawl out of ground where she was just attacked from, but Kokoro ran in, knowing she had to react or she would be killed. If she could disable him where he was, then she could increase her chances of survival. She didn't have any abilities that allowed her to restrain a target. Instead, she knew of a technique that she had not yet perfected. Now was as good a time as any to try to make it work. She lunged forward and shot a spear-handed strike that landed perfectly just below the collar bone of his left side. Kokoro pushed and applied more pressure. Doing this stunned him for a moment with his lower half still stuck in the ground and forced him to lean back a bit. Then next shot was supposed to his just near the sternum and should knock the with out of his. Kokoro shot a punch out right at the right spot and even pushed out her middle knuckle, which was known as a "Phoenix Fist" in some forms of martial arts. The attack connected perfectly, but she wasn't strong enough to penetrate the powerful muscles that he had acting like an armor. She continued to strike over and over, but she couldn't do anything. The man she was attacking couldn't fight back with Kokoro holding the first pressure points against him, but that didn't mean he didn't have backup. One more arrow flew down from the treetops that one of his allies fired. The arrow was aimed perfectly to pierce Kokoro in the center of her spine. It would paralyze her, probably for life if it hit. With her enhanced senses, Kokoro heard it flying through the air, though. She rolled over the man she had stuck in the ground and held the first pressure point firmly pressed. Since the arrow missed, it continued to travel down and landed perfectly where Kokoro was attacking. It pierced through the muscles just enough so that Kokoro would be able to use it. She flipped forward over the man and dropped her heel onto the butt of the arrow and shoved it deeper into his body, partially breaking the sternum and locking down the pressure point. The man wouldn't be able to move an inch until this arrow was removed from him.
        Learned Chest Pressure Points
        - Rank: C
This technique focuses on applying pressure in two places. The first is just beneath the collar bone near the shoulder. This will keep the target from being able to push. The other is the solar plexus, which is found just below the sternum. Striking this area with a solid blow will stun the opponent so that they cannot breathe for one post as well as not be able to react at more that 1/2 normal speed for two posts.

Kokoro flipped away from the shinobi and then continued sprinting away, but this time only on two legs. She didn't want to tire herself out too much since she had no idea how far away help was. As she was sprinting, she heard arrows flying through the air. They were all accurate and difficult to avoid, but she managed to use her light feet to bounce around the forest, kicking off of trees, changing the distance of her strides sometime, and shooting in different directions to avoid the arrows. Kokoro was good, but all this did was pull her attention away from where it needed to be; in the moment. As she turned a corner, she came across the leader. He swung the massive maul and almost took off Kokoro's head with the swing. Luckily, she dropped down and slid on her knees, going between his knees and then getting back up on the other side of him. The swing ended up smashing away half of the trunk of one of the trees, toppling it. Kokoro kept sprinting to get away from him, but was stopped when a part of the forest exploded in roaring flames. The fourth shinobi was a ninjutsu specialist, it seemed. He landed in front of Kokoro with the falmes behind him and he had a raiton jutsu covering his left arm. With those two elements, he would definitely be difficult to get away from. Hoshigaki people didn't fair well against those elements when the attackers were stronger than them. Kokoro knew that she couldn't use her water jutsu to get out of this because of the raiton jutsu that would be used against her with the water as a conductor.

Kokoro turned to see the leader charging in while swinging his maul. The hit would definitely put Kokoro into critical condition if it connected so she acted quickly. She ran in and got close to the leader so that the swing wouldn't connect. She used this moment to drop low and swing the blade on her right arm at his left heel. the blade missed the heel and actually severed his Achilles tendon. Right away, Kokoro noticed the muscles in his legs bound up and shoot up into his calf. This was followed by a deafening scream and then vomiting from the leader. Before he collapsed, Kokoro went to make sure that he was incapacitated by this, so she dashed in and shot a roundhouse kick that smashed his left knee inward, breaking it and tearing all the nerves and tendons in it. He dropped and was in too much pain to do anything more, but a bolt of lightning shot just over him as he collapsed and slammed against her chest, putting her to ground instantly. When she realized her was on the ground, three arrows pierced her in each leg and the ninjutsu specialist shinobi had a heel against her throat and another lightning bolt readied. It seemed to be that it was over for her.
        Learned Leg Pressure Points
        - Rank: C
This technique's targets are the Achilles heel and the kneecap. For the heel, the user tries to slice the big tendon on the back of your foot or at least bash it. If cut, the target's leg will be useless until it is completely healed. If bashed with decent force, ninja up to a rank above the user will not be able to run at run for 1 post. If the target deals a solid blow to the side of the knee or the back, then the tendons in the knee will tear and that leg will be useless until it is completely healed.

