Kross didn't really see the need to go after Brody and he was more then confident in his ability to not only pin this punk but put an end to his career. Kross went over to the ropes when Brody rolled into the ring. As Brody attempts to get up onto his feet, Kross runs and drops down to try and deliver a drop kick to Brody's knees.

Barely halfway to his feet, Brody had no time to properly avoid Kross' dropkick and his legs were quickly knocked out from under him.. Luckily enough, physics was on Brody's side and he unintentionally fell towards Kross, threatening to crush him under Brody's not-inconsiderable weight.

Kross held up his hands to hold Brody up long enough so he could push him to the left so Kross could shoulder rolled to the right. Kross attempts to rise to his feet while keeping his eyes on Brody, poised to use his patented scissor kick as soon as Brody gets up on his knees.
