Kiera chuckled as she looked to Paradioa in the distance. "Of course he's here. He knows to look after me when I'm most vulnerable." Evelyn staggered over to them again still with Kiiro latched to her. "Kiera I know you're iffy about alcohol but you should really try this champagne. You'd like it." Kiera frowned. "It's not a matter of if I'd like it or not. And since when do you drink things?" Evelyn made a face as she sipped more of the champagne. "I never said I wasn't allowed normal food or drink. It's just considered gluttony among Demons." Kiera raised her eyebrows as she grinned. "Ironic that Demons worry about committing sins." Evelyn sighed. "Isn't it." Evelyn moved away again into the crowd to talk to more people. "Geez. Since when was Evelyn so bubbly." She noticed Evelyn left Kiiro behind. "Onee-chan is happy at the moment." Kiera chuckled and picked Kiiro up. It was harder wearing a dress, but still possible. "No, she's just getting drunk."

*Shortstraw frowned, "that could be a bad thing you know. The getting drunk part..." He looked out to evelyn, "And she knows i dont like drinking either... i have half a mind to go tell her to stop." He crossed his arms, "last thing we need is her getting all loopy, eating people, or thinking she can make contracts with people like she used to. And with drunks you never know." He looked to kiiro, "it's good taht evelyn is happy, and i've never seen her as socalable either. It scares me." He chukkled. Meanwhile paraioda almost gave a smile, she knew he was there and she liked it. He almost felt like he was finally accepted by her. If he could ever feel that is." Suddenly something bumped into shortstraw and he fell over. A girl in a black dress, turned around, "oh my..." Suddenly a few tails came out of no where and picked shortstraw up and put him back on his feet as she turned away, "quiet sorry..." Shortstraw was blinking wildly, "it's okay..." he wanted to say he seen her somewhere before but couldn't quiet put his finger on it as she moved on through the croud. he then turned around, "kiiro you look as cute as ever by the way." He chukkled.

Kiiro giggled and smiled. "Thank you mister Shortstraw." Kiera put Kiiro to sit on her hip comfortably and smiled. "I'm guessing that isn't your child. At least I hope not." Kiera turned around at the familiar voice. Kiera saw a young woman about her age and a tall young man who had his arm around her shoulder. "I'm sorry, princess. She came here with the intention to wish you and your new husband well." Kiera smiled to them both. "It's fine. I know it seems a little strange that I'm carrying around this little girl. She's my friends little sister you see." The woman looked away stubbornly. "I see." "Lauren, isn't it? I remember you two from the Summit." The man smiled to Kiera and nodded. "Yes that's right. And I have to say it was a shock to us when miss Eve said that you weren't going to be crowned today. I was just talking about it to a few others over there." Kiera chuckled awkwardly. "Eve has her reasons I'm sure. Not that I mind, at my age it's still young for met to accept the throne my father left behind." The man nodded slowly. "Ah, yes. And I wish you well with that princess." The man bowed to her and Lauren gave a short nod before they moved on. Kiera's eyes thinned at them as they were soon out of sight. "She's grumpy and he's a kiss-a**." Kiiro patted Kiera's head. "You should be having fun miss Kiera."

*Shortstraw kissed kerias cheek, "yes fun today." He chukkled as he thought to evelyn, 'Your fine... just no more drinks.' He then smerked to keria, "i wonder if anyone has mistaken you as ours the way kerias carring you." He smerked to keria jokingly, "just to say i dont remember that happening." He laughed. At this point Karen skipped up, "Congraz Mr and Miss Straw." Shortstraw looked puzzled, "straw... no no, since i dont have a last name i took on the Yokai name, so keria keeps her last name, and i just basicly gained it." He chukkled, "as weird and backwords as that is." Karen shrugged, "whatever i was just bing nice. I can't belive you two finally got married though. to think now it's offical to the entire world, no one else can claim keria ever never ever now." Shortstraw nodded, "hell yea being married has it perks." He laughed.

Kiera made a face. "And yet people do still try." Kiiro giggled. "Well people won't stop admiring you miss Kiera." Kiera scowled. "There's nothing to admire." Kiera looked over to the guys by the trees once more and saw Mordekai handing Cale another cigarette and lighting it up. What was it with guys and smoking? Of course she knew Shortstraw would never but most of the guys she knew smoked. She vaguely remembered herself smoking before and had a sudden urge to smoke but bit it back as she saw people flooding to tables. "Looks like it's food time." She smiled to Kiiro. "You hungry?" Kiiro brought her finger to her lip. "A little." Kiera noticed Evelyn had her arm around the leader of China and was telling a story to a large group of men. Her cheeks were slightly red and she chuckled a lot between sentences. At the end of the story all the men were almost on the floor laughing, even the leader of China. Kiera grimaced. "If Evelyn's like this already then god knows what she'll be like later." She shook her head but just moved beside Shortstraw and with her free hand, took his with a smile. "Com'on mister Yokai. Lets get some food."