Kokoro closed her eyes and just waited for the end, but once she closed her eyes, her consciousness faded away and all she heard was silence. The lightning from before actually was strong enough to incapacitate her. At this moment, she had accepted her fate. While unconscious, small sounds made it through to her senses. She heard some connecting strikes here and there along with some pained grunts. Kokoro had no idea what was happened, but when her eyes opened, she was slung over Tochisame's back and was being carried back towards the village. She noticed two other wolves following behind him, but didn't really acknowledge why they were there. The only thing she cared about was that she was now safe from danger.

Everything I see is so beautiful...

Atsuma Shihōin
After You Have Gone

Yet As I look At you...

It had been a while since Atsuma trained with his taijutsu skills. Missions and personal issues kept interfering, but now there would be nothing to interrupt him. This session however would only consist of one specific style of which Atsuma took a liking to. The scroll of which it pertained to had Wing Chun written over it. A strange name mostly likely from very obscure regions of the known world. As he read through it the boy understood clearly what it was about and what it revolved around. Sparring alone would indeed be complicated, but with Joy to help out by temporarily manifesting he did not see it as much of a problem as before. The only problem he found was the stance. Pi Gua Quan was hard to learn, but this was a whole new level and it was merely the basics. That alone was not enough to stop the young genin.

Atsuma tried to understand the idea of attacking without leaving his stance. It seemed weird and in his mind would only slow him down in a real fight, but who was he to question the scroll. Just a mere gennin.
To the boys surprise the scroll started to glow violently seemingly for no apparent reason. It was splitting itself up into two separate scrolls. They each bore unique differences. It didn't take long for Atsuma to realize that they were different versions of Wing Chun. Which one he'd follow would be up to him. Joy told him to pick the left one. Her reasoning was that of a child, but Atsuma didn't question her. She had a good sense for those types of things. Once he opened the scroll the other burnt up leaving behind a bleach white ash.

Atsuma took a deep breathe to allow his chakra to circulate smoothly throughout his body. His stance required him to be as flexible as bamboo, but also firm like bamboo. His past training in Pi Gua and KC would help him immensely in getting used to the new style. Following the scrolls instructions Atsuma performed three punches with the elbow down and in front of the body. His fist was in a vertical position. At each imaginary point of contact his wrist would swivel to reveal his lower three fingers and add more power to the punch. However he was making a rookie mistake like always. He was using his shoulders and that was causing them to become stressed. It took him a while to understand this error and fix it before learning any real techniques. Each punch became more fluid following on another like ants in a colony.

The first stage was composed of fairly simple techniques. If Atsuma hadn't learned other styles beforehand Wing Chun would have been much harder to learn. Snap Punch was the first out of four techniques which Atsuma would learn. The first few punches were bad because the boy kept rolling his arm backwards. The point of the technique was to deliver a fast hit without alerting the enemy of an obvious attack. It was also very useful for chaining attacks in succession. He tried using other techniques he'd learned, but he was still very stiff to do so. He needed to relax more. It didn't take too long for him to learn and move on to another technique.

Technique number two had a very no nonsense name. "Nail" The name implied that the user struck the enemies opening like a nail. It sounded very fun and would work wonders if combined with Kunoichi Combat style. He needed a spar mate for this however. So Joy manifested herself in Atsuma's mind. This was very similar to what Atsuma used to do before he met her, but now he was fighting against an actual sentient being. Joy also changed her physique to that of a girl Atsuma's age. It was quite akward as a matter of fact. She was very beautiful. "Don't get distracted now!" She shouted rushing at him with downward kick. Atsuma tried to hit her ankle, but he couldn't think fast enough and ended up shielding himself with his arms. Joys laughter was extremely contagious. Even though Atsuma failed he couldn't help himself to laugh as well. After a couple more attempts Atsuma finally managed to strike Joy with a "Nail".

The third technique was going to be very annoying to learn from an outside perspective. However Joys presence made it very hard for Atsuma to feeling anything other than happiness. It would take some time before he finally realized this fact to be true. Snap Kick was very similar to Snap Punch however it was a rapid kick instead of a punch. He simply repeated what the scroll told him to do until he thought he had the hang of it. Initially his kicks returned slowly, but they gradually returned in a "snap".

