   Noir eyed Xver, her eyes filled with surprise. "Noir doubts Simon would get hurt with a simple movement, Xver. You areoverreacting. And Xver, your cheeks are red by the way. You really are an interesting character, you know that?" she said as she noticed the girl awaken. "Hello there miss. You slept for quite a while and have us both surprised. It's not everyday a wolf turns out to be a girl."

Xver immediately turned away from Kiki once she got off him, he was still sitting down, but turned away from her. He had a worried expression on his face because of her wound, but was too embarrassed at the moment. When Noir pointed out his blush it got deeper and the man pouted "Just... no! I don't even- WHAT!?" Xver seemed to be having a little panic attack at the moment.

Noir smiled and suddenly felt a sharp pain in her head. Causing her to stumble from the shock of experiencing pain and knock over a trash can. A wave of images flashing through her head. It had happened at such a quit rate that it was hard to make out what flashed in her head.

Xver was busy pouting for the time being, but he noticed that something was wrong with Noir. The Paradox quickly stood up and ran to her, grabbing her carefully and gently since her stumbling would eventually lead to falling. He had a worried expression on his face as he spoke to her "Noir? What happened!? Are you okay?" he asked, this did not bode well for her and he knew it.

Noir's eyes seemed to widen as one of them glowed a bright red color. In less than a split second, her fist made contact with Xver's jaw line. Noir jerking to her feet as she kept the hand that had hit Xver slightly raised. A frightened look in her eyes as she panted heavily. Whatever she had seen, it had frightened the girl and she had yet to come back to reality. Thinking she was in danger at the moment.

Xver's eyes widened as he saw the red in Noir. When he was punched, he was sent flying up, before landing to the ground "Ouch..." he said in a mutter, obviously taking a hit from a walking tank was not without pain. Xver was on the ground, a bit out of it, even minutes after Noir had punched him.

Pelleas got to the city after about an hour of transit. That took forever, at least in his case. He enjoyed it. He started to walk around, some runes written onto his hands. He kept walking as the runes started to glow as she got closer to the group. He cast a small spell, one to stay out of site, but listen.

Noir finally caught her breath until noticing Xver on the ground from her punch. Seeing him seemed to bring her back to reality a bit and slowly she approached but very nervous and cautiously. Worried about getting another strange image and sharp pain in her head. Once she was at Xver's side, she got on her knees and sat him up, letting him lean on her arm for support. Noir looked at him, the red in her right eye gone. Her gaze was replaced with pure worry and fright with a combination of utter distress. "Noir is sorry. She didn't mean to hurt Xver. Noir is just frightened. Please do not be angry with Noir, but more importantly, don't let them get Noir.." Despite being a cyborg, she was still somewhat human because she was able to show fear and tears gathered in her eyes as she finished speaking. Hopefully once things were cleared up, she wouldn't have the worry and dread she was feeling now.

Pelleas sighed. He didn't like fighting at all, but nodded to himself. It was time. He faded in the shadow to make him harder to see, and drew some ruins on the ground. The spell traveled to the group, and suddenly, large black spikes erupted from the ground.

Noir's eye lit up again as she jumped up in a split second, throwing Xver into the air out of the spike's way as she flipped and landed on a stack of crates. Perched like a wild cat ready to pounce as she scanned the area with her eyes, her right eye glowing a bright red. This time, she was fully alert and not as so much as frightened, but angry and in attack mode.

Xver was thrown up into the air, and the Paradox landed on his feet, balancing himself on one of the spikes. The man completely changed his demeanor with the sudden attack "I can feel it... you're a Paradox like me..." he muttered, his eyes narrowed. The man brought his hand out forward, and something began to materialize in his hands, metal. It slowly appeared on his hand, as if it was being constructed in the palm of his hand "Stop right now... we have no reason to fight you." he warned the Paradox somewhere in the area. The metal in his hand completely materialized into a red spear, Xver tipped it upwards, then swung it down, in preparation for battle "I do not want to harm you, but if you do..." Xver's eyes arched into a deadly glare, his feet were still perfectly balanced atop the spike "Once I find you, you will not walk out of here in one piece."

"So, they are easily angered. Fantastic..." he let out a silent sigh. "I only want the girl, but looks like I got two soulless beings to take care of. I must approach this with caution. I am not exactly able to meet head on with hand-to-hand combat." he cast another spell, and the spikes were more aimed at Kiki. He cast his flux spell to trap the other two at the feet, it didn't matter where they were, and crawl up their skin. It felt like goo and was sticky as all get out.