*Shortstaw chukkled, "you know what... that feel weird and tingly when you say that. Mr. Yokai. Is this how donte feels?" He laughed as he nodded, "oh god i forgot theres a cake with our figurins on it!" He smerked, "i do hope evelyns sitting next to me though so i can watch her." 'I mean it no more drinking your getting alittle too tipsy.' he thought hard to her as they went to take there seats. Around this time eve appeared agian in her black with red shinins in it, looking down, but mostly keeping to herself as she took her seat. Eve was not one for makup.. but it seemed she was crying alittle before and tryed to cover it up with makup. She sat however all the way at the far end of the table, as it seemed Donte was to kerias left, shortstraw to her right, and shortstraw hoped evelyn was to be beside him. Cresent though was still standing, leaning on a wall. But moon sat down anyways. Course soflroa was beside done, making sure shiro had no chance of even getting close.

As Kiera sat down she sighed. "Who knows where Evelyn will be." Eventually the guys who were smoking in the corner came to sit down, all sitting next to each other of course. They looked intimidating to most people, tall men in smart suits who smoked all looking pretty serious. Kiera was surprised Cyril even came. As he sat down he pushed his glasses up the bridge of his nose and looked to her with a sad face, then quickly looked away to Cale and whispered something to him. Kiera's eyes thinned. Since when did they get so close? Besides, Cyril was a human anyway, how could Cale be such good friends with him? She decided to stop thinking about it and realized Kiiro was sitting on her lap. "Evelyn better come here anyway and take better care of her sister." And eventually Evelyn did come, still with a glass of champagne in her hand. "Sorry I left you, Kiiro." She took Kiiro off Kiera's lap and sat her on her hip. Evelyn then grinned to Kiera. "Thanks for looking after her." Kiera gave her a look. "You gave me no choice." Evelyn snickered as she moved beside Shortstraw. "I know. I did that on purpose." Evelyn sat down and Kiiro beside her. And Shiro and other allies sat on a different table entirely. Although Shiro was always a social hub, so she had no trouble talking with people with her cuteness. Evelyn then leaned to Shortstraw and whispered, even though it wasn't necessary, the talking was too loud. "You do realise that you and Dante are supposed to give a toast, right? To your lovely bride of course." Evelyn grinned more and leaned back in her chair again. "Have fun with that thought."

*Shortstraw froze, "wait what?! I didnt' know that! What am i suppost to say!" He sobbed for a moment as Yuji spoke to donte, "is everyone seated? i can't see and it's really annoying. Does keria look buitiful in her dress? THERE BETTER BE PICTURES!" he replied obviously not happy with the fact we was missin gout on everything. He then went silent a few moments, "donte you are suppost to give a toast to shortstraw and keria, as i would if i was there... so your going to do both. First you tap lightly on your glass and say attention, you would like to say a toast. You stand up and looked to keria and shortstraw. Since i'm not there you can say i would like to say my part through you if you'd like... Tell keria that i am proud of this day. Proud to see the man she chosen, and even proud of the women she may become. May they help eachother through any endever, and no matter what, shortstraw and keria, i know that i will never have to worry while you two are together. Then tell keria i love her, and shortstraw that i'm proud of him taking kerias hand, he's a good lad. Then just say whatever you want to put out there." He explained hopeing donte wouldn't mess it up.
Meanwhile soflora looked to donte with a giggle, "i sure hope your not going to eat like you usally do.." she whispered, "please use a fork..." she madea face but was happy even more so.

Kiera settled as she was finally able to relax and slip off her high heels subtly under the table to give her feet a break. She swore her feet would die if she wore them any longer. And although she knew she'd have to put them on again after eating, it was good to give her feet a break. Why did women have to put so much effort in a wedding anyway. Evelyn chuckled to Shortstraw as Dante suddenly stood up. "Follow what he says and learn quick." However Dante was anything but subtle as he almost broke his glass with how hard he pounded it with a utensil. "GUYS. GUYS I HAVE A TOAST TO MAKE." Kiera chuckled at Dante. Yes, she loved her little brother a lot. Dante looked to Kiera and Shortstraw with a big grin. "I'll say this for dad because he isn't here today. He wanted you to know that he's proud today. He's proud to see the person you chose, Kiera and proud of the woman you'll become.. or something.." He made a face as he thought. However Kiera chuckled as did Evelyn. "He knows that no matter what you'll help each other and he knows that with you two together he'll never have to worry." He grinned more again. "He said that he loves you, Kiera and he's proud of you Shortstraw 'cause you're a good lad. Dunno what he was thinking when he said that." Most of the people laughed. "And I'll say don't go having any babies when I'm still this young! I don't wanna be a kid uncle!" The crowd laughed again and Dante raised an empty glass. "So here's a toast to my big sis and new big brother!" They all toasted as Dante sat down looking all smug with himself. Evelyn raised her eyebrows and leaned back in her chair with her arms across her chest. "I'd like to see you top that, Shortstraw."