Reverse Elbow was the final technique to the initial stage of Wing Chun. It didn't quite seem to make sense to him in theory, but it could have just been one of those things where one had to actually do to understand. One thing he did understand was the fact that he needed Joys help again. She reappeared in his mind again ready to help out as much as she could. "Lets go." Atsuma announced as the two dashed towards each other. He never intended to attack her first, but to counter what ever she threw at him. He didn't expect however that she would actually manage to hit him before he even had the chance to perfrom the pivot that would give him an opening. It was clear that Joy was actually trying to fight him unlike before. Getting up from the ground Atsuma smiled as an aura began to surround his body. It had no real effect on his body and wasn't caused by anything. The fight was happening in his mind so anything was possible. The aura was simply the manifestation of his resolve. After many fails and mistakes Atsuma finally got Joy with the Reverse Elbow from behind. "Checkmate."

Atsuma would learn one more technique before ending his training. His father had promised him that there would be a gift relating to taijutsu once he got home. It would unlock something in his body for a short while and allow him to learn techniques just by reading them. Atsuma couldn't wait, but for the moment he still had a job to do. Learning Roll didn't truly require someones help. It seemed like something that was more about muscle memory than actual skill. Rolling his shoulder back Atsuma shifted his stance. Immediately following through with a step forward and strike. He repeated this about 100 times so that the lack of actual combat didn't affect how well he performed it.

From up in a tree, nothing looks the same. The psychic man's eyes glowed from under his hood as he looked around from behind his tree. He had a kunai in hand, a shuriken in the other. He was eyeing his prey. A direwolf growling on the otherside of a small clearing. It sniffed the air, and turned his head just in time, to see a kunai coming at it. Wei was on all fours running towards it in seconds, and the wolf simply ducked under the kunai and charged. Jason rammed him head on and tackled it growling just as the wolf did and swatting at it's face with his claws. The wolf bit his arm on the recoil and held fast. Jason was unmoved, snatching away and then jumping up to the top of a tree. Jason watched as the wolf leaped to it easily, and responded by jumping across to another. Jason kept the run, leaping from tree to tree and swinging from vines. Somehow the wolf kept gaining speed until finally he tackled the boy right out of the air and growled over his body.

Okay okay boy, down! He playfully called. Max went from hunter to loving hound in seconds, licking his face and bounding around him in a circle. He was easily large enough for the boy to ride, and he looked downright ferocious, but he was the sweetest thing. Jason stood up and scratched behind his ears, and then went about recovering a few of his weapons, all the while wondering why he hadn't came up with a way to carry them around. With his warm up done, Jason pointed at the ground and Max sat down, eager to sit and watch. He was holding a shuriken a very specific way. He eyed a tree he always had used for training, somewhat deep in the forest, and flung his hand upwards. It flew straight and true, embedding itself in the tree. He reset his position, grabbing the shuriken and replicated the motion. The weapon flew in a curve, but ended up landing directly where it had the kunai had. Ten minutes of practice went on before Jace needed to rest his arms. As he wrung them out he moved onto another technique to master. [Underhand Toss]

Using bank shots was interesting. He had a tomahawk for this one. He aimed it at a tree branch and plotted the course in his mind. He linked in Max, so as to keep the white wolf entertained, and he seemed to support the current idea. He threw the axe at the tree branch and narrowed his eyes, watching every moment of it's flight. It bounced off of the tree branch and then embedded itself in the trunk of the tree slightly off course. The boy walked over and grabbed the axe, thinking on what he had watched. He walked back and aimed again, this time at a different branch. He hurled the axe head long and thenwatched it bounce and hit it's mark. He alternated varying sized projectiles and watched them all bounce. So far so good. [Bank Shot]

Taking a break and sitting beside Max, the two carried on a wordless conversation, both of them having a nice time in the woods. Max was the youngest and strongest of a litter they never expected to make it to adulthood. Much like Wei. He had raised the pups and all of them, including Max, were now ninja war hounds. He rubbed his partner, needing no words to express how he felt or what he wanted. He was psychic after all. Another birth complication that made him a mutt in the eyes of his clan. He wasn't purebred Inuzuka. Born to a mind sculptor woman outside the clan, it was years later when he finally proved himself and hot his stripes.

