Anubis turned to Akinja, her serious business-like expression made her almost intimidating "I would say let's get to work but..." she paused for a moment, her eyes narrowing "We both know we have no means to destroy the Corruption..." she continued in a blunt statement that would have hurt like a sledgehammer. Anubis sat down on one of Akinja's chairs, one of her legs over the other "That bubble also isn't enough... we need to build a facility... one secure enough to hold threats like this..." she explained to Akinja, though she knew that Akinja probably already knew all of this. Anubis just wanted to say it bluntly so they wouldn't need to waste any time on trivialities.

Cariad looked at the entire groups left the house. -We can't stay with this...I need to move forward, our paths differ here.- Deep in his mind he felt that this group did not progress him plans any further. Cariad sheathed his sword and looked towards Anubis. He scowled a bit. A small orb appeared in the middle of the room.
Slowly walking forward he looked back "A parting gift, I'm exiting this group's little band of heroism.". A pitch black eye turn towards anubis. "Our contract is over...."
Jumping out of the home's window he left the scene with a carbon dust behind him.

Anubis didn't really seem to mind Cariad leaving, Akinja and Hira were much greater comrades then he would be on the long term. Anubis continued her conversation with the woman "Sol had Super Science around long before Aetes did... surely you could come up with some Super Prison capable of holding this thing... keep in mind it is far less powerful then what you faced... likely it is restrained to a single individual... no back up other than that." she explained "Something that can be put in a prison powerful enough to keep its power..."

Anubis smiled at Akinja, this was different from the usual smile, it was very smug "Money is not an object here.... you will get all you want. I have the full support of Anubis Portal Corporation... largest producer of Super Science in the world... this will be off the books of course... so don't expect anything but money and resources." she explained to her, this only added more mystery to Anubis though. How she had the full support of one of Aetes' largest factions, and her intel involving Sol, it was all unknown. Anubis then turned away from Akinja for a second "One moment madam... I need a smoke..." she muttered, walking off to another room for a moment.
Suddenly, as if coincidence, Akinja's phone began to ring. It was in perfect timing with Anubis' departure from the room. The caller ID stated the caller as 'Doctor Stanley', whom had worked at Akinja's lab only a few days ago before he died of natural causes.

As Anubis was away from the room, the voice on the phone spoke "Well... that's quite a hello for someone who's talking to a dead man." he spoke in an ominous dark voice, it sounded deep, and threatening. More so then he was when he was supposedly not dead "You are a fool for allying yourself with Anubis. She and the Heroes have no interest in destroying the Corruption. It will merely be used to consolidate their power in the world. You have 25 seconds to leave your lab... or you will suffer the same fate as the Hero Anubis." he told her, the room was completely silent as he spoke, oddly so, no air conditioning, not even the sound of animals outside, it was like the void.
