Technique Name: Ninpou: Shuriken Souki (Ninja Art: Shuriken Recall) Technique Type: Independent Bukijutsu Rank: D Description: The user forms the hand seal, focusing chakra through any number of thrown shuriken. These shuriken will revert their paths, flying back to the original point from which they were thrown, following their original flight paths to an exact reverse. Technique Name: Ninpou: Soshuha (Manipulating Attack Blades) Technique Type: Independent Bukijutsu Rank: C Description: The user is capable of performing their very chakra down along the very ground. Doing so the user then takes the time to concentrate and begins to lift small blades such as Kunais, or knifes up into the air just a meter and a half up high. The knunais are then are just held there for a brief moment in which is targeted towards the target at hand. This technique can not be pushed any further then stated. It can not be re-thrown, can not be directed, turned or any other type of situation. There is no way to redirect these or change directions after they had been thrown with this technique. Technique Name: Ninpou: Soudai Shuriken (Ninja Art: Grand Shuriken) Technique Type: Independent Bukijutsu Rank: B *This was meant to be B Rank* Description: The user forms the hand seals, focusing chakra into a single thrown or held shuriken. A burst of smoke will surround the shuriken, clearing to reveal a massive shuriken, bigger than even a windmill shuriken, with a diameter of about two meters. This giant shuriken can do far more damage than a normal shuriken, capable of shearing through trees and slashing deeply into a foe. Technique Name: Ninpou: Kari Shuriken (Ninja Art: Hunting Shuriken) Technique Type: Independent Bukijutsu Rank: C Description: The user forms the hand seal, channeling chakra into a number of thrown or held shuriken. Those shuriken, when thrown, will curve and turn in their flight paths to continue to follow their opponent. They gain no bonuses to speed, and as such can be foiled with a fast enough or clever enough defensive maneuver. Technique Name: Ninpou: Shuriken Mokuzai Jiten (Ninja Art: Shuriken Lumber Spin) Technique Type: Independent Bukijutsu Rank: C Description: The user forms the hand seals, focusing chakra into held or thrown shuriken. The shuriken will begin to spin excessively fast, reminiscent of a saw blade. With this it gains enhanced cutting power, much like a saw blade does, to shear through wood, bite into stone, and slash the human body deeply. Technique Name: Ninpou: Nisemono Shuriken Saiken (Ninja Art: Liar Shuriken Bond) Technique Type: Independent Bukijutsu Rank: B Description: The user throws two shuriken flying parallel to each other at an opponent, connected by a wire. When the user forms the hand seals, chakra focuses between the two into the wire, making it invisible and greatly increasing it's cutting strength. These lines are invisible to the unaided eye and are sharp as cutting steel, capable of slicing flesh and bone in half with relative ease. Technique Name: Ninpou: Bakuyaku Shuriken (Ninja Art: Explosive Shuriken) Technique Type: Independent Bukijutsu Rank: A Description: The user imbues a shuriken with chakra, and then throws it. After it has landed or is in flight if the user desires, the user will form the hand seals, causing the shuriken to explode in a large blast of heat and light. The explosion is littered with tiny scraps of metal from the original shuriken and has a radius of about five meters. This explosion is quite capable of killing. Technique Name: Hibashiri Technique Type: Fire Ninjutsu Rank: C Description: The user first performs the handseals that they need. Then they slam their hands together as the user concentrates along the heat around them. Focusing their chakra, two streams of fire is launched from the user, one along the left, and another along the right. These streams shoot off towards multiple enemies. The user is capable of creating streams of fire within the distance of fifty meters, encircling enemies within twenty-meter radius. The fire is two meters in width as the height reaches up to five meters in the air as it spins violently trapping those within. This type of fire is used as an encasing Jutsu, capable of trapping the opponents inside using intensive heat for the enemy. Technique Name: Ashy Breath Technique Type: Fire Ninjutsu Rank: B Description: User forms the needed hand seals and focuses chakra to their throat and mouth. Inhaling, the user releases a large wave of steaming hot black ash from their mouth, out towards the opponent. The ash quickly covers an area of 10 meters wide and 20 meters in front of them, leaving the hot ash in a 30 meter Cone expelling from the user, 8 feet high into the air, in about 1 second. This ash hinders all sight while active, except DouJutsu. However only remains within the air for one turn. This ash upon contact, will instantly burn whoever is caught within, leaving second degree burns (B Rank Damage) along the effected body parts. Technique Name: Kirin Technique Type: Forbidden Lightning Ninjutsu Rank: S Description: KirinTo initiate a lightning storm, and then to take control of lightning in order to guide it to a target while using the shape manipulation shown above. As such, this technique can only be used once in a fight. However, natural lightning can reach a temperature of 30,000 °C, so that even if it misses the target, the sizable blast will likely eliminate the enemy. This technique is quite strong as it is capable of puncturing through great defenses of "S" Rank and lower. This technique using the capabilities of cutting, and stabbing in the strongest formulation within Lightning. This technique is capable of pushing through and stabbing through Earth Release defenses with the strength capability of Three "S" Rank techniques. As the technique is shot down from the sky within the created Storm it shoots down towards the opponent as it creates a destructive damage of a hundred meters in a diameter. This technique has an extra knock back of one "S" rank destructive power within fifty meters. Uses 50 Chakra - 2 Post charge

