The blue haired girl looked to Church with small smirk before finally uttering the next move that would be used. "Zap Cannon, and aim for the Gyro Ball." The Porygon would obey its master and fire an enormous ball of electricity towards the spinning ball of energy, watching the two collide and send an explosion of light and sparkling particles from the Icy Wind cascading through the air. The Gyro Ball's fate was unknown but it would likely be severely weakened.

The Gyro Ball would collided with the Zap Cannon, the explosion causing it to go in reverse and slowly coming to a halt. Polaris didn't seem to be affected much from Zap Cannon but the paralysis was of greater concern. 'Wait...no, the paralysis will make Gyro Ball stronger next time. I just have to find the right time to use it' Alex nodded to herself. "Alright, go with Magnet Discharge!" The Magnemite seemed confused by the command but soon understood what his trainer wanted. Rotating like earlier, it dispensed the metallic spheres in front of it before firing them foward with Discharge. For an aesthetic appeal, it made the points look much like arrows aiming to snipe the Porygon.

The girl would snap her fingers in a certain beat before suddenly switching it mid-beat, the sounds sending a reaction through Church as he sent his limbs to begin batting the metallic spheres into the air and accepting the pain that came with using his body as bats. Switching gears with the balls in midair, Poryogn used Discharge himself, causing a brilliant light show to ignite between the metal balls.

Alex's mouth was agape in awe at what Church did to their attack. "Wha-? But I- ! Uhhhh...." the blonde bit her bottom lip. She had to think of something and fast to counter. Luckily, she thought best when under pressure. "Aha! Use Supersonic on the spheres!" Blue rings of sound would pour from Polaris' eye, the rings hitting the spheres and spreading a fine wave over the Porygon. 'Let's see it counter this one' Alex mused to herself.

Although he was unable to protect himself from the blast of Supersonic and the dizzying effects of it, Church managed to convert it into different sound waves, blasting out loud, rancorous music that managed to still sound great tot he ears of the surrounding people. "Not the desired resistance that I hoped for, but still better than what could have been."

Honestly, Alex was running out of ideas. Just about everything she threw there way was countered or altered in her opponent's favor. Truly this was what pokemon contest were about. "Ughhh...What do we do now? Hmm..." Alex scratched her head, pondering her next move. She was just about to give a command when Polaris suddenly froze up from paralysis. "Ahh! Not good! Not good!"

The mystery girl looked to the paralysed Magnemite with a smirk before looking to Church and snapping her fingers to hopefully tell her Pokemon the right move. The response from Churvh was...less than optimal. In that he pointed a blast of Signal Beam at the still suspended metallic balls and blasted himself full force with a dazzling display of light. A small portion would reflect between the balls to make a small corona of light but the majority would be propelling Church across the room. "Well.....that was certainly interesting." The mystery bluenette quipped.

Polaris would soon recover, just in time for Alex to call out her final move. She wasn't going to let that rainbow bouncing Porygon steal the show, not without a fight. "Reverse Magnet Ball!" she would call out. By now, the Magnemite understood its trainer was only combining the name of two of its moves so it knew what to do. Well in her defense they didn't actually have that much time to prepare. Unleashing another Magnet Bomb, Polaris rotated the spheres around it clockwise. It then spun with Gyro Ball counter-clockwise to conflict with the bombs. The friction caused them to ignite into white sparks that circled the gyro sphere. With this and the lowered speed from Icy Wind and paralysis, this Gyro Ball was stronger than the last. As it fired itself toward Church, an elegant sparkling white trail of light followed behind it.

Church bounced against the floor before floating back into sight with some semblance of coherence. Staring down the sparkling ball that had been launched towards her and her Pokemon, the mysterious girl glared towards the attack from behind her odd glasses. Finally deciding on a plan that would give that Gyro Ball a run for its money, she took a deep breath to let the Gyro Ball draw closer before smirking. "Wonder Cannon. Time for some new lights in this place." The musically themed girl shouted to her Porygon, stealing the idea for a double move from her opponent to make this last move the greatest display. A strange box would constitue itself around the middle of the area, the colors within the area switching around at random. Firing off a blast of Zap Cannon, Church settled down to watch the fireworks. The Zap Cannon flew on a collision course with the Gyro Ball, both attacks entering into the Wonder Room to commit to this collision. The Gyro Ball began to switch colors rapidly, flashing difference colors with the spinning motions and sparks adding to the effect. The Zap Cannon had a similar effect upon it, although with much different colors than the Gyro Ball. When the two attacks collided, an explosion of color and light emerged from the center of the reality altering box, engulfing the entire room.
The Gyro Ball continued its flight towards Chyrch, smashing him away before it slammed into the wall with a loud metallic thud. "I'm sorry I went over the move limit but I felt that I needed to end this Contest with a bang. Dock me whatever you think is necessary and ill accept that for doing something a little extra." The blue haired girl pledged to their judge for this contest, adjusting her glasses as they had dropped down her nose slightly from the Gyro Ball whistling past her not one foot away.

"I've made my decision." Sub declared. "Not considering the final portion of the contest, as per the rules, I have decided on a winner. Our contest winner is...our mystery girl. You are the winner of our Black Ribbon Contest, and as such, you win the Black Ribbon." He said, fishing out a small metal case from his pocket, opening it up as he approached the girl, revealing a black contest ribbon inside. "It's yours."

The mystery girl raised an eyebrow that appeared above her glasses before walking over to Sub and grabbing the ribbon. "So why exactly am I the winner? I thought it would be my opponent over there since she managed to make some of the more showy combinations." The bluenette commented, staring at her leader behind those strange glasses of hers.

"Hm, good point...might you be declaring defeat? Or perhaps should we continue for a more clear winner? I'll be honest, it's very close." Sub said.

For a moment, she believed that "Wonder Cannon" had stopped their attack. The relief when it hadn't and hit the Porygon into a wall but then the shock when Sub stopped the match. To her disappointment, she was not declared the winner. Polaris returned to its trainer's side, only to be immediately scooped up. "Well...there's always next time..." she sighed with a frown before looking to her opponent. "Congratulations! That was a good match, you earned it!" Alex grinned, holding out her hand to shake.

Leslie walked up to her opponent, took off her glasses and shook Alex's hand before pocketing the Black Ribbon, content to take the win with her opponent's consent. "Thank you for saying that I won. Helps to make my mind certain on the subject." Leslie calmly replied with, smiling at her opponent before releasing her hand.
