--------------------------Koharu frowned at her reaction but when she recognized him as the prince of the kingdom he pulled her aside into a nearby alley not far from where they were. He knew he was a lot older than this young vampire and a great deal stronger, and he simply pushed her against the wall with some ease. "So you know i'm the prince, eh?" he asked, a smirk across his face as he cupped her mouth with his hand. Not far from where they were standing were a couple of drunkards roaming the small town at such a late time. He quickly pulled her into the shadows and closed his eyes as a shroud of black surrounded them. After the few men walked by he looked back at Anneliese and gave a small grunt of frustration. If he was easily recognizable as the prince then he was sure that others would recognize him as well and it wouldn't have been good since it could lead to dissension within the kingdom and put him at risk for his safety. "You cannot tell anyone who I am. If you do, i'll hunt you down and gut you myself," he hissed at her angrily while threatening her to not do anything rash.
He quickly let go of her and took off into the darkness to head back into the kingdom. The pretty young woman may have seemed like an innocent vampire, but after 500 years it was hard to trust just anyone. As he headed home he couldn't help but smile a little as he thought of seeing another pretty face. He had just seen Seriah and her sisters, and now he had run into another new face. Sure the prince had a weakness for beautiful women, but he didn't think he would have been so blessed with seeing so many after a deep sleep.
While Koharu headed home, Ayana still roamed the woods with her uncle and bodyguard by her side. She noticed Lucian dismiss Kei and she grinned a little since all Kei really wanted to do was protect her, even if he knew she was in good hands. When he mentioned to her how he would help her draw away people she smirked a little, "Ha, no...I can do it perfectly fine by myself, Uncle. How do you expect me to learn if you won't let me do it myself?" she said to him while closing her eyes to get in touch with her surroundings.
As Ayana closed her big crimson eyes, her other senses heightened drastically. The sounds of the animals lurking nearby became more apparent to her, and she could smell different creatures in the area, whether or not they were familiar. "Is someone following us?" Ayana asked with closed eyes. She knew that the person following them wasn't dangerous or else her uncle would've already killed them by now, but she was curious as to why they hadn't made their presence known. As he mind lingered on she caught a scent of a young man riding on the path not too far from where they were. He could hear the sound of the steed breathing heavily, and the man's rough grunts as he made his way through the cold night. "I found someone," she said while taking off from her uncle's side.
Instead of attacking immediately she decided to play with her food and simply ran up ahead and faked that she had been hurt. "H-Help!" she shouted while sitting on the path pretending that she broke her ankle. The fact that she was still in her tattered robes from when she had woken up did justice for her whole charade she was letting on, and the man quickly stopped to help her. "Are you alright?" the man asked while crouching down to attend to her. The man seemed to be about in his late 20s and she couldn't help but raise a brow in interest as his strong arms helped her up. Ayana's fingers grazed over his neck and she felt him shiver at her touch. "I'm hurt..." she lied, her voice filled with such innocence as he looked at her. She noticed the blood rush to his cheeks as he blushed and she simply licked her lips. The princess kissed him, teasing him with her act and she felt him give in to her. Many considered her kiss the 'Kiss of Death' since she would do it to all of her victims before eating them.
When she finished sucking the blood from his lifeless corpse she looked up to see her uncle staring at her. "I told you I could do it myself," she said while she licked a spot of blood from her bottom lip. Of course the princess hated messy eaters and she always strived not to be one.

Anneliese narrowed her eyes at the prince as he handled her rather roughly. Was she intimidated by him? Not by the slightest to say the least. At the most she was giving him the opportunity to say what he wanted to say. His empty threats caused a hint of laughter to escape from her lips which possibly only made him angrier but she didn't care at all. if he wanted to fight she would gladly be up to the challenge since she was not one to back down but at the same time she felt no true reason to. Plus she only guessed he was the prince and never flat out said he was so he basically just gave himself away. "Is it really wise to threaten a vampire of a clan you know little to nothing about. Let it be known I'll remember this next to i'm so fortunate to see you again" she said with sarcasm before he left.
