What an interesting booth, AJ was chained up with a little dino minipet. "Let's work together, little thing." He winked to the Beeb before the race started. Considering the height difference between them, the running proved to be a slow one. Of course they losed the race.
"We can do it better next time, cheer up!" AJ said to the dino.

((Quest: Yukio)) Whoa. For a mini pet, the little dino sure could run and Yukio found himself barely keeping up with the little fella as they made their way around the course, which ended in their victory of course and he was pretty sure that he would never look at another of these the same way again.

((Quest: Yukio)) Determined not to be bested by his partner, Yukio took ahold of the magical handcuffs again for yet another race. Being prepared this time round, he was able to beat his partner but it was rather unfortunate that he had been so focused on the race with the little dino that he forgot to pay attention to the race at all and only managed to cross the finish line mere seconds after their opponent this time round.

Andrew dragged his new companion over to the racing booth. "Alright here it is. Running with Lizards." His last experience here was actually not that bad at all. Even if he still had one of the Beebs following him around.
"Just get cuffed to one and run." he gestured his hand to the lizards ad offered his wrist to Kenner and the cuffs magically snapped on.
He didn't even wait before going and running off to the races. She would figure it out, or not. But considering how quickly those cuffs were put on, she would probably wind up running.
Though he seemed to be a little distracted, trying to see if she would actually do it.

The journey, unfortunately, managed to get Maple's mind going a mile a minute. Filling it with dread at alarming speeds, unsure of where he was taking her and how badly it was all going to go down. She could feel her body sense up, even though they were finally moving.
But when they got to their destination, she could feel herself relax a little - okay, not really because she just had so much energy to burn. "R-racing," she repeated. This was exactly what she needed! Racing, yes! Racing!
Before she knew it, she was cuffed to a small pink puffy little lizard creature - really? It didn't have horns? - and she was off and running.

Danny stared at the small creature that was now attached to her wrist. It was adorable sure, but sort of awkward. It just kept STARING at her expectantly. Like ... was she supposed to be doing something right now?
She was going to ask that nice man that had strapped her wrist, but he was nowhere to be seen. What the heck.
Maybe her cousin knew? "Hey Andrew, how do we o-ohh-!" Before she could finish her sentence, her little beebs was tugging her around the booth, squarely looking at some strangers' beebs with a fiery passion. The other beebs did the same, tugging their owners along.
"OH!" Danny blurted, finally getting it. With a grin, she scooped up the little beebs and said, "Alright little dude!" Now Danny was a member of the bruteball team, the casketball team, the C.L.I.F.F. club and Fitness club. This race? No sweat. Literally, as she is a fire demon, but that was besides the point.
When they looped around the booth, the handcuff snapped off, but the beebs remained. It looked at her expectantly climbing up her arm. "Yeah!! Little dude!!! You're the best little dude."
Seeing as she now had a neat new companion, she gave the booth man a thumbs up, and then took off.

Oh no.... Danny was here. She asked him a question and then figured it out. Right after he finished his race, he went and did another round. Trying to avoid his cousin.
And he took off, dragging the poor lizard along behind him. The other team was faster, but he didn't care at the moment. it wasn't like he wanted more lizards following him around.
The one he had won from earlier was proudly sitting on the sidelines, pleased with his chosen one and mad that all the other lizards were too slow to keep up with him.

She had lost, but it was always expected, so Maple couldn't find any reason to be depressed about it. The running though, she actually found it pretty fun.
"C-can I d-do th-this all d-day?" The little witch yelled out at Andrew as she passed him, taking another crack at it. The lizard at the end of her chain seemed like it could go as much as she could, what with its six sets of sparkly wings it had on its back, all fluttering majestically.
Like the wings Andrew had. Wait... since when did he had three pairs and a bowler hat? Well, didn't he look dapper and shiny... and sparkling.

Andrew stopped and looked at the horned girl, waiting for him to catch up with her. He glanced at Danny, dangerously close to her and felt mild embarrassment about his second very red pair of butt wings that might have rivaled his regular pair in size. "No, I'm done, let's go do another game." he said once Maple was done. "I think this one will help too." The beeb following him seemed content with that and hung closer to behind him.

The little witch felt like she could go on for hours at the rate she was going. Running felt amazing, even chained up with a small little pink creature that had suddenly sprouted an amazing pair of antenna. It was another total lose, but she had gotten a lot close with the second round.
"D-done?" Maple started to pout, not wanting to have to leave the fun activity - even as her little partner in crime was unhooked from her hand and taken away for the next offering. Brown eyes shot towards the little Beeb and she gave him a small little wave farewell.
"A-another g-game?" The ghoul asked Andrew, stepping closer to him with anticipation. As long as he was taking her somewhere else, that would be amazing! With amazing disasters that would follow!

Sibyl was happily singing a random little made up song as they walked through the festival when she spotted the booth covered in...strange..bracelets. She blinked. "What're those?" She let go of Gabriel's hand and wandered to the booth, standing before it and listening as the man behind it gave his little speech. Recreational imprisonment? Her eyes widened and she backed away with a hand protectively grasping her seal skin. What kind of imprisonment!? A weird bracelet-like thing was pushed at her and she cautiously leaned in closer, giving a surprised squeak as it suddenly clamped around her wrist. What?! Huh? Wh..what... This was unexpected. Sibyl tried removing the bracelet, finding it wouldn't come off, and pouted. Well..the minipet was cute. "Gabriel? Um...look what I found~!"Melodine Cantus IF MARZENA DECIDED TO FOLLOW

Gabriel let Sibyl drag him into the next booth, but he might not have been paying attention when she was accosted by the handcuffs. He turned to look at her when she called his name, and his eyes flickered from her, directly to the cuff around her wrist and the pet attached to it. One eyebrow rose, and he frowned. "What, my present wasn't enough for you? You're going to have trouble getting around if you keep leashing things to yourself." He reached up to flick the handcuffs that hung loosely, and one of them clamped forcefully around his wrist. He yelped in surprise, a rather unmanly sound, and tried to pull away. He successfully managed in riling up his pet, yanking it forward until it hissed in annoyance. "I take it back.. this wasn't your fault, was it." He (sort of) apologized to Sibyl. "How do we get these off? We have to take them for a walk or something?"

Terra was wandering around, curiously checking out the stalls when suddenly she was handcuffed to a strange creature and told she was in a race with someone else. It was stunning, the ghoul had never thought being handcuffed would happen to her--
But she ran, anyway. Unfortunately, she had been stunned just one second too long, and she and the beebs were beaten.
"This is not the end!" she told the beebs. "We will try again!"

Terra stretched first, then took off with her partner beebs. This time they won, and her beebs was very impressed with her speed. "We won!!" she told the beebs happily, hauling it up in a hug.
"What were we racing for, anyway?" she asked blankly--and belatedly.

Gabriel's teasing got a pout from the little Selkie, shaking the weird bracelet thing around her wrist. The minipet squealed and squeaked..happily? Let's assume it's happiness. Were Sibyl not as awesome a ghoul as she was she would have pointed and laughed at Gabriel when he too was stuck with a minipet bracelet like her. Ha! See! It wasn't her fault! "Um, that man said something about..running?" There seemed to be some other students and minipets attached to each other..well...okay! Her penguin's leash was tied securely around one of the booth's posts, not wanting to kill it too soon. Fresh meat was so much more delicious. The minipet took off almost before she was ready for it, dragging her around the booth alongside the other racers. She squeaked and stumbled after the overexcited minipet, flopping down on the ground beside it when they were finished. Well, they'd won... but at what cost. She kind of wanted to do it again.
