RPC Name: Probably a flower pun or cake reference...I dunno yet
Class: Medic
Clan: N/A
Demon Applying For: Ichibi
Link to Demon: Shukaku

Roleplay Sample:

[I saw someone already accepted it, but it was like, a million years ago and that the demon page said it was free. Not sure how it's going down, but I'll apply anyway.]

Absolute chaos...that was one way to describe the scene unfolding before Shimapan. Her squad had been caught in a trap while traveling to the village, and were all but dead. Her two squad mates lie broken and scattered around her, and her squad captain lay bloodied and half dead at her feet. The young medic-nin knew what she had to do. It was so obvious, but it wasn't easy. Her training told her to act fast and use basic first aid and life saving skills on any survivors until a more experienced medic could get here, but there was an outside, or rather an inside opinion, trying to sway her into fighting. The mental tug of war went on for what seemed like hours until a decision, a very sloppy one, was made. Shimapan lashed out in several random directions, hurling sand in hopes of scaring away any attackers as she knelt down to dress her commander's wounds. A minty green coating of chakra fountained from her hands as they were positioned over the most grievous of wounds.

Things were going well. While she hadn't entirely sealed the wounds, she had gotten the bleeding to stop, so her commander was stable, but Shimapan wasn't out of the fire yet. A whistling sound filled the air as 3 kunai soared towards the little medic. Luckily, Shimapan had a guardian looking out for her, though it was more for itself. A wall of sand quickly shot up behind her and blocked the kunai. Startled, Shimapan quickly lost focus on her chakra, causing her to overload and not only reopen her commander's wounds, but make them worse. Things had gone from bad, to ******** all. One of her two attackers was making her move, and between the demon's concern for itself and her concern for her team, regaining that lost focus was nearly impossible. Her attacker, a ninja no older than her, broke cover and made a dash at Shimapan. In a terrified outburst, the girl let out a scream and threw sand in a full 360, covering her commander and knocking the opposition back.

Shimapan quickly reeled the sand back in, desperately thinking of something, anything she could do, to protect everyone. As the sand moved over her commander's body, something caught her eye. Some of the grains of sand were getting stuck to his open gashes. that was it! She could fill the wounds with sand to create a makeshift bandage. It wasn't in the least bit perfect, but it would work. Shimapan quickly covered her commander in sand and was washed by a wave of relief as several spots of sand darkened with blood, but didn't leak. She had taken care of most of the problem, but she was still being assaulted. In the several minutes, she spent keeping pressure on the wounds, her attacker continually assailed her with all manner of taijutsu, but each kick and punch was brushed off by a wall of sand.

"Is that all you can do, use your little wall to block my attacks as your friend dies? You've got to run out of chakra some time, little girl," he mocked. He was dead wrong, but also right in a sense. Shimapan could easily destroy a taijutsu user, but in her current mental state, just using the sand alone posed a risk to everyone around her. The kunoichi's thoughts raced, bouncing around between killing her attacker, losing her squad, and just plane running away. Her mental crazy train was abruptly derailed when one of the taijutsuist's kicks didn't bounce away. Fear gripped the hearts of both ninja as pressure began to build in the sand. The sand began to implode, getting tighter and tighter around the ninja's leg, and slowly creep up towards his core. Shimapan could feel every grain as it moved in as she desperately fought back the demon's influence, but it was to no avail. The pressure began to build rapidly around the ninja until he finally snapped like a toblerone.

A eerie calm overtook the battlefield, and Shimapan began to laugh. Had she done it? Did her second attacker flee after seeing his comrade cut down so easily? She quickly turned to her commander to tell him everything was going to be alright, but what fleeting hope she had was crushed as she saw what she had done. In her dismay, Shimapan had not only slaughtered her attacker, but had accidentally crushed her commander. Tears welled up in her eyes and she collapsed over his body. All previous thoughts left her mind; all she felt was grief. She had failed to do her job, the one thing she could actually do on the team. The little ninja lifted her head and gazed at the tree line where her last assailant surely lie in wait and whispered, "Just end it...please." Much to her dismay, her plea was met with a horse response from behind her..."No, you're much to valuable." Then suddenly, she felt a sharp pain in her skull and her vision went black.

The second ninja flipped the unconscious kunoichi over and smirked. "You gave us a lot of trouble, but now that's all over," he jested. As he leaned to hoist Shimapan over his shoulder, he was met with the cold gaze of the Shukaku, now awakened in the sleeping girl. Her eyes, once a vivid green, were now black and pitch and pupiled with a golden, almost sandy coin and sand began to coat her skin. "Oh no, friend. Your trouble has just started," it replied, lashing out with a sandy sucker punch. The ground around Shukapan began to break into grains of sand and spread outwards, like creeping vines looking for something to grab hold of.