It was a rather odd first impression, a bad one in her opinion but an impression nonetheless. Yes, he was a handsome vampire but it obviously meant little to nothing to her. She had better things to do than worry about a prince that was so wrapped up in his own problems that he was angered even when a vampire knew him by just a guess. She couldn't help but to chuckle at the fact again but didn't linger on the thought. She would use the remainder of her time here, exploring until she had fulfilled her curiosity of this kingdom.
Eventually she grew bored as she looked, passing shops and a brothel that she had no interest in and eventually came upon a bookstore. She sighed knowing she had nothing better to do at the moment and was in no hurry to travel back into her kingdom so sh decided to settle there for a moment. The young woman walked in quietly and looked at the shelves full of books that could spark her interest, for a limited time. When a certain book happened to catch her eye she grabbed it from the neat shelf it was in and began to read it, skimming through some of the pages since she had no intentions of staying and reading an entire book.
Watching Niece and Uncle embrace, and hearing the sound of hushed voices were not exactly what she had planned for on this outing. When Lucian left his little niche, it often meant trouble. This silly female was nothing. She was just a girl truly, and Mihr was not threatened by her. She looked lost in the world, and hell, after five hundred years of sleep? It would be hard not to be a little lost, although Mihr couldn’t say she would approve of all the female’s actions. After all, if she was of Lucian’s brood, there was the possibility of the apple not falling far from the tree. If this female was anything like her uncle, Mihr would step in and there would be trouble. The angel had learned to adapt, learning that blood was necessary for a vampyr’s life to continue. It was like food to the mortals, but Mihr still would not allow deaths. When he blood was unsatisfying, and Lucian turned away from her own veins for the brief reprieve that was, she made certain that he killed no one. She couldn’t always stop the inevitable, but she would not allow this female to go on a rampage either. That simply wouldn’t do. If Lucian thought that the angel would find comfort in only leashing his own thirsts, there was another thing coming. Sure, the female may hunt, after all, Mihr didn’t want to be some contaminated blood donor for droves of vampires, but the female would not be allowed to kill. Mihr would see to all of this, and if they couldn’t abide by her rules, well, there was always the light, and her fingers had itched enough the snatching up a weapon would not be too difficult if it was necessary.
When a second male presence entered the room, the angel spun on her heel and paid close attention to all parties that now milled about. Her eyes narrowed on the second male’s form, and she sensed something odd about him. There was a beast underneath his skin, and not in the same way Lucian caged his own beat. That was a figurative mention. This male’s beast was quite really. And the girl, Ayana mentioned that the second male’s name was Kei. It seemed that Kei was not well liked at all. The crisp way Lucian scolded and dismissed the male accompanied with the way Ayana spoke to him as if he should have been doing something else pointed out that Kei’s location was obviously not in the favor of those he served. It was that moment where Mihr thought about herself as serving Lucian as if she had no other choice. She wondered if this Kei was the same way, answering to a master he would not have chosen for himself. It didn’t really matter, as she wouldn’t have the opportunity to ask. It seemed as though the party was moving and gearing up for the hunt. This was something Mihr needed to set guidelines for. Her blank face scanned over Kei’s form once more and then she turned back to her own “master” and watched as the party went deeper into the woods.
Mihr heard the sound of hooves beating softly upon the ground. She knew instantaneously that this rider would become the meal, just as Ayana claimed him for her own. Mihr hadn’t been able to speak her clause. And the vampyr’s moved so damn fast it was impossible to catch up before the female was upon her meal, draining the last drops from his body. Mihr acted, rather than thinking. This was a breach in agreement. There was to be no killing. She didn’t care who the target was, the mortals were to be spared. This was part of her arrangement with Lucian. A sword hung at the side of the steed and Mihr drew it quickly, as if she had practiced hands. The hilt felt so right, she didn’t even blink until she had it pointed at Ayana’s throat. Her eyes found Ayana’s and she spoke harshly, angered at the loss of a mortal life when her own charge had been doing so well ”You are not permitted to kill mortal innocents. This arrangement has been made. You are not permitted to destroy lives. You are not death. You have no power to choose who lives or dies. And if you take life, I will take yours as forfeit. Is this understood?” There was an obvious lack of emotion in Mihr’s features, and she kept her eyes plainly upon Ayana. This would not happen again. These strange vampyrs would not be allowed to take life. It was forbidden. She put the point of the blade against the vampyr’s collarbone, resting it there, not even drawing blood, but making her point clear. She would drive the blade through the next time. This girl had been warned. She could not do this, and Mihr would watch over this strange female as well as Lucian. Mortal lives would not be slain as fodder for these creatures.