So with that in mind he got up and recovered all of his tools. He was practicing basic but sneaky throws, turning sideways and flilnging weapons, jump shots, falling shots, spinning shots, leaning shots, cool shots, stupid shots, all of them. This was his typical warmup routine. He read in a scroll aboutt he next technique and enlisted Max's help. This one was easy for him. As Max threw a projectile, he snatched it right out of the air. With practice, this could easily become an annoying skill for enemies. They practiced it for a while until it was second nature. [Snatch]

In keeping with that, the young man made a clone of himself and had it throw a barrage of weapons. With their equal perception, both of them were learning the same skill, though only the original would retain it. When they ran out of projectiles, they instantly realized that they had each hit the targets they had been intending to redirect attacks with. This made things easy, as he had watched two of himself do the same things. [Redirect]

The last technique in the first half of the style was known as the power throw. He held a tomahawk in his hand and held the tomahawk. He reared it back and threw it so hard that it went deep into the tree, even if off course. He retracted it and then threw it again, and again, and again until he got tired. At that point, he was sufficiently satisfied. [Power throw]

xxxxx Kurozawa stretched as she entered the training grounds. Doing paperwork sucked but it was part of the job. At least she had moments like this where she got to enjoy even a slight amount of freedom. She smiled as she heard the sounds of the young shinobi hard at worked around her. It reminded her of days that seemed farther back than they were in reality. But something about the atmosphere made her feel at ease. She continued to walk until 1 thing in particular caught her eye. A boy and his dog. Though the size of it made wolf seem like the better thing to label the beast. They were working hard and it brought a smile to Kurozawa's face. She watched him repeatedly throw an object at a tree until it made a deep indentation in the bark. After he seemed to get tired of the repetition, Kurozawa with nothing better to do, decided to approach him. "What are you up to?" she asked as she got closer to the boy and his canine companion.

The day had started regularly enough; Keira woke up and ditched her place before Avient could try and get her to put in some training. The weather was too nice to be cooped up in a room and spending all day running through techniques. Though because this was Tsukigakure the weather was usually nice, and that was usually Keira's excuse to procrastinate. She had left dressed in her usual attire; a loose shirt, leather jacket, and shorts smaller than the last post. The last article that completed her look was a joint hanging from her mouth. Every now and then the girl would take a puff and let it drift off into the sky. For her adventure today Keira had chosen to explore the forests, though they were more akin to jungles. The trees were so very large that they towered over even the tallest of structures back in the village. She liked it out here. There were often few people to find and even less people to tell her to get off her lazy a** and do some work.

For the past few months Keira had taken a vacation from life. The only real people she had contact with were her usual hookups at the bar, Simon, and of course Avient. It was a bit difficult to get away from the guy who mentored you. Over the months Simon had grown on her. They had gone on a load of jobs together and frequented the shadier establishments of the village. Keira would say Simon was probably her best friend, but not out loud and never to his face. They had to keep up their apathetic, non-caring facade for each other. She was thinking happily of the time last week when Simon and Keira had raged at a bar all night. They both had left a few times to take care of personal pleasures but in all it had been a grand time. Keira's musings were cut short when a tomahawk flew by her face and smashed into a tree. "Oi! Wanna try watching where you're throwing things? Bloody barbarians!" Keira shouted out loud, not really knowing who had done it. Usually she was much more perceptive but the goodies she had been smoking seemed to put up a screen between her mind and body.

Max noticed only seconds before Wei did. The smell off people treading close to their little slice of heaven. The first voice distracted him for a moment and he threw the tomahawk without even looking, but hearing the thud that told him he was still spot on. He dropped his jaw. The new tsukikage, Kurozawa. His mind was alight with everyone elses voices normally, and he'd learned to drown them out. Suddenly, he was keenly aware of two minds, each louder than the buzz of npc's others doing basic training.

Tsukikage sama! I was- he was cut off before he could fully answer. He knew he smelled something strong. A joint was less than a foot away from his tomahawk, a little ways off from him. Max wagged his tail and got up to stalk something in the trees behind them. Max merely looked at the girl who he'd almost tomahawked and narrowed his eyes. She was clearly high. He walk up to her and pulled out the tomahawk, twirling it in one hand skillfully without looking away from her. Walking through a training groudns high isn't the best way to not get accidentally clipped, ol sport. He told her in a friendly way. He then winked, singaling he knew what he was talking about. Turning back to the kage, he lined up a shot and threw his tomahawk right past her head, making her hair flow in the wind as it took down a bird right behind her. He reached into his pockets and gave a spin, as if to punctuate a sentence. Blades flew everywhere, seemingly randomly. Seconds later squirrels and birds fell with weapons imbedded in their bodies. [Twisting Circle.] I'm just working on my shitty aim. What brings you here? Come to slum with us genin? he asked not wanting to reveal to anyone that he was psychic. It tended to put up defenses...

