"Of course! I won't lie, I'm really impressed the three of you kept it together so well!" Entirely because Rep. "To many more years~. Isn't your anniversary together coming up soon?" It'd been right after that mission near the beginning of the year, right? Jesus, time flew by fast.
The buzzers on a few washing machines went off and Candace blinked. But she was comfyyyyy! Nooooo! "Someone's done."

The corner of Jordan's mouth tipped up in a faint smirk. "It takes doing sometimes. But it's worth it." Had it really been a year? Just about, he realized. "Yeah, another month or so. Jeez, it doesn't feel like it's been that long." He tipped his head back against the wall, thinking about it. Around this time last year, he'd been slowly piecing together a friendship with Rep, cautiously trying to figure out if Harrison was interested, and absolutely clueless about what was about to happen.
The buzzer startled him, and he jumped a little and craned his neck to see which machine had stopped. "That's probably mine," he said.

Candace smiled and nodded. They were happy, and that did make it worth it. "Time flies, right? Two years as Hunters is coming up for us soon too. It's crazy."With a sigh she sat up, pushing off Jordan with a playfully exaggerated effort. Oh no, getting up was so hard nooooo~. "I'll let you go then~. If you're still bothered by that other you my door's always open, 'kay?"

"Weirdest job ever, best job ever," Jordan said, and sent a brush of affection to Ferros, who returned it sleepily. He got up and stretched. "Thank you," he told Candace, with a small smile. "Means a lot."

"We'd kick everyone's a** at career day." Candace grinned.
"Anytime, I know you'd do the same for me." Mostly because he had before, as embarrassed by that whole situation as she had been. Candace stretched and laid back on the couch, taking up the whole thing since she was the only one using it now. "Tell the boys I say hi~."

"Literally, even." Jordan scooped the contents of the washer into the basket and transferred them into an open dryer, then turned it on and left the basket on top of it. "I'm going to go get my run in. I'll tell the guys you said hi," he agreed, and headed for the door, giving her a smile and a wave before he was gone.