"Do you remember the story of Little Red Ridding Hood?"
Lucian smirked when Ayana said her words. "Very well, I will watch you then." he assured her. Though as they ran, she grew aware of his follower and smirked when she asked. "Do not fret, my dear. She is with me." he would make sure that Mihr behaved. So he stayed in the shadows as Ayana hunted her prey. When she finished, he approached and grinned as she praised herself. Although, before he could respond to her, Mihr took action. Growling when the angel took the blade, he especially didn't like it when she pointed it at his niece and spoke those words.
Without a moment longer, the sword was knocked out from her grip and she was in his grip instead, her head tilted with one of his hands under her chin and his other hand gripping her arm behind her back. "Mihr. I will not tolerate this from you. That agreement is between you and me alone. You will NOT impose on my niece or other relatives like this again. You will obey me. You know what will happen if you don't. If you even hold a weapon to my family, I will kill you." he hissed in her ear so she was the only one to hear him.
Then grinning darkly, he licked her neck just below her ear. "You will not be getting what I promised you this week either. You will have to live without my attentions for a while since you wounded my niece. If you do not follow my orders, you're breaking our agreement. I wonder which village I should ravage first... perhaps the one you dropped in when you awoke from your fall. Maybe I'll save that old woman for last... what do you say? Are you going to break our agreement?" he asked seductively in her ear again, this time purposely teasing her, knowing she would not have his touch for a week. She would probably be shaking in three days from need since he never left her without attention for very long. He may possibly make it 3 weeks, even.
When Mihr seemed to understand what he was saying, she relaxed against him, obviously giving up. "I am sorry for what this idiot has done. She was not interfere with your hunts or anyone elses again. She's my toy, so if you want to punish her for what she's done to you, you're more than welcome. She won't fight you. Right, Mihr?" he asked, pulling her arm a little higher up her back. Not going to release her until she apologized to his niece.
"A wolf didn't kill her... the one who did was me...the wolf just got the credit."

--------------------------When Ayana finished her meal she noticed a swift figure make it's way to her side. A beautiful woman stood before her, although menacing in a way with how she showed herself. Her sword was pointed at her and her look was expressionless, almost as if she showed no hesitation in hurting her. Before she could've said a word she saw her uncle go to her side, defending her cause and talking to the woman as if he knew her. Of course Lucian had many powerful friends in high places and she started to wonder if this lovely woman was one of them. 'Ah...so thats who I sensed...' she thought to herself while Lucian conversed with her.
When Lucian was done with the young woman she made her way towards her, unafraid of her and quite upset. "Last time I checked I was the Princess of these lands. How dare you hold your sword up at me. Although I may have been asleep for five centuries I still hold the title to Doris and it's rightfully mine and my brothers', " she hissed at her while crossing her arms. Ayana had a bad temper, and before the overthrow many in the kingdom had known it. Of course times had changed and the Matkovics were probably not considered royalty anymore, but the young princess thought otherwise. She watched as her uncle whipped her into submission and she couldn't help but she impressed with how he dealt with it. "Uncle, you better keep you pet under a leash," she said with a sarcastic smirk as she looked at Mihr with disdain as Lucian gripped her tightly. Of course the princess had made a horrible first impression with Mihr but she couldn't have cared less. All that was on her mind was restoring the kingdom she shared with her brothers...or at least Koharu. "Uncle...I will be seeing you. I'll be at the castle in a few hours...if you'd like, Koharu is there and he'd be thrilled to see you," she said once more while taking off. If Mihr wanted to apologize to her, then she could always visit with Lucian. However, Ayana was only beginning her hunt and was quite curious to explore the surrounding lands and see how much had changed in the past 500 years.