As her influence spread, Shukapan sent a wild flurry of attacks at her target. Blind shots and massive, easily dodged, and someone brainless attacks flew at the Ninja. With ease, he dodged out of the way of each one. As he leaped backwards to dodge her latest attacks, Shukapan called out, "Behind you!" as a large sand hand tried to grip him. The ninja quickly jumped up and flipped and landed behind Shukapan. "You know, you really are stupid, broadcasting your attacks like that. You're too easy to read! It's all blind swi- oof" He quickly looked down and saw where he had landed...right in the midst of Shukapan's sand. Now, one of her sand hands had taken him from behind. "What do you mean? I said behind you...but you really are stupid...aren't you," she cackled. Shukapan could feel the limits of her body begin to impede her movements. Shukaku may be a mighty demon, but his shell was a 12 year old, sleep deprived girl.

"Lemme go! I'll make it worth your whi-" the struggling ninja tried to bargain, but was once again abruptly cut off as his body was turned to mush. Exhaustion was beginning to take its toll on the girl. Shukaku, though he wanted to be free, knew when he had overstayed his welcome and slipped back into the girl's subconsciousness, leaving her laying in the road to become someone else's problem.

Unrelinquished Despair

RPC Name: Aruwara Mizaki
Class: Taijutsu
Demon Applying For: Kyuubi
Link to Demon: Kurama

Roleplay Sample: Today was a good day in the wilderness a mile or two outside of Soragakure. The sky was bright and clear, the air clean, and all of the animals chirped, yapped; generally making a lot of noise as they were prone to do. That wasn't even the best part. The best part was the man standing over her angrily as she leisurely took in the sunlight against a tree. He did not seem happy at all, and in all likelihood, it was her fault, since he bore the same headband as her.

"I wasn't a fan of your little demonstration, Misaki. Embarassing me in front of my students like that. I told you it was just an example." He rather obviously slipped one of his hands behind his back in an act of aggression. She was fairly sure that she could take him one on one. He was a rank above her, but still a simple ninjutsu user while she was a taijutsu specialist. She excelled in close combat, and he wasn't keeping his distance. They've worked a few times together on missions, was he really that dumb?

"It was an example, and maybe you should've thought about that when you asked me. You know me well enough, don't you?" She stifled a yawn, and that's when he cose to strike. Fingers already clutched around his kunai, he threw his arm toward her in an attempted surprise attack. Seems he really was that dumb. Her elbow flew up to his wrist, knocking the weapon out of his hand, and giving her time to jump from her position and back a few feet to face him directly. "Did you really think that would work? Come on, you seemed smarter during your class." Mizaki taunted, inviting him over to her with a smile on her face. If he was this angry, it would be easy to bait him into hand-to-hand since he probably wanted to punch her in the face; but he didn't take the bait.

Instead, with a quick flurry of handsigns, he opened his ugly maw and spewed forth a long stream of flame toward her. With a quick hop, skip, and jump she narrowly avoided the heat, foiling his attempts to follow her with it. Again he threaded heandsigns, but she wasn't going to have any of it. Crouching into a ready position, she launched herself at her opponent foot first. He blocked it, but she followed up by spinning around and throwing her heel into his temple. Then he exploded. Searing hot flames surrounded her lower body and threw her back. She hit the ground with a hard thud, screaming and writhing in pain. Stupid, stupid. stupid. Of course he'd pull something like that. Her clothing was burned, boots partially melted off of her feet, and her legs severely burned.

"You know me well enough, don't you? You seemed more clever on our last mission." He chuckled, revealing himself in a nearby tree. He was laughing at her. He thought he was winning. A familiar, strong presence poked at the edges of her mind, seeping through the readily available cracks. She was angry. Misaki gritted her teeth while recovering herself, glaring daggers at her enemy. It didn't matter if he was from the same village, she wanted to kill him. She was going to kill him. No one was going to one-up her like that, laugh at her, and expect to get away scot free. Her skin began to hiss, steaming as a red aura bubbled out and covered her body. The lines around her eyes darkened, as well as the 'whiskers' on her face. It was urging her on, and she was happy to oblige.

If he heistated at all, she didn't notice. Her fingers dug into the ground and she launched herself at him. He jumped down from the tree, and she followed, gripping the branch and nearly snapping it before reversing her direction and throwing herself at him again. With more tricks up his sleeves, the moment she touched him lightning arced between the two, illiciting a pained growl, weaking her grip on him, and allowing him to kick her back away. His defensive fighting was annoying, and it was pissing her off even more. "Just a bit more." It whispered. Three tails began to form one by one at the rear of the cloak. Recovering herself into a feral crouch, the burned skin on her legs cracked, hissed, and bled, its healing being accelerated by her movement through the stages.

