Amarus was giggling and stroking the buttwings as Zel hoisted her up. She'd normally protest, but she was so overcome by awe at the glimmering lights that she couldn't even manage that. She just smiled widely, as if she knew a secret no one else did.
"What thread?" she asked Olivia, confused. Followed by yelling her phone number as she was carried off. "Text me, Olivia! I don't want to lose you again!" the ghoul called out, extremely insistent that Olivia text her.[[ Exiting[/b ]]

AJ poked the head before checking any difference he was having, luckily, he seemed......quite normal. It's time to leave this booth since there was nothing more to see. He turned around and -
Yarns.
Why suddenly there were yarns linking people together? Two people nearby were connected in red yarns. The serpent dragon boil arched his eyebows up and thinking it might be a trend? He walked closer towards the couple and tried to pick the long length between them.
Nothing. He couldn't pick it up no matter how hard he tried. As his concentrated in his business, he didn't notice that his action become more noticeable. Even the head saw the red line was trying to nom on it but failed. It was unhappy because it was in front of it. WHY I CAN'T EAT THAT?!" It started to yell like a dissatisfied kid.
After a while, he decided to give up and realized that only they can see the invisible yarns.
What does each color mean?

Valiant was not terribly excited to be visiting-- not externally, anyway. Internally, he was practically weeping with joy: this was the academy his great great great... you know what, somewhere in his family line, this was where Victory had attended classes.
Even if Valiant, himself, had not attended Amityville yet, he was pretty happy to be visiting from another school. He spotted the brightly coloured bowl of candies, and the offer to take one.
Valiant loved candy!
After eating it, he promptly saw all kinds of threads everywhere, though. He tested to make sure they were not going to get in the way. Good! They weren't. He could just walk through them. How odd.
He didn't really go anywhere, though; he flipped his phone open, humming to himself, and checked for contacts: he had a couple friends that went to this school, after all. Sadly, his phone was being glitchy again. He had that effect on electronics...

Zel bowed his head to Olivia when he headed out of the area to kidnap his date to another booth. "I'd advise you do as she says and keep in touch!" He laughed as he waved with his free hand to the wight. Well today was sure going to be interesting... (( EXITING! ))

{ Enter Rosy} Rosmiera was actually pretty excited to be at the Scaretine's Festival. Not only was she not having to go to class, but she got to just hang out with people. Her eyes scan the crowd looking for one person, hoping that maybe he got her gram and would meet her here.
Stopping short, she grins as she saw candy at one of the booths. Okay so treats and no classes? This had to be the best thing ever!
Floating over, she picks up one candy without a thought. Popping it into her mouth, she glance around as she spots a familiar person. Wait....she knew that hair anywhere.
"Valiant!!" without a care or thought, she nearly tackles him as she wraps her arms around his neck to hug him.
She was so shocked he was here, but happy at the same time. Her shopping buddy was here. Life was good.

Etzer practically skipped to the candy booth, still dragging his brother along for the ride.
Oh. Candy. Candy. Picking one up, the frost demon showed Molan it with ease, waggling his eyebrows before eating the thing.
And then he felt something at his back. Doing a spin around a few times, he finally noticed something fluttering behind him. It was a clash of neon pink and yellow with black calico splotches, making Etzer groan in despair as he sunk to the ground.
"This clashes with everything," He whined, fazed more by the fact of the color than actually... having buttwings.

Once again he found himself literally drug along by his brother, who was far to overexcited about all of this. Sort of trudging along until the every evident 'TAKE ONE' sign pulled attention. And here he found his brother picking up a random unknown candy and... eating it.
Without a second thought.
And the look meant he was making a contest of it. Oh this wasn't going to be any good at all. A low sigh escaped him as he reached out, picking up one of the candies himself and swallowing it around the same time his brother did. For if he'd seen the results his brother had, he would never have touched the things.
And suddenly he regretted being brave enough to swallow one as his brother sprouted the most hideously colored set of buttwings. Not wings. No. Butt. Wings.
Why in all of hallowee- ok. Nevermind the wings. No. He had bigger problems. "Why is there a pink squirrel with orange splotches doing backflips and... it's so happy..." To everyone else he was staring up at the sky, completely tranfixed with the number of bright colors, rainbows, and sparkles he now saw. The world was no longer it's normal place, no it was a magical land of trippy joy... perhaps too much joy. "Oh... it's having a sword fight with a cloud now..." Yea, that was normal.