When Koharu made his way to the castle he paced around one of the abandoned chambers fuming with anger. Sure he was used to women rejecting him but he felt like he had met someone who didn't show him the respect he wanted. Of course falling asleep for 500 years would've probably made anyone grumpy, but Koharu seemed to have it the worst. "How dare she. She says she's a princess but i've seen princesses who acted classier than her," he said under his breath while growling a little. He was easily ticked off and he expected his first visit in the town to be something he would've enjoyed but apparently to no avail. After pacing for quite some time he stopped then looked out of the window to recollect his thoughts. Sure the woman he met was stubborn, but he knew if he wanted to garner followers and other allies he had to go about it smart. Hopefully he would run into her again, but at the moment he wished to just start fixing up parts of the kingdom.
When Koharu made his way to his former bed chamber he sighed while taking some of the burnt pieces of furniture and tossing it out of the windows and onto the ground below. He would dispose of it eventually, but as of now he wanted to empty some of the rooms with the bad memories of what had happened. After quite some time he became fatigued and simply laid down on the bed which was left and fell asleep. He had a lot to deal with in the morning and he wasn't looking forward to meeting with the Moreau clan.

The sword in her hand had felt so natural. So right. She felt as though she had been missing it’s weight. She had. She hadn’t touched a weapon since she had met the old woman in the village, and a small dagger had been entrusted to her. A dagger that Lucian had found and taken from her. One of her few possessions. She still begrudged him for it. And yet, the moment this sword was out of her hands, she was enraged anew. Not that she had time to react. The next second she was pinned against Lucian’s chest, her back against him, and her chin tilter up to look into his face. She showed him disdain and anger. She would not hide her emotions when he would only view them once more when he drank from her. Her eyes flashed brilliant green in warning, angered by the way he handled her. She pulled momentarily, fighting his hold, until he reminded her of their agreement. She stopped fighting, staying stiff in his hands, but quite angry against his hold nonetheless. She wasn’t even perturbed by the threat on her life. She would kill him long before he had the opportunity to kill her. She would make sure of that.
When he licked the skin under her ear, she bucked violently against him. She would not be publicly humiliated like this. She growled, shaking her head and listened to him. He would hold off from touching her? Fine! So be it! She didn’t care! She snarled further, when he threatened the old woman. He knew about her, of course, form drinking her blood. Invasive as he was, he wouldn’t have missed a single memory that she possessed, especially given that she had so few. Her desperation to protect the woman made her stop fighting, and try to relax, but the task was next to impossible. She was being held, and forced into submission when she had done nothing wrong. She could not allow innocent lives to be taken. She would not apologize for what she had done. She hadn’t even wounded the female! Her rage ignited once more in her eyes, but she quickly schooled her face, looking away so that she wouldn’t have to think about the words that were being said, although she didn’t miss when she was called an idiot and offered for punishment. The thought of being at the mercy of the silly niece was preposterous. She’d have the girl crying in no time vampyr or not.
When Ayanna drew closer to her and began a “high and mighty” lecture, Mihr watched, as she was forced to, her expression bored and tired of the words already. She may have been a princess when she had been asleep. Hell, she may be a princess now by title or blood or whatever, but those titles mattered not one bit to the angel. Instead, green eye’s found the girl hearing the female sneer the word pet. Mihr lowered her lids, biting the inside of her cheek to keep from saying something. It was good that she was walking away. If Mihr hadn’t been held by oath and hand, she would have beaten the stupid so called “princess” to a bloody pulp with no remorse. Hell, she could have killed the princess moments ago, but she hadn’t. It had been a warning. She watched the retreating form but spoke anyways. ”Your title has no meaning to me, nor the creator and host of heaven. My warning stands clear. Do not threaten me little one, without the promise of action.” She tugged against Lucian’s hold. Turning her attention to him she spoke. ”Release me! I brought no harm to your precious niece! Now you will let me go!” She would not be called a pet and get marched around like an invalid or insubordinate. She was perfectly capable of handling herself.
