Anna had approached the nursery, the dragon siblings room as she scavenged through her pocket, humming before pulling out a chain with a couple of keys on it. One belonging to her room, another belonging the the nursery and the final one, that belonged to something in her room. The chain was attached the the inside of her pocket as the white haired doll continued to hum before pulling the key towards the lock and unlocked the door to the nursery, humming louder than before as she entered. Closing the door behind her, the white haired female turned to look at the dragon siblings, only to see, what was once, a wooden chair now a pile of ash after the little dragon's play around as she looked to little Kaida. Watching her before sighing and folded her arms, "And to say I still had some of those snacks from yesterday hiding away somewhere...my, my..." She spoke in a depressed kind of tone, only hoping it'd catch the attention of the dragon and expected her to own up rather than herself scolding all the time. With both of her crimson coloured eyes closed, she opened up one eye to look down at the dragon with not so much of a piercing glare but just a look.
Looking at the multiple screens with a bored expression, the scent of smoke had followed her to even this place. Then again, that was because of her pipe as she quickly took a drag of her pipe before expelling the smoke slowly and hummed to herself. Everything was perfectly fine. Everything was in-- Wait a minute.Now she hated this all perfectness, that meant something was going on as she analysed the screens further, one or two of the members had gone to the sauna to relax for a bit and they'd only woken up a few minutes before her. How did she know, well, she just knew as she spoke out, "Ship..." Her voice resounded about the control room before a voice responded to the Captain, it was the actual ship. It responded to the Miss's every order as it spoke, "Yes, Captain?" It responded in a monotone voice as the blonde haired halfbreed responded with a small smirk, "Decrease the temperature of the sauna room by 12.8 degrees." She commanded with a grin. That smile only meant she was planning things, "Oh, and do add in a small leak, one that the mechanic doesn't need to fix." She spoke with a grin as she pulled her pipe closer to her lips and took another drag before exhaling after hearing the words, "Yes, Captain." With that, the suana room was colder than before and all because of the leak that Lady Suzunosuke had planted. It made her smile a bit more before looking closely at the screen and noticed the men run out of the room and yelp. She laughed more as she span the chair around, it was one of those spinning chairs which she loved alot. They were comfortable, afterall. Humming and spinning the chair in her own smoke, she giggled slightly before nodding, that seemed to brighten up her morning more than before as she then faced the many screens again. "Connect me to Loxus, stat." She spoke in a stern voice. She had a slightly serious expression on her face as the computer simply replied with a 'Yes Captain' in that same monotone voice. So...emotionless. But as soon as the computer had replied with that, a screen showed up with an image. It was a camera that acted much like that dreaded 'facetime' that she had heard was on phones nowadays. Even she hated it despite how common it was, it was even in public telephone boxes for crying out loud yet she preffered the normal telephones where they didn't have to talk face to face. Afterall, if she talked through the traditional phone and wanted to see someone, she could easily just arragne to meet someone, that would be simple and much more polite than talking with a screen between them.
With a huff and a deep breath, Lady Suzunosuke spoke, this time, her tone seemed to be rather rough and quite stern, "Oi! Laxus! What's the best place for the adventure to start?" People would assume she was joking. No, she never joked. Not at all when it came to talking about her adventure as she looked at the screen with the same stern expression before taking yet, another drag from her pipe. She wanted to plan this quickly and head to that casino, who said gambling had to be for the night anyway?

What's 'safety'?
Morning person, heck no. But he had just jumped up from an adventure that could have been so dangerous. It was the thing that he HAD to go to. Looking up at the hologram, he saw the captain's face. He jumped up quickly. Shuffling the papers around. How long had that been up for? Was she waiting on him or something. Loxus was taking to much time. He had to be careful with talking to the captain though. His pranks were okay, but when it came down to the, 'Next place to go to'. It was serious business. He quickly scanned back over the map again. Finding he had the map the planet but he needed the main one to locate the whole system. "Ragit seems fun! It's the fourth plant, some what cool temperatures. There's a woodland side, and a desert side. The best part?! There's no picture on it. Hardly any information. Like the guy that was supposed to report on it was to scared or he never came back! Doesn't that seem so, dangerous?He brought up the map of the planet. It was placed on to the left of his head so that she could see both."There's also some huge creatures that live in holes and caverns! Not much other then that though!" Even when he was saying that, it was his more serious side. He might had gone off a tad bit. But he was just to excited about the 'no pictures, and not to much information' part of it. Then the whole person that didn't come back to the ship. He was looking for a report about the person but there was none. Kept him up for most of the night. He waited for the captains decision. It was this early, and he was getting tested.