*Shortstraw wanted to sink, "ant no way i can top that." He gulped and stood, "thankyou donte. And Mr Yuji if you can here me. I'll take good... no let me refraze that, great, care of keria as she always dose for me." He was turning red quickly as he looked to keria, "to be hoinst i didn't know about this part. But i will say this. You and I have always got along great. We always back eachother up, and we always have been thre for eachother when either one of us have aver had trouble. But, through it all, every day my love had grown more for you. I more then just love you keria. Your a picky girl, your a vary butiful girl, sexy." He chukkled, "and a princess that chose to take in a street rat." he seemed to be lossi ghis redness in his talkin as he looked to her eyes, "and no matter what, i will both make you happy, keep you safe, and make sure no one ever take advantage of you. Thankyou." He looked around, "everyone." He then sat down now red again looking to the table as if he just did somthing he didn't know where it came from. "how as that evelyn?" He asked in his head as he held up his glass to keria, "To the love of my life and then some, Keria."

Kiera was blushing furiously although smiling however Evelyn had sunk into her chair to sob. Kiera held up her glass as everyone else did. "To Kiera." The crowd chimed and clashed glasses. Kiera reached and kissed Shortstraw then spied Evelyn still sobbing to herself. "Looks like she enjoyed your speech." She chuckled and smiled to Shortstraw still with a little blush. Evelyn eventually pulled herself together and put her head against the table. "You two kill me, you know." Kiera giggled a little as did Kiiro. Dante stared at them. "What's wrong with Evelyn?" Kiera grinned. "Oh, nothing to see here, just a Demon getting all emotional."

*Soflora smiled, "i thought that was wonderful shortstraw. An dyou too donte... other then the baby part..." She giggled, "to me that was selfish but sweet at teh same time." She kissed dontes cheek, "i hope your have a speech for me like that on our wedding." She smiled cheerfully.
meanwhile shortstraw actully met keria and kissed her back with a real kiss, "that was on the spot. Just think if i had time to think about it." He laughed as he leaned over and patted Evelyn on the back, "i didn't want to say this outloud evelyn becuse it might make enemys, but all this is thanks to you. Mostly." He winked, "and my two girls are both MINE now." He laughed as it seemed everyone was finally starting to eat. And have you know it, donte was sitting exacly were all Randys chicken was. irnoicly. Shortstraw smiled and looked to keria, "i couldn't be happyer."
Suddenly eve tapped on ehr glass, and stood up, "I... i know i'm alittle late. But i havn't had the chance to congradulate you tonight keria. As my little sister, and my favoret sister..." she seemed to be keeping somthing in and for the first time ever when speaking out... she couldn't seem to give speech. "And shortstraw i'll be watching you and keria, i bid both of you to have a happy life... and a great honeymoon aswell." She smiled and sat back down as she then started to eat... and eve didn't usally eat much, now this time she was piling stuff onto her plate. Something was really eating at her.
Meanwhile Veria was at home in a corner of her room crying, "i wish i could be there!" She cryed, "that was so buitful... i think i wanna hug." she wimpered as she put her head into her knees.

Kiera nodded and smiled to Shortstraw. "Same here." Kiera then looked to Eve. Well clearly this was grounds for a talk, but she wasn't sure when she could get some time alone to talk to her. There was nothing Kiera could do for now. Especially on her wedding day. Dante had a hard time ignoring the fact that Soflora kept mentioning him and her getting married. He felt that was a little too much. He hadn't even reached double digits in his age yet and yet he already had a girlfriend and was expected to do all these things. This only made him eat more and stuff things onto his plate just like Eve. Evelyn was giving Kiiro food and Kiera of course had her food to a bare minimum. But Evelyn could forgive it this time. Since Kiera was wearing a corset of course. It was like you couldn't possibly eat in those things, there was simply no room. And Evelyn had done it up so tight anyway. Which frankly, emphasized Kiera's boobs.

*Shortstraw smiled to keria and whispered, "is it just me are are your boobs bigger then before... they look it..." he looked at them but then relized someone may see him looking down his wifes shirt are her rather large breast at the dinner table, and that would defently look... well he wasnt' sure how that would look as he turned red, "ne...nevermind. Forget i said anything." He then thought about what eve said, "oh yea never though about our honeymoon, where would you like to go keria?"

Kiera shrugged as she forced some food into her mouth. "I've been most places anyway. But whatever we chose, please don't let it be somewhere cold." She chuckled. "Even though it'd just be you snuggling up to me all the time because I stay warm through everything." Evelyn leaned over the table and pointed a fork at them both. "You should go somewhere in the Yokai lands instead of the human world." Kiera shrugged again and smiled. "I really don't mind." Dante scowled. "WHAT SISTER AND SHORTSTRAW GET TO GO ON A HOLIDAY." Evelyn grinned to Dante. "That's right. Without you. Just them." Dante made a face. "I didn't wanna go with them anyway. They'd just be kissing all the time." Evelyn laughed. "I'm pretty sure you hit it on the nail there, Dante."