Cathis approached the large manor, looking from its mossy base to the well kept roof. Despite its lack of inhabitants, it seemed to be in relatively good shape as though a slave had constantly taken care of the estate. No people were around him, so he figured he would try and investigate this house. The house was about as large as his old residence, perhaps a little more modern in stature. He admired the careful stone work as he traced his fingers through the cracks and crevices, pulling back his hand at the rough spots. He wondered what kind of people had lived here. The old man had told him that the final artifact to fulfill the requirements would be inside this estate and that its owners had been murdered awhile back. Surely, dead owners wouldn't give a care in the world if someone on a personal mission would need to finish their work, especially one as important as this. He walked around the foundation, scanning the windows, which were well kept and recently dusted, which he found quite odd. There was light in one of the windows, arousing some suspicion deep in his thoughts. There was nothing vacant about this residence, yet the things he needed would still be inside. He approached the door, book in hand and gave three loud raps on the door, waiting for any kind of response that awaited him.

xx✘✔✘º• The tall man with wild, untamable hair sighed. He ran a hair through his thick bright hair, perpetually untamable as it screamed to be calmed down. It demanded more, but Dexter didn't give it more. Instead he shook his head sharply, ragged bangs swaying over his face, a perfect mess in his eyes. He had been perched on top of an old, ramshackle tavern in the kingdom of Matkovic, drearily overlooking the sleepy old told as if he were a guardian angel, his features highlighted in a devilish light, invisible to those below. He clicked his tongue. He was so bored. His crafty eyes drifted aimlessly over the town, as if dying for some kind of amusement to satisfy his "different" kind of needs. So instead, in a swift movement, he leaped off the roof and landed cat-like, elegant and unnaturally gracefully to the ground. He began wandering the town, with no particular destination in mind.
It was nice to walk through the town again, welcomed by the silver film of piercing light as if glowed over the town like a protective blanket. Unfortunately, there was nothing safe about the town. He was here for a reason. The King was out, so were assumedly some of the other princesses, so he just liked to keep a eye yet do his own thing. He was good at that. Of course, he knew all the banter. A little birdie told him the two moribund vampires were awake and dandy, going about their regular blood-sucking lives. Of course they were, their scent were as prominent as the morning sun. A local tavern door swung open and harsh yellow light flooded onto the street, followed by raucous shouting and loud, vivid voices meshed together. Two females flushed out into the street, giggling. A male followed them out, and the three appeared to be intoxicated. As he walked past, the females stared at him, giggling with red cheeks and smiling and waving seductively at him. He winked at the pair with his most charming smile in place, and they practically keeled over him. The male looked irritated. He continued walking.
As "prudish" as he was, it was fun to tease. The noise from the tavern had faded into the black night as he walked. He knew what was going on but didn't care. The last time he was in the town, bad things happened. That must have been roughly six hundred years ago, or wait? Was he here sometime after that? Probably. He really didn't remember. He came across an old bookstore, which immediately reminded him of Adelia. He unwillingly grimaced. Wasn't exactly a good memory, that girl liked trouble more than he did, and that was saying something. She wasn't really an angel, though, just like he wasn't really a demon. There was nothing angelic about her... But fortunately for her she had made more enemies than friends, and she liked it that way. It seemed practically deserted, as eerily quiet as the rest of the damn town. Even so, with a reluctant sigh he swung open the door and marched on in. Are you supposed to be quiet in bookstores, or is that just libraries? He thought to himself, as he clicked his tongue and wandered around the store. It was then he turned the corner and spotted a woman sitting alone, and seemed to be reading a book. Which was odd, since she expected most people to be indulging in the frivolous aspects of the nightlife around the town, ergo in bars or brothels. "Hey," he spoke, probably too casually, eyes still scanning the bookshelves absently. He was just so damn bored... This girl wasn't human, anyway. Vampire, probably. Her mouth, delicate and pouty slightly ajar, the dim flicker of the fire radiating her pale skin in warm, gentle flashes. She stirred slightly once she smelt a familiar presence, and realized with a not-so-surprising start it was Koharu. She awoke fairly quickly, and stirred upright in her seat. She got bored a long time ago with what happened, and looking down at the fragile book draped in her lap she realized she was on the penultimate page. She was a very fast reader, probably had something to do with the fact she read the book more than one hundred times. She shook her head carefully, she didn't even feel tired. She justified it by blaming the book, and for punishment banished it back to it's original place on the bookshelf, turned the opposite way for it's displeasure. She grinned happily, considering her evening an evening well spent. Koharu didn't need a babysitter, but judging by the turn out in the forest something was bound to happen that put the pouty prince in a foul mood. She'd venture it later, she could find herself something to do with the free time she had. She always seemed to have free time, but she assumed that would change now that everything had changed. The kingdom was one big keg, the slightest thing would cause it to explode and shatter everything. She shrugged, and began to descend the cold, marble stairs to the bottom floor.