satans-plaything First things first. Naming the handseals. Is really unnecessary. Second thing. There is no rank above S rank. Now onto the jutsu themselves. Fire style surf is fine. Approved. Fire style flight. I am going to have to ask Juli about this one. but either way there is no S+ rank, so no matter what her input. It has to go. Fire style overture: I see no problem with this. So Approved Fire Style Cadence: I am on the fence about this one. Will talk to Juli about it. Fire style sonata, I am leaning towards denying this but I will bring it up with Juli anyway and see what she thinks. Edits. Technique Name: Fire Style: Surf Technique Type: Ninjutsu - Fire Style Rank: D-C Description: After performing four handseals: Dragon, dog, ram, tiger, the user will then use their chakra nature to send flames from their feet outward. The user is effectually floating one foot off the ground with flames burning beneath. They glide and are able to maneuver in this manner. Then performing another handseal, if the user so pleases they can increase their speed by 1/2 rank for instead of D-rank chakra cost, C-rank chakra cost. This is done by first kicking off a surface upwards, they can then move 1/2 rank faster. This lasts for 5 of the user's posts.
Technique Name: Fire Style: Flight Technique Type: Ninjutsu - Fire Style Rank: D-S Description: In a similar way to Fire Surf the user kicks off the ground they then send out a larger burst of fire from their feet, which then causes them to fly upwards. For whatever amount of chakra they expunge, they reach a certain maximum flight height. They cannot gain the 1/2 rank speed bonus as this requires far too much concentration with chakra. Additionally, for those caught underneath the flames, they take damage equal to the rank of the fire. In order to maintain the technique, it costs D-rank chakra every post it is active. D-Rank - 3.125 feet high C-Rank - 6.25 feet high B-Rank - 12.5 feet high A-Rank - 25 feet high S-Rank - 50 feet high
Technique Name: Fire Style: Overture Technique Type: Ninjutsu - Fire Style Rank: C Description: A set of three handseals is first performed: Ox, Rat, Tiger. The user will then unleash what at first appears to be a Fireball Technique, however, it splits at the middle and then rushes around to strike a target area on opposing sides. Instead of impacting with C-rank damage, as this as originally a Fireball, the two smaller balls will strike with D-rank damage.
Technique Name: Fire Style: Cadence Technique Type: Ninjutsu - Fire Style Rank: B Description: A set of five handseals is performed: Ram, Rat, Bird, Ox, Tiger. This technique is a follow up to Fire Style: Overture. While the two balls merge to strike, the user will then unleash another Fireball Technique from their mouth. Then, they split this ball into four smaller balls, each with the power of D-rank damage. These balls then spin around the target while the first two from Fire Style: Overture will have made their attempted impacts. The four spinning globes of fire then burst in an explosive force, to create a ring of flames around the target. If the target escaped Fire Style: Overture, it will be less likely for them to avoid Fire Style: Cadence.
Technique Name: Fire Style: Sonata Technique Type: Ninjutsu - Fire Style Rank: A Description: This is the final attack in a series, following Fire Style: Overture and Fire Style: Cadence. Firstly, a set of ten handseals: Tiger, Ox, Bird, Ox, Rat, Ram, Hare, Monkey, Dog, Dragon is performed. Manipulating flames which should be already present, as this technique is fueled by previous flames, four columns roughly 15 feet high and 5 feet wide of fire erupt in a symmetrical quadrilateral position. The flames then bend outward, forming a flaming prison around the target. With another tiger handseal, the walls push inward, ready to burn whatever is trapped within. It takes at least 1 post to set up the prison and 5 posts to close it on the victim. If the prison is not closed it lasts for 10 of the user's posts.