Ah Scarentines... a time for couples to run around and be all cute and loving and... get way too close to each other. Of course, it was Darren's duty to ensure that Rosy didn't get too close to any boils. He was her big brother and it was his responsibility.
But that didn't mean he couldn't have fun while doing it - since he had promised his sister he would at least try.
Snagging a piece of candy he popped it into his mouth and swallowed...
Well, that was anti-climantic, he didn't even notice the light-heart-red buttwings he'd grown as he tried to track down Rosy in the press of people.

Standing up and grabbing Molan's hands, Etzer whined. And whined louder. "These clash with everything I have! How is a fashion designer supposed to work with this!?"
He walked back and forth in front of Molan, bemoaning his fate and how he could never really design something to match this horrendous tragedy that befell him. Oh, woe was Etzer.

What was Etzer whining about now? He managed to tear his eyes away the epic battle that was happening above them(how was no one else looking at that?) long enough to stare at his brother. He simply blinked a bit as his brother was babbling about the wings as he tilted his head to look at them closer. "They match the rest of the world." He replied, looking away from the wings as his brother seemingly grew a set of blue polka-dotted ears. "Those will make it harder though." He added, reaching out to try and touch them.
How odd, when did his brother get wings. And was that a murderous minipet scampering and leaving a trail of blood as it cackled gleefully through the booths? ...someone should probably stop it before it stabbed someone else. Oh well. "I never knew there were so many rainbows around this school..."

Ceasing with his tirade, Etzer stopped and looked at Molan, reaching up to wrap his fingers around his brother's wrists. He wasn't sure what Molan was up to, but with that look in his eyes...
"Molan, are you.... are you high?"

There was at least one good thing amidst the confusion over what she was witnessing. A phone number, "I will!" Olivia called out happily as the duo took off to enjoy the rest of the faire. Her phone was out as soon as she could find it in the folds of her skirt, digging into one of the few pockets she had to pull it out and add the contact number she had been needing since she had gotten to school. Finally!
And then. Her head lifted, hearing bells once more (no, seriously.. how many people did she know with bells?). She couldn't expect Amarus to be back so soon, but instead much to her delight it was one of hew new favorite people. "Oh!"
Wait... what was going on? Olivia hadn't quietly made it to the two brothers when Molan began to talk about very peculiar subject matters and observations, and probably more formed sentences than she had ever heard come out of his mouth. Was this him normally? Well, maybe not with the accusation coming from the other boil.
She stared. Confusion rearing back again. What was with this holiday?

His brother suddenly halted his attempt to catch the bouncy, flopping, oh so cute and bright ears he was aiming to grasp by catching both of his arms and drawing his attention back to reality. Or at least something to him anyway. "Hmmn?" Was he? He blinked confused, his head bobbing to one side as he flicked an ear. "I feel fine. It's just the rest of the world that's..."
He trailed off as he spotted the rather pale girl he'd gone up the mountain catching a small dragon with, musing as he realized she now had feelers... and long shimmery wings. Butterfly wings. Not ones like his brother's though. Nope. Full sized with glitter and a bit of sparkling rainbows. Actually, that was just tacky. Ick. They were terrible really. "When did you get pink wings?" Alas, the question was directed to Olivia and not the actual person with pink wings. Well, then again... they weren't expecting normal from him anymore hopefully? "Also you may want to move.. I think that bearpacca is going to run you over, Olivia." He glanced at Etzer at that point hoping he'd back him up on that bit. Afterall, no one should be run over by things.

A tiny bubble popped up over his head, and little black squigglies vibrated within it as he grumbled and walked away from the nasty candy booth.

"Ah, hello Miss." Etzer glanced to Olivia, a distraught look on his face. He hoped she wasn't looking at his butt wings, but with how Molan was acting, it was a good indication her gaze was anywhere but. (haha, butt.)
"I believe my brother is a bit... disturbed at the moment. May I attempt to help you instead?" It was a little hard to keep his attention on the young ghoul, but he didn't want to lose track of his brother in the least. He'd never hear the end of it from their father.