Once again, Reiko was lost. Although, this time, she was lost somewhere familiar rather than being lost in the outskirts of the village and then falling into some catacombs. Wandering through the trees, wondering when the scenery would change and she'd see the village again, the red-haired girl's eyes finally caught human movement. More importantly, she caught sight of a giant puppy. Well, technically, wolf, but it looked fluffy and fluffy was huggable and huggable meant that Reiko had to hug it and puppies were huggable. Therefore, the huggable canine was a puppy by Reiko's definition.

Although, in all fairness, Reiko didn't think fluffy of all canines she met. This one looked particularly harmless, just sitting obediently among all the humans, and so it could be fluffy.

"PUPPY!" Reiko cheered as she ran straight to the dire wolf, but stopped short of it. Her original intent was to ask the wolf's owner for permission to hug, but just then, Reiko noticed the Tsukikage. "Ah, Hyuuga-sama," Reiko bowed respectfully and then continued the greeting with the first thing on her mind, "Would you like a hug?".

xxxxx After she got her response from the boy she first began talking to it began to liven up considerably. First a blonde girl that narrowly avoided a tomahawk showed up and after a crude comment on throwing etiquette she got her response from the dog boy. He was a respectful one. After that a small red head showed up. It was quite the odd bunch but it made her smile nonetheless seeing them interact. The Tsukikage stiffened slightly at the smaller girl's question. She hadn't been one for extensive physical contact since the day her life changed. But somehow she found it hard to say no to the red head. "If you must." she replied with a wry smile.

Keira watched the boy Jace jerk his tomahawk out of the tree. She knew that trick for sure. A powershot would get anything stuck that deeply in a tree. But an ax? That was a little archaic for Keira. She thought on her weapon collection with a faint smile, the shinies momentarily distracting her. "High? Who said anything about being high?" Keira asked as she scratched at her arm in a paranoid manner. There was suddenly a load of people here and a lot of stoners get a certain feeling in moments like these. It was exactly like trying to act completely normal when in fact you are one of those inflatable, flappy, arm flailing, tube men. Jace had called someone Tsukikage and Keira realized she was suddenly about to make a terrible impression on her boss. She put the joint out on a tree and shoved it in her pocket, not caring that it had bent in the motion. With a quick hand she pushed her hair out of her face and turned to see who the new Kage was.

When Keira caught sight of the women she blanched. There were words to describe people like Kurozawa; pretty, beautiful, hubba-hubba. But none of them really seemed to fit in that moment. The hypnotized girl sauntered over to the Kage and gave a queer sort of curtsie and a bow at the same time. She spoke right over the barnacle of a person that had attached herself to their leader. "I'm sure if I spent a week searching for all the beautiful things I could find, none of them would even be half as beautiful as you." Keira said smoothly. Maybe it was the high, maybe it was her natural confidence, maybe it was maybeline. Whatever it was had Keira feeling elated and ambitious. Even if Kurozawa shot her down harder than Jace had those poor critters Keira could at least say she tried. "Keira Knight, another lowly genin at your service ma'am." Keira said, saluting the vixen with two fingers to her forehead.

Jason shoved his tomahawk back the tree and smirked as the woman hugged Max. With a nod Max went into playtime mode and tackled the girl in a i-just-met-you-but-i-am-a-dog-so-i-love-you kind of way. He licked her face repeatedly until Jason walked over and pulled him off by his collar. He didn't offer a hand to help her out or outwardly say anything, but he mentally scolded his dog for trying to taste the girl. He spoke not another word to the kage or any of them. He merely pulled a dagger out of his boot and took a stance he'd seen in a scroll. He used a small tree as his target and began working on footwork. It started with simple quick steps and shovels, but evolved into bobs and weaves. [Footing]

Immediately he began working a few quick jabs and stabs into his work. Keeping in motion without moving too fast or slow, or too close or too far. It looked awkward, but as with most things he became a natural fast. He too the blunt end of the knife, useless really, and rammed it into the tree before backing away and spinning the knife in his hands. He rolled into low sweep, kicking through the small tree and bringing the dagger down to slice through the center of it. He took this motion and carried it along to a larger tree and flipped the weapon, practicing giving diagonal slashes, quickly and in sudden movements. This style was right up his ally, and what's better was that it was simple to learn as well. That was four techniques mastered in just a few minutes. [Footing, Nudge, Sweep and Angle]

He removed a second dagger and went to town on the tree. He was getting flashy with the knives, swinging precisely and quickly while flipping the knives in his hands and changing the angle of stabs mid throw. Knife work was nowhere near tiring or difficult. As the scene went on, he would continue to practice without too many words to the group. Still, he did wish the small red head had asked HIM for a hug. No matter, he had trees to shank.