Erin woke up to the smell of breakfast from down the hall and the repetitive beeping sound of her Ship Status Panel (SSP) notifying her of a leak in the Sauna. Groggily she sat up and wipe the sleep from her eyes. Yawning she opened the screen the see a special request not to repair it. Her eyebrows squished together in confusion. If she doesn't fix it then no one will be able to use the sauna, but whatever the Captain wishes, she gets. Obviously there could be a reason behind it.
The sleepy mechanic slowly stood up from her bed and stretched with her arms high above her head. Dropping her arms to her sides she walked to her closet and got dressed in her uniform. Which was practically anything she wanted to wear with overalls over it. Slipping her shoes on she grabbed her key ring, tool box and walked out of her room locking the door before leaving to the kitchen to see what there was to eat.
Erin always woke up a little later then most of the crew except for the captain, but she had a good reason. Anyone would be sleeping as long as her if they were like her to be the last one awake throughout the whole ship working on heavy duty labor and turning wrenches over and over. AND OVER. As she walked down the hall with metal walls and metal floor, she took out her SSP and checked on the status of the Royal Sky. Everything seemed fine, but since today the ship would be heading to another planet and another adventure it would be crucial to double check up on everything. But first, breakfast.
"Sir?" came the voice of a distant crew member. Why? What does he need his attention for? More importantly, how come it's dark? Yuuma tried to clear his vision, but all was hazy. He blinked a few times to find himself being observed by every crew member on the bridge. He blacked out while standing up. It's quite natural, actually. The second hand was notorious for pulling off an entire week without sleep. They sometimes even called him the 'Ghost of the Royal Sky', because some of the crew would hear the heavy footsteps of his boots as he did regular patrols around the ship at night. No one really knows why he does that. So far, the crew has noticed that Yuuma sleeps for four hours every six days. A crew member gossiped that Yuuma was talking to himself in the mirror in the bathroom, but all of those were speculation. Yuuma felt his feet move, and unconsciously, he walked out of the bridge.
There IS a reason why Yuuma stayed up for days on end. There's a reason why he talks to himself in the mirror. And it's all because of one person. A person he had come to admire due to her hard work and energetic personality. Yuuma had wanted to talk to her for quite some time now, but his monotonous voice and seemingly indifferent personality might not convey his proper feelings.
Besides, she was the only one awake when he was doing his patrols late at night. When Yuuma snapped back to his thoughts, he found himself at the kitchen. Huh. What was he doing here again? Maybe his body instinctively brought him to a place where he could get some energy? Oh well. Yuuma perused through the food available, but then he saw the girl he stayed up late at night for. Erin.
Yuuma averted his gaze from the mechanic and took quite a lot of food before making sure his bow did not tip anything over, then headed over to the dining area and sat on a table alone. No one seemed to sit with him even when there were no other seats available, except the captain and other crew members on occasion.

