He lit a cigarette and stood up more composed. The affects of the alcohol were starting to wear off, but he still felt tired and buzzed. Not only that he still wasn't sober enough to travel all the way to the Doma from here. He sighed as he took a puff of his cancer stick. Looks like he was stuck in enemy territory. He stretched a bit as he sat down on the bench then laid down on it as if it were a sofa. "Thanks for your help though. But I don't live around here. I'm a vagabond so I figured this place looked good enough to stay in for a while till I can get all my supplies." he lied. His expressionless face always helped when lying.

Damn..police station. Not good. He said to himself. He then leaned up and got up off the bench. He took a little puff of his cigarette then started to think. She won't leave unless I go to the police station. And I'm still in no shape to travel. "Looks like I have no choice." he said to himself. He got up and using his shadow manipulation technique he appeared next to her. "Fine. Looks like you got me. I'm an intoxicated Doma soldier just passing through enemy lines." he said simply. He didn't fear death, nor the Zaibatsu, so he simply came clean accepting any consequences that followed.

✛✛✛✛✛ As a trained solider of ROOT, Noein was very familiar with the phrase "be prepared for the unexpected, unexpectedly" so it didn't throw her off momentum when the boy suddenly vanished into a shadow, only to resurface behind her. She simply spun around and re-positioned herself.
It was the DOMA thing that threw her off though, and in an instant after hearing the name, her left hand up. Purple aura seeped out from the cracks of her gauntlet, beckoning a barrier around it. Almost like glass, a force field encased the two of them, sealing every and every pomposity to the outside. Even if he tried to escape by breaking it, it would take some time to destroy, and Noein would be prepared to attack.
"That's an interesting declaration buddy but, do you really mean it? I don't want to hurt you if you don't mean it but that's a pretty heavy thing to say in this city, even if it is just a joke." Noein explained, lowering her hand but not the barrier that encased them.

Tatsu gave a sigh to her statements and slowly put his hands into his pockets. "I'm not here to fight. I'm here to rest, then be on my way. I won't kill unless provoked. Now; Miss..are you going to make me do that?" he said in a calming voice. His answers were all too true and so was his question. He had no intention to fight nor start spilling blood that could accidentally start a new possible war. He slowly raised his hands as they turn a dark purple; revealing two crows heads poking out of the middle of his two palms. "Now." he said closing his eyes. "What is your choice?" Once he re-opened them his eyes appeared black and red resembling a crow's. These were the eyes that were used to take the lives of his family, and were used to seeing death. Tatsu didn't thin through his actions, now was ready for anything. A fight, a 2v1, or even a war.

✛✛✛✛✛ She snickered, hands falling out in front of her, with one messily click, the claws on her gantlets shot out from the tips of her figures. Nice and sharpened, ready to go.
"That's a shame then. I was really hoping you could help me out," she huffed, letting out another deep sigh of disappointment. She watched as the crows left his hands, also prepared for combat. And it appeared, neither of them were the type to back down. She knew not to be arrogant of facing a new opponent, that the tides could change in a moments notice. But to simply put it, what good could he do if he couldn't even touch her.
In a millisecond, Noein darted out, making use of her superhuman speed and ducked underneath Tatsu. She wasn't a compromiser, she wouldn't try yo negotiate anymore. She would simply rip this guy's head off and get another one of those damn DOMA agents out of this world. To fight for the good of the Zaibatsu, even if it was to slaughter mercilessly, that's what it meant to be in ROOT. And she had sold her soul long ago just for that.
Her right arm came up with equal speed, claws hellbent on Tatsu's head. It was a hasty move to say the least but, for a first move, she still and surprise on her side since it would take him a moment to figure out her speed. But with that said, he could also do likewise.
The likelihood of its succession was 25% she wouldn't mentally list out all the factors since she had focus on his own skills more. This was more of a move to gauge his skill, gather data and then make a more educated decision.

Tatsu gave one final sigh before merging with Alice's shadow disappearing and dodging her attack. He then re-materialized behind her with his back turned to her. "Looks like you chose the hard way. Very well then I'd like to work off this alcohol." he said shooting out both crows from his palms. They then began to circle them both as . He pulled his scythed guns and merged with one of his circling crows then turned back to normal for a nano second to fire one shot at the girl. Then did the same for the second crow firing one shot at her also. He repeated this multiple times hoping to hit her and in doing this kept firing one shot just to toy with her.

Seeing her block the bullets he slowly dropped down to the ground still holding both of his scythed guns. Without even moving he made the crows disperse into nothing then pointed them at her once more getting ready to attack. He stopped in his track when he felt a sudden change. He looked above and saw Dust perched on the bridge above him, looking with a red eye. He had to leave this area quickly. He quickly twirled his gun on his index fingers and placed them on back in their holsters. "Unfortunately, this is where we part ways, my dear. An urgent matter has come to my attention and seeing nightfall coming. I must hurry." he explained slowly allowing a darkness to cover his body. "I'll be back for our rematch.." he said in a low echoing voice, then with a smirk he blended in with the shadows of the bridge and disappeared.