iProphet Inferni Technique Name: Arctic Winds Technique Type: Hyouton Rank: C rank initial costs, D rank upkeep Description: Arctic Winds is a technique that allows Kaiser to effectively slow enemies around himself. It makes the air frigid to the point where a ninja is actually slowed by about half a rank while you're within 5m of a center point. Alternatively, if you pump out a higher rank of chakra, then you can increase the slow by another one half a rank, but past B rank you cannot use any other techniques while doing it that require chakra. Technique Name: Nativity of a world renewed. Technique Type: Mokuton Rank: S Description: As a forest is created by Nativity of a world of trees, an additional S rank cost, at any moment he can put every single tree he has created on a 5 post cool down. When The cooldown is up, there are disastrous results for everyone. Technique Name: I can do it too... Technique Type: Mokuton Rank: C Description: Kaiser can jump into any tree he has created and then grow out of any others connected through the network of trees he has made. 1 post cooldown. First one, approved. Second one, if the explosions are going to be that huge, I want the cost to be individualized. Third one, the tree must be within twenty five feet of the tree you're entering, or a longer cooldown.

With flight. the only way i can see this as approved is if the chakra upkeep is constant so if you pay a rank to fly at a rank height you must pay the same amount for the duration it is used. OR it lasts only a set amount of posts, with a cooldown of the same number of posts it was used, and the upkeep must be C ranked. Sonata, the length it is up for is too long. Lower it to five and we have a jutsu. everything else is good to go smile

Technique Name: Hasashin's Variation: Wall Walking Burst Technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C - B Description: C Rank: Utilizing this technique, Hasashin is capable of falling from great heights and cushioning his fall through a controlled silent chakra burst from his feet. This allows him to leap from buildings nad land on the ground without damaging his body beyond it's limits. This doesn't protect him from destroying his legs, but simply conserves them enough that he can still maneuver at normal speeds while they repair themselves thanks to his Earth Grudge Fear ability. B Rank: Utilizing this technique, Hasashin is capable of pulsing chakra from his foot and delivering a bone shattering kick or stomp. The force is powerful enough that it can embed someone directly into a wall, or force them into a crater in the ground. The chakra force breaks bones, and can do intense damage ot the insides, rupturing organs and deflating lungs making it nearly impossible to breathe. If a medic sees the damage done, they'd call it as being hit by a severe blunt force, like a battering ram, or a jet of water.
Technique Name: Hasashin's Variant: Wall Walking, Hand of Death Technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Description: Using this technique, Hasashin grips the target's head or throat. Focusing chakra into his hand like the wall walking technique, he makes it so that his hand is bonded to the area so much so that it is nearly impossible to remove. This causes intense pain if removed as the flesh he was holding onto is ripped away with it. This technique allows him to use a second technique without hand seals.
Technique Name: Hasashin's Variant: Wall Walking, Judgement's Grasp Technique Type: Ninjutsu Rank: S Description: After using Hand of Death, Hasashin is capable of supercharging the chakra in his hand and creating the same effect as the B rank burst, but with much more devastating effects. If he gripped the skull, it is crushed like a grape, leaving only a shriveled husk of a head while all inside of it are now on the outside, forced out through the target's mouth, eyes, and ears. No bones even remain within the skin once covering the skull. If the neck is gripped, then the windpipe is crushed and the neck is snapped, regardless of if the target is stronger than Hasashin, or even if it is a Kaguya. The target remains alive, though is paralyzed from the neck down. Unable to do anything but gurgle as they attempt to gasp for air, the target suffocates in two posts, or one if Hasashin leaves the area.

First things first. All that shuriken nonsense, willl only be approved or looked at again if you turn it into a style... Second... Hibashiri... did you actually think that would get passed at ALL as a c rank technique? That is too powerful for S rank! Like seriously. that is a 164 foot range for the streams, a Diameter of 131 feet for the cocoon. 16 feet high... 6 feet wide... Yeah no... deffinitely not... I dont think this will be passed at all. Sorry buddy. Ashy breath next... Hmmm... change meters to feet. remove burning, add choking, increase duration to three posts. Manipulating attack blades need to be reworded so it makes some actual sense before i look over it. kirin... remove the aoe, no instant kill. S rank damage is fine. knock back of 50 feet.

I don't really see how, one is jutsu so I don't have to spend a post of Hasashin waiting for his tendrils to pull his legs back together, the other is Wall walking applied to human skin, and the other is a chakra burst after applying the wall walking technique to human skin. sad Oh well. I guess Hasashin simply won't live up to my expectations for him, like that's anything new. ^>^