Kaida heard Ana's humming before the key click. She sighed and sat up on her hind legs. Looking up as her 'mother' entered the room, Kaida watched her every move with those soft yellow cat-like eyes. She whimpered softly. When Anna spoke of the snacks, Kaida perked up but hung her head at the end of the sentence. She made a purring noise, soft and rough. Quickly crossing the room, Kaida climbed, quickly, up to Anna's shoulder. She went around as she climbed, making it a bit easier to get up. Wrapping herself around the 'mother's' neck, Kaida continued her purring. How she loved Anna. Kaida would never be and at her. After all, she had raised the little dragon.
Erin walked into the kitchen welcomed by a great cloud of delicious smelling pastries and meat. Looked over the food with a sleep grin she pondered on what she should have today as a couple crew members walked and grabbed food and sat down at a table. With her plate in hand she grabbed two slices of french toast and orange juice. Just before she grabbed a couple more things she saw a glimpse of pink next to the buffet. She looked over and saw the second in command as he quickly grabbed a bowl and sat down. The mechanic turned away put some syrup and powdered sugar on her french toast and grabbed some utensils.
Erin looked around at the dinning area and a couple of people were sitting together that she didn't know and some empty tables. Then there was one where the pink haired man was sitting alone. She knew most of the crew on the Royal Sky, but she has never really had a conversation with Yuuma. She definitely did not want to sit and have her breakfast all alone, so she walked over to his table. She smiled and looked at him. "Do you mind if I sit with you?" she asked nicely. She's heard gossip about him being a strange character, and obviously it has made her a bit curious to find out herself, but she can never believe what she hears about until she finds out herself. He seemed like a very nice and devoted person like herself. So what's there to lose?

"Do you mind if I sit with you?" Yuuma heard. He knew the sound waves of her voice well enough to know it was Erin. Yuuma looked up at Erin with as much surprise as his blank stare could give, then mustered the smile he practiced every night. It was faint, but you could tell he was smiling. "Not at all." he responded, putting effort in making his voice welcoming and friendly. He practiced every night on how to talk to her, so it was natural he'd put practice into application.
Yuuma wanted to take off his headphones just to appear courteous, but he figured Erin would be the kind of person to tell him if she found his headphone wearing a little rude. After all, he needed the headphones to filter out sound waves. Otherwise, he'd detect every single thing that emits a sound wave and memorize it. Every single sound in the ship invading his ears was not a very pleasing idea.
Erin continued to smile as she set her plate and glass on the table and sat down across the table from Yuuma. She looked at his pink hair and could tell that she wasn't the only tired one here by the dark circles she saw under his green eyes. "How is your morning doing Yuuma?" she asked being friendly. He seemed so awkward but not really awkward at the same time, and she didn't really know what exactly what to talk to him about. Her hand went up to her orange wavy mess of hair and became a bit self conscious. She will have to go get her cap after eating. She will also need to see about the status of the sauna.
Erin has always been very busy with working on the ship 24/7, she had never really had that much time to get very acquainted with all the crew, but he had always seemed to be the most interesting to her. Of course first of all his abnormally colored hair and the ear phones he wore. But just him in general, he was different by how he acted. She had so many questions for him about his hair, his earphones, the way he talked, but she didn't want her curiosity to make her seem rude. Erin already knew a whole lot about everything, but nothing about him, except for the rumors spread throughout the ship's crew, and there's no proof those are true at all.

Yuuma maintained his faint smile as he looked at Erin, then watched as she touched her hair. Yuuma observed it for a while. There wasn't anything wrong with it... Maybe she felt something landed on her hair? He put the question aside and decided to respond to Erin's question. "My morning has been the same. I made sure breakfast was cooked earlier so that the people aboard won't have to wait extra after getting here. Other than that, I kept an eye on the ship while everyone's asleep." He said. Despite being second in command, Yuuma knew little of Erin besides the recurring sound waves he gets from her: her voice, the tinkering of her tools, etc. Well... That, and that she's always busy.
"I'm assuming your day is..." Yuuma paused to think of a better word. "...stacked?" Yuuma finished. He really wanted to get to know Erin more, but he knew that their duties come first. But hey, what's wrong with asking? She's a pretty and intelligent girl, and he's... Indifferent.
Erin took a bite of her french toast while she listened to Yuuma. Most people say that he talks like a robot but she could actually hear a friendly tone from him, and it's not like she would judge. She also did greatly appreciate the fact that he made sure the food was being made before she woke up, because truly the smell of breakfast was the only thing coaxing her out of bed each morning. She finished chewing and took a sip of her juice. When Yuuma made the assumption about her day, the endless list of tasks she had for today came back to her. Oh my goodness was it going to be a long day. Every first day of a new adventure was. Erin let out a sigh. "You can say that," she replied with a small laugh. She then took another few bites from her breakfast and soon felt a little full. She would have to grab some more food for later, because she is going to need all the energy she can get for today.
Erin thought back to the last part of Yuuma's reply about how he watched the ship while everyone was sleeping. That answered her questions on who it was that she heard walking around the ship so late at night. But now she was curious again. "So why do you stay up so late?.. I mean I really have no room to ask because I stay up a little late myself, but what is there to patrol while everyone is sleeping?..." she said a little cautious because it really wasn't her business. She always regretted it when she got this way. Once she asked one question a barrier broke and a thousand more came flooding out. She blushed looked at her food. It was hard to look into his bright green eyes with being to embarrassed.