"I'm going to kill you." Misaki muttered. That's all she could remember that she wanted to do. The Kyuubi was pressing against her mind, egging her on and attempt to take control. She was losing focus on her thoughts, and was only intent on her strongest feeling from the beginning of their confrontation. He was still standing there, unfazed by any of her recent attacks because of how incredibly aggressive she'd been. He was still making of a joke of her, and somehow he still remained calm. Two of the tails formed themselves, grabbing the surrounding terrain and, predictably, rubberbanded herself straightat him. This time with the intention of missing as he easily stepped out of the way. Twenty feet behind him she struck a rather large rock feet first, absorbing the shock and jumped at him a second time. Completely unprepared, she bowled right into him.

It was the real one this time, and she grappled with him, pinning him against the ground and tearing at his torso with her clawed fingernails. Desperate, he manged to wiggle himself out of her grip and kick her off again, giving himself enough time to thread together another group of handsigns. She was having none of that, and launched a snap kick toward his chin. Just before it connected with his fragile skull, he blocked it with his right hand which was corded with electricity. Another painful shock sent up her leg, and down the other as it moved into the ground. There was noticable fear in his eyes at point. He was beginning to realize just what kind of situation he had gotten into it, but that wasn't going to stop her. Wither her strong grip she reached for his hand, pulling him toward her and chomping down on one of his fingers. Her victim struggled, but managed to get in enough punches that she decided it wasn't worth it.

He retreated, holding his bleeding hand with a frightful look in his eyes. This probably wasn't what he imagined that he'd be getting himself into to, but there was very little for him to do now besides try to escape as she feel deeper into her consciousness; however, helped arrived.

The first of the party, a mile or two ahead of the rest, arrived at the scene. The herald of the end of this now rather one sided fight. Time was running out, and her invasive guest didn't like the sound of that. Pressing even harder, Misaki began to lose herself entirely. "Time is short. My turn to play" The transformation accelerated, pushing out two more tails to a total of five. Her skin peeled off like an old sunburn, and the charred skin, finally heeled, disappeared, leaving behind a grotesque outline of her figure, colored in a mix of red and black. Now all she had to do was hunt down the prey, but before that...

Turning around, the host gazed directly into the eyes of the scout, ripping at the air toward him with her claws to form a tornado that tore through the surrounding forest. Should delay them for a few moments while she finished up her previous engagement. She started off with a jog and set off in the other direction, tracking down her wounded victim with his scent. It didn't take long, since along the way he'd stop to tend to his mangled hand. She spotted him while he was running, and just chasing after him didn't seem all the fun. Crouching down for a moment, the Kyuubi further increased his influence over the host, forcing more tails out of the body to a total of eight. Her size increased, a vulpes exoskeleton formed around her, and she became overall more bestial, completely lost. She opened up her giant gullet, and let out a deafening roar. A shockwave emananted and flattened her immediate surroundings, chasing after the prey, knocking him off his feet, and sending him flying into a tree. The beast strolled over to him with it's beastial gait, looming over his quivering form. Four of the eight tails formed into hands, and descended upon him. He ceased to live.

The fresh arrivals came to the scene a little late to save their comrade, and the situation has escalated further than what the scout had reported. Misaki was dangerously close to slipping into stage four. There was a mokuton user among them, which meant that time was up. That wouldn't stop it from struggling, though. Its claws swiped at the air, throwing a tornado into their direction and scattering the group, followed up by a charge to try and catch another victim before being trapped again. As it near, wood pillars burst from the ground and began attempting to encircle the large beast. It snapped at the pillars and struggled, breaking a few and roaring in the direction of the mokuton user. The wave did nothing but flatten the ground, and the user quickly recovered, sending another wave of wooden pillars to imprison the kyuubi. Chakra was draining quickly, and no matter how much it thrashed it couldn't escape the wooden coffin that stole away it's energy, it's control.

Minutes later the situation ceased to be a problem. Misaki was dumped on the ground, unconscious, and the only damage apparent being her clothing from the beginning of the fight.

Had to really force this one out. Hopefully it's okay.