Suddenly, the door pounded as she reached the bottom step. She stared, directly across from her, pale golden eyes narrowed with curiosity. I swear to God. That better be Jesus. She thought angrily, but never the less, peeled un-enthusiastically towards the door. She leant against it for a slight moment, trying to detect a scent. Vampire. If it wasn't friendly then it wouldn't be using the door. Her logic was often awfully ridiculous, but it usually was right. In fact, it always was. Some people called her crazy, but she preferred to think of herself as "ingeniously superior." She didn't need to bother Koharu, because it would probably be nothing. She hadn't had something this interesting happen in years. Someone knocking the front door? Woah. She thought she might pass out from all this excitement. She flung open the wide, iron set door, and blinked as she stared at the person before it. A male - a red-headed male - who seemed innocent enough. Most people straight away saw Adelia as angelic and totally innocent. Unfortunately that was how her face was shaped, heart-shaped face, sharp eyes and pouty lips. She tilted her porcelain head slightly, and after a short moment of listless mind fluff she clicked her tongue and snapped back. "How can I help you?" She asked with a slight smile, but she was perky and energetic. It didn't seem like a big deal, it probably wasn't. Still. What was he doing here? Was he from the Moreau? Even if he was, nothing she couldn't handle. •º✘✔✘

Once hearing someone speaking to her, the vampire's eyes shifted to a man with the bright colored hair, curious about what he had wanted if the first thing he wanted to do was bother her as soon as he saw her. Then again it wouldn't cause her much trouble to have a conversation with him, afterall she was in this kingdom to explore new things and he certainly was new to her."Well i'm not accustomed to the nightlife in this particular kingdom. Especially since it's my first time being in this one. Since we are speaking I might as well tell you my name. I'm Anneliese Jovanic." she stated before raising a brow at the male. Just by his scent she could tell he was no human and certainly not a vampire but she wasn't to set on figuring it out at the moment. She could probably end up finding out through speaking with him.
Her dark red eyes stared directly into his as she waited for a reply, a light smile appearing on her face that slightly showed the pearly white fangs that peered out of her mouth. The book that seemed to catch her interest for the short amount of time was immediately closed and she placed it back on the shelf where she found it. If she was going to have a conversation with this man she didn't want to be distracted, especially since she wasn't aware of what he was and wanted to be alert in case he happened to try anything which she had some doubt about but you could never be sure nowadays. Anneliese wasn't going to try and make enemies but if this conversation went south then so be it but she didn't want to jinx herself. He seemed like a decent man and she was alone here so getting acquainted with someone was far from a bad idea.

He wasn't much of a reader, but the woman had piqued his interest and he wanted to indulge in some sort of conversation with her. He was a stranger to the town, as was she. Which, wasn't always a bad thing in his opinion. With a slight grin on his face, he stared back at her with his napalm orange eyes glowing, piercing through the shadows of the bookstore with an impish glare. He could tell almost instantly she was a character of strength, one that un-wavered in the face of adversity. He admired that, which only made him more curious. Couldn't hurt to pursue a little conversation, could it? Her second name sounded slightly familiar, since she wasn't from the town he had a vague feeling she was someone of importance... The game was on. He clashed very badly with royalty. Adelia was often deceitfully charming with people, whereas he was just point-blank in everybody's face.