The rumors were true. She's curious. That's good, right? Yuuma took a few sips on his coffee. He smiled at Erin, but it was obvious he wasn't used to smiling as his cheeks began quirking a little and he dropped the smile to a flat.
When asked why he stays up so late, Yuuma paused a little. He was told to take it easy when dealing with more personal questions than the traditional "how are you?" questions. Though, Yuuma saw no point in lying to Erin, so he said, "I was practicing my speech, so I could talk to you better." It went true for other people as well. He would be able to communicate better with the people around him if he practiced showing emotion, and it just happened to be that Erin was Yuuma's target of affection. Then, Erin asked what is there to patrol while everyone is sleeping.
"If there was no sense or feeling that someone is making sure you are safe at night, would you be able to go to bed?" Yuuma asked. It was a rhetorical question, but besides practicing in front of a mirror, that was the other thing he did late at night and into the next day.
Erin paused after Yuuma replied to her. She blushed once more feeling a bit flattered by how he practiced how to talk to her, but he could of also meant it as talking to anyone. She didn't really know how to respond to the first part so she kind of put more attention to the next thing he said.
Of course it was a rhetorical question but it did finally make her understand a lot more about his doing. She liked that, conclusions. Ironically it was all questions to her most of the time even with her wide range of intelligence about everything. She always thought maybe she was so smart because she was always so curious. Though it was also a curse for her because she could never deal with any mystery for so long. "Your right," she said with belief.
Erin grabbed the SSP that was wrapped around her neck and looked to see that she was already running late on her check-ups and she still needed to grab a lot more things from her room and ask the Captain about the leak in the sauna. "I'm sorry, I would really like to stay and chat some more, but I've got to go," she said standing up with her plate and glass in her hands. "It's going to be a really long day so I better get started now. I do hope your day is better than mine," she added smiling at him about to go.

Yuuma nodded as Erin excused herself. "I'm sorry to have kept you." Yuuma said. He knew she was really busy, and he felt kinda guilty that he put her in such a position.
His day was quite relaxed compared to Erin's, but he does more than just sit around and be used by the captain if she wants to take a break. He is kind of like a moving security camera. He inspects everything and makes sure they are fine, otherwise he will notify the appropriate department to fix whatever he found wrong. "Don't overwork yourself." Yuuma said as he, too, rose with his cup and bowl. He didn't want to get caught chilling in the mess hall when the captain comes marching in.
"No promises," she replied jokingly. She smiled and walked away leaving her dirty dishes in the bin. She did really enjoy talking to Yuuma. Everyone were kind of alienated by him, maybe because he's second command, but he was very sweet and not really intimidating at all. Maybe later tonight when her duties are a bit more slower she could maybe find him and continue getting to know him.
Erin walked back down the hall and unlocked her door. She quickly grabbed her hat putting it on and grabbed some lunch for later leaving her room and locking the door again. She then walked to opposite direction to the stairs to a door only crew could go in, unlocked it and walked through to a metal bridge. She then started double checking all the pressures and pipes.
Eventually she remembered about the leak in the sauna. She took out her communicator and sent a message to Lady Suzunosuke asking when she would like her to repair the leak. She didn't want to bother her so she just sent a message so she could reply whenever she wanted.