Feral Genius

RPC Name: Kokoro Raijin
Class: Enhanced Fighter or Taijutsu
Clan: Shihōin (Possibly none, haven't decided yet.)
Demon Applying For: Gyūki
Link to Demon: Hachibi

Roleplay Sample: Five anonymous Shinobi surrounded Kokoro, oddly, in a formation of a star, with Kokoro in the dead center of it. In a fighting stance, she pivoted around her central location, keeping an eye on all of her opponents. Upon each Shinobi, she noted the Short Sword located on their right shoulders, and the stance they were in, which held the right sides of their body towards her. Obviously, these Shinobi were dominantly right handed, from what she could perceive, at least. 'Keep your guard up, Kokoro. These men are skilled Kenjutsu users...' Gyuki's voice rang within her thoughts, alerting her even more so. The bond between these two had grown over the years since the Hachibi had been sealed into her. Now it was time to test their bond to the fullest. The first man to strike was the one who formed the top of the group's star formation. Her prediction, and Gyuki's insight were correct. The male vertically slashed with his sword once he was in range, quickly flicking the sword upward in attempt for an additional strike. Kokoro dodged the horizontal strike, side stepping off to the left, strafing furthermore, to remain on his off side. In retaliation, she twisted her body, unwinding with her right leg extended, delivering a powerful kick against the Shinobi's sword hand, disarming him. It was a tactical move indeed, and with the man disarmed, and likely to be stunned thanks to her incredible strength, she could continue, and advance in her offense. The kick not only disabled the man from his weapon, but using his right hand entirely. Her strength played a role in effecting this, effortlessly fracturing the Radius, Ulna, and Proximal Phalanges of his right arm. Follow by his cries of anguish, two more men closed in, with blades drawn.

Kokoro was forced to go back on the defensive, positioning herself between the two men as they came at her from an angle, seemingly in a straight line from their point of origin. As the approached, their strikes seemed to be synced, both swords slashing horizontally, aiming for her torso. Kokoro leaped back, managing to escape only with a shallow cut, but had little time to recover, as the men continued their assault. Their strikes were agile, the Jinchuriki finding it hard to keep up with their movements, slowly being forced back as she continued to dodge their attacks any way possible, waiting for her moment to strike back. Their attack pattern became quite obvious after a short while, and once the horizontal strike was next in their series of strikes, she made her move. Going for the male on the left, this would make sure she'd successfully avoid the right male's attack, so she'd only need to focus on the left, while coming up with an attack that could do damage to both of them. Taking advantage of her strength and toughness granted through all of her years of training, Kokoro halted the left Shinobi's sword attack with only her hands, the blade digging into the flesh of her palms. Trails of blood flowed between her fingers and around her hands, but this slight discomfort was barely noticeable to the Jinchuriki. With a powerful, yet simple yank of her arms, the sword was forcefully removed from the Shinobi, quickly coiling her body shortly after, uncoiling with a leg extended, aiming for the side of the ribs. Making contact, the left Shinobi was propelled into the right, sending them both to the ground.

This is easier than I expected. Especially for Kenjutsu Specialists. A smirk arose on her face, as she turned to the two Shinobi still standing. Still, she kept an eye on the other three Shinobi she managed to temporarily incapacitate, expecting them to retaliate soon. 'Don't get cocky. Focus!' Kokoro, as well as the two Shinobi, charged towards each other. Her eyes remained on the Shinobi's swords, expecting the same outcome as the other three but, she was sorely mistaken. Following the cliche approach as the three Shinobi, their swords were drawn, but... a chain was link to the ends, and on the end of that chain, was a weight. Kokoro halted her advance, staying light on her feet as they chains were thrown ahead, aiming to capture Kokoro. Her experience with these types of weapons were less than none, for she had absolutely no experience with such a weapon, and its capabilities were completely foreign to her, other than the fact that its chains can be used to immobilize their targets. The weights were dodged with relative ease, but with a simple tug on the chain, those very same weights came at her from behind, simultaneously wrapping around her upper torso and arms, the second aiming for her thighs. "Guh!?" She stuttered in confusion, and anger, moving about roughly within the chains that captured her, to no avail. Both Shinobi tugged hard on the chains, bringing the Jinchuriki to the ground on her side. The other three Shinobi arose from their defeats, now surrounding the female Jinchuriki, preparing to get their revenge. Barrage of kicks assaulted her body, areas targeted were not protected by the chain of the two Shinobi's mysterious weapons. Even so, the chain dug roughly into her breasts, ribs, and thighs, causing a major increase in discomfort.