He grinned lightly at her reply. Feisty also, he could tell. "Pleasure to meet you, Anneliese." All formalities aside, he gave her a sharp yet curt nod, smiling softly at the woman. He seen the white flash of her teeth, and that only confirmed his suspicions. The question was, had she any idea about him? Some of the older vampires could tell perhaps, but then again she knew nothing about the woman apart from her name. "My name is Louis, but you can just call me Dexter. I'm not from around her either, so we're two peas of the same pod, really. It's the first time I've been her in a long time." He spoke casually, leaning against the bookshelf with his arms crossed. "Still, it's peculiar to see you around here." He grinned cheekily. "So. Business, or pleasure?" For a vampire those things could mean one and the same thing, but with all that was happening in the kingdom her arrival was somewhat convenient. He was curious as to why she was there. A little chat wouldn't do any of them any harm, but she was still an anomaly to him. She didn't fit the trend, which was something he appreciated. --------------------------As Ayana departed she couldn't help but be upset at what had happened. She was so used to everyone showing her respect and allowing her to do as she pleased because she was the Princess of Doris. However, times had changed and she had to learn to get used to it. She sulked throughout the forest while thinking of her family. Although she rarely got along with her parents and always seemed to disagree with their every decision, she missed them dearly. She could still remember her mother's long black hair and how it fell in beautiful waves down her back and how she wore the loveliest gowns all the time. However, the thoughts of her massacring the orphanage below wasn't much to her liking and simply made her stomach churn. Yet it was easy to remember her father. Koharu may have been the spitting image of their mother but he acted almost like their father. He was stern, kept to himself, but always managed to find some form of amusement one way or another. The young princess hugged herself, trying to find comfort in the serene setting as tears streamed down her face. Sure her parents and most of the kingdom had been killed, but she only hoped that her other older brother was alright. "Oh, Cain..." she said to herself in a quiet whisper while looking up at the moon.
She got up from the rock and decided to head back to the kingdom. There was so much work to be done the next day and she knew she needed her beauty sleep so she would look presentable to the Moreau family. They were a very fearsome family, but of course many people seemed to love them. Back in the day they were considered peacekeepers since the Matkovics had attempted to forge an alliance with them and unite the kingdoms as one. The bond was to be made through marriage by the oldest Matkovic and the oldest daughter of the Moreau's. Ayana smiled a little at the thought of Seriah and how she had grown quite fond of her during that time; she was a real sweet girl. If only Koharu and Seriah got along then perhaps they would've been married as soon as they awoke, but of course he had to enjoy his promiscuous ways.
As Koharu tried to sleep he could hear three loud knocks vibrate throughout the castle. Sure having adept hearing was a great thing for vampires, but it was a pain in the a** to enjoy a quiet moment. "Who the hell is that?" Koharu said aloud through his closed eyes. Of course he was already having the most terrible night with the young girl he had met in the town, but the fact that there was someone who was trying to enter the castle only ticked him off more. He got out of the bed and walked half-way to hear who it could've been.
Anneliese chuckled a bit at the man, he was definitely different from other creatures she's encountered in her lifetime. She was surprised to hear that he wasn't from around these parts so it made her wonder where he was from exactly but that could possibly be answered at another time if she were to ever see him again after this meeting. "Well I don't mix business with pleasure, but if it's anything i'd have to say that its more curiosity if anything" she stated as her eyes stayed looking into his. She always gave others direct contact whether they liked it or not. It showed her bravery and strength and was also able to strike fear in her followers and others as well. To her, it would not be suitable for a leader of a kingdom to not strike even a little intimidation in the kingdom they ran, in fact it was a required trait. She wasn't going to be the type of woman that let any one intimidate her, whether they were royal like her or not.
A light yawn escaped her lips while she waited to see what else this seemingly young man would say. He grabbed her attention for now that is and she even wondered how long this conversation could last, seeing as this was nothing more than entertainment at the time until she was ready to move on to something else. They both seemed to get bored easily and with her she was less than hesitant to leave when things went downhill. It wasn't her style to deal with stressful things unless she had to which could have been why she never got stressed very easily, it was even a challenge to get the girl to flinch which others could either appreciate or become downright irritated with, depending on what they're trying to accomplish.