Kicks continued to rain without cease against her body, areas partially becoming bruised; the poor Jinchuriki's only option was to endure. Endure. No, that wasn't all she could do... she was a Jinchuriki, and therefore, with the aide of her Bijuu, she could escape. The shade upon Kokoro's skin darkened, from a brownish-tan to a normal brown color. The change was so drastic, in fact, that two of the Shinobi ceased their assault to examine the sudden changes. As the single Shinobi who failed to notice the changes continued kicking, a purple aura emanated from her body, a wispy, formless aura. By this time, the Shinobi stopped, his facial expression mirroring the shocked appearance of his comrades. In addition to Kokoro's skin tone change, her muscular body was further enhanced, due to the exposure to Gyuki's chakra. Her muscles twitched slightly, the bulging was barely noticeable, but Kokoro could feel her increase in strength. Thanks, Gyuki. With her new surge of strength, Kokoro tightened her muscles, expanding her arms outward and breaking free of the chains that surrounded her torso, bits of chain flying outward, even hitting some of the surrounding adversaries. Widening the space between her legs, her thighs were eventually broken free of their imprisonment. Exhaling calmly as she rose to her feet, she stood silently, as her opponents stared in awe. Their sudden shock would be short lasted though, as they swiftly went on the offensive, using whatever weapons they had in their possession to strike with. The clash started with Kokoro's hands, yet again, stopping a blade attempting to cleave her in half. A Kunai, she expected, slashed at her side, what appeared to be a failed attempted at a stab, considering how deep the wound was. She ignored any pain occurring at this very moment, to finish the opponent she was currently grappling with. Yanking the sword, and the Shinobi's hands that remained on the hilt, upward, it left his torso exposed, allowing a powerful punch straight to the man's heart.

She swore she heard and felt something crack beneath the power of her fist, as the man fell backwards, laying motionlessly silent. Her attention was now turned to the man who stabbed her from behind, spinning in one fluid motion, facing him. She drew back an arm, aiming to punch him square in the nose, only to be rammed from the side, sending her, and the shinobi who tackled her, to the ground. Kokoro wrestled the man, grappling, twisting, turning, and bumping, either trying to break free of his grasp, or make him wish he would of never put himself into such a situation. The latter would be more evident, as wrestling was only one of Kokoro's strengths. Her Taijutsu body and incredible strength was key in this type of setting, and even with her low flexibility, she was able to maneuver her opponent between her legs, locking his head between her thighs. With added pressure, and a twist, the male laid limp between her legs. Rather vulnerable in her current position, the remaining men didn't risk not taking the chance to subdue her. In fear of whatever power she might possess, it was quiet obvious now why she must be killed. Before she could get up, all three men piled on top of her, restricting her movements... or so they hoped. But, even with all the efforts of her incredibly enhanced strength, their weight, along with the force of gravity, was not on her side. She struggled to lift them off of her as one of them grasped her tightly by the throat, cutting off her oxygen supply. Her focus switched from trying to remove these men, to being able to breath again, her struggle becoming much more obvious, as her body shook violently under their weight. Her hands attempted to grip the strangler's wrist, but the two men quickly followed along with the strangler's intentions, grabbing her arms in order to keep them from harming the male suffocating her.

Weakly groaning, her body movements slowed, she grew lightheaded, her eyes began to flutter; her pupils sailing upward behind half-closed lids. Suddenly, her body relaxed, her heaving chest ceased.

Kokoro? Kokoro! This is not over yet...

Now that she was out cold, the strangler released his grip, planting a Kunai against her throat. It was pressed against there quite firmly, causing blood to trickle down the sharp edge of the knife and down her neck. Before the male could strike the final blow, another drastic change occurred. The wispy, formless aura that surrounded Kokoro, materialized into something unknown to those who were attacking her. First off, the aura began bubbling eerily, almost as if it were manifesting into lava. Two tails were created from this bubbly aura, along with two horns upon the top of her head. This aura, still remained in its chakra state, but further increased her physical prowess. It was much more noticeable this time, with the expansion of her muscles and now, more veins were present. Despite the Gyuki and Kokoro's steadily growing bond, she has yet to completely control Gyuki, and along with this blessing of power, there was a curse. Beyond the sight of the enemy, and even Kokoro's vision, the Hachibi's chakra was having a devastating effect on Kokoro's body, slowly, but surely corroding it. Though the effects were barely noticeable now, using this too much could cause serious damage to her body. But, the Gyuki had a close enough relationship with Kokoro, to only assist her in dire times of need. This was one of them. Awakening to the screams of the male above her, she watched as he rolled off of her, smoke rising from his figure. She failed to notice the effects of her new cloak, along with the other two Shinobi within range, backing away to lessen the discomfort they were feeling. Kokoro stood slowly, breathing calmly, proudly showing her newly acquired power. Her new aura resembled that of, which to the Shinobi she were facing, was believed to be nothing but a myth, the Hachibi. The two tails swung freely behind her, as she proudly donned the chakra horns present upon her head, positioning herself into a fighting stance. "Let's finish this."