xx✘✔✘º• His eyes lingered a little longer on the books, there was poetry, prose, old literature transcripts among other things, some of these probably as old as the kingdom itself judging by the torn fragile natures. He looked back at the woman, making eye contact one more. There was something powerful and cold about her, but he unwavered and refused to break contact. He had fairly good social skills, and very good at persuading people with his eyes. It became clear that she might not be the type to intimidate easily, but he wasn't one either to purposely try intimidate people... Not that that was his intention. He had a very reckless, forward nature. He didn't know the meaning of the word fear, and he certainly didn't allow it to hinder his actions. At her reply, he grinned. "Wow, how boring. There doesn't go a day where I don't mix business and pleasure, it keeps things interesting." He said with an edge of sarcasm, but there was a certain amount of truth in his mischievous grin. For a brief second, his eyes flashed a brighter shade of orange then faded again. All joking aside, his smile turned into a slight frown as he began to pace slowly between the shelves. "What piqued your interest? Last I heard this town was dead as was its monarch... what could be interesting about that?" he spoke somewhat slowly, eyes fixed on her. He was curious as to how much she knew, not like he was trying to trick her out, she did seem intelligent so he suspected she'd catch on sooner or later. Even if she did result to be somewhat a challenge, it didn't bother him that much. He quite liked challenges. He saw her yawn and smiled softly. Most would probably be offended, but he wasn't, he was beyond that. The way she held herself inferred that she was royalty, the memory becoming less cloudier in his cluttered mind but even so he didn't press the matter. He doubted he would see her around again. He ran a hand through his wild, thick hair, slouched casually against the side of a bookcase. For now he'd be polite. "Forgive me for being so bold, but you're a vampyr, yes? Part of the monarch in Jovanic? You're very familiar." •º✘✔✘
Cathis watched as the door fling open, half caught unaware by the velocity of wind that sucked him into the house. He looked up at the opener of the door, expecting some shrewd old man with a lantern that would tell him to leave and never look back, which could partially explain his reaction. His eyes raised from her legs quickly to her porcelain face where his irises seemed to linger before dilating. Oh sh*t oh sh*t oh sh*t oh sh*t. His eyes focused first on her golden eyes, blink man come on, don't be a weirdo, interrupted by a blink of his eye, where his eye settled on her small lips. They were caught there for awhile, and his breath seemed to stop short in his throat, oh jesus, please don't do anything miss, I dont know if I can handle it...In the midst of his stare, something as slight as a breath seemed to escape her lips, almost knocking him down the stairs GAHH THAT WAS SO ADORABLE! you fool settle down and present yourself! He opened his mouth as if to speak an introduction before the girl could introduce herself, as that would be rude on his part. Unfortunately, his mouth just seemed to hover half-open and no sound came out. She cocks her head ever so slightly DSOAUCFBOPIWFEFWQ and his mouth drops open even further, as if he was instantly infatuated with the Nephilim before him. I am infatuated with this Nephilim... He was clearly infatuated with this Nephilim.
Nothing she did seemed to phase him after that point, her vacant stare, her slight tongue click and her voice...her voice...her voice rang out with authentic enthusiasm as she addressed him. She addressed him first, you moron, speak!"H-hi miss, I am simply here to inquire about..."Sh*t, why am I here again? His fingers tapped together a little nervously as he awkwardly stood there and thought..."I am on a personal mission to retrieve.."Retrieve what, you idiot?"...coffee?"YOU IDIOT, YOU DON'T EVEN DRINK COFFEE WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU THINKING! He smiled innocently, closing his eyes like an idiot as he stood there on the porch of a manor he had ridden many miles to find. His forefinger brushed his book...his book...that's why I was here. His eyes opened and studied the face of the Nephilim, awaiting some kind of reaction, most likely violent. He tried to brace himself mentally for it, but he was too far gone as he let another smile escape his lips. "Please?"You dumb*ss...
