 "it is only about as sentient as a pack of dogs, but it knows when it is being hunted... i fear the basic instinct would be much more dangerous than how smart it is""basic instinct? does that mean it knows the smell of metal works and those who hunt?""actually... yes that is fairly much exactly the problem, though we have also even tried poisoning it and it instead took a dump on the bait, the last hunting party was ran into a lot of their own traps mainly because they had someone who panicked and that caused group hysteria"

She winced. So they were going to be taking down a moving being that was like steel and that no one else had been able to stop. This was going to be fun....Clara mostly was just looking between everyone at this point. She wished she had had Isaac's gun for long distance battling. This was one creature she did not want to take head-on.

rather worried by the look of the troops erebus tries to think of some way to get more of an edge against it "this thing has recognized most of the traps that you have set up for it yes?""no all of them""... have you used live bait and a trap before? i have seen Caitlin here recently and she may be able to get it to follow her into a trap that isnt set up like the others and while it is ripping its way out of it we finish it""but who could get her to do anything? if someone isnt suffering she rarely does anything but deliver mail to people... why is she even here anyways?"giving a dark glare at the speaker that foretells possible doom for both of them "because she hasnt given me a break since i yelled at her..."suddenly there is a long silence that is almost dead silent were it not for some birds and other animals in the distance

Isaacwhile isaac waited for erebus and the ambassador to stop talking he found a stick and began playing a quick game of five-finger-fillet. he set his palm on a close surface and spread his fingers and played. he was out of practice and nicked himself a couple times but eventually he got his rhythm down and got fast. ================================================

"yall want me to help? im so touched"suddenly one of the younger archers takes a potshot at the noise managing to strike her in the gutt right through her leather vest "ow... you though arent going anywhere"she looks down at the wound for about 5 or so seconds then pulls the arrow out undoes her shirt showing off her upper body glory as she whips the blood away showing it had stopped then slings the arrow at the archer knocking him off ballance and all the way down to a horrible splatter "err... um... yes?"looking away unsure if she would be mad at him looking at her exposed body not even looking back as she says its back on "how did you know we needed your help?""damn you are dense you just said you were wanting my help to the old guy why would you think someone standing here wouldnt hear you?""umm.. err... sorry..."

Riven Riven chuckled watching the two, he didn't much care when the female had exposed herself, never really cared for such things, his mind was more on work than anything else. " So, Party of Five for a Giant Scaled Wolf Slaying", he said smiling, " If you have played games, then all we need now is a Healer", he said lightly joking.

"Hey! If you can't get Cailtin to do it, I will. Clara said before she even realized it. If she could get out quickly and the beast was quickly snarled. Though Cailtin probably was faster than she would be.
Before long she looked to Isaac and saw that he was as bored as she had been and Cailtin made an appearance. That may have saved Clara. She was rather relieved for the moment.
Clara looked to Riven. A healer. That was exactly what they needed.

"oh? you would try your luck against this thing? it is actually as fast as i am, i had to maneuver between trees to completely get away, being as big as it is the only hope you have is if you can keep a tree between it, good luck"she lays down massaging the tender spot of the wound causing the tissue to connect in sections as they rub together against the proper alining tissue "i think... im going to stay out of this..."Erebus makes his way into the building to wait for the group to work up a plan if they think of something more to get an edge

"ohh i dont know, i have been around a while and some have put quite a bounty on me just to hack my legs off, if you can make your way in this small world you can make it more dangerous for others"finishing up with the sealing of the wound leaving just a small scab that looks like it would have been 3 days old she stands up and hops down to a lower level just short of the walkway "who knows, may have died, may still die all the same... would you be trying to butter me up for something? so cute"making an expression but due to not having much more than whiskers for eye brows it is fairly hard to tell what the expression is

"I wouldn't try to butter you up, it wouldn't work." Clara huffed a little. "And, like you just said. You have a bounty on you just for your legs. That says something about you. I mean, i am good with a wrench but I highly doubt I could outrun the beast. It was just an option blurted out with any thought.

"trust me, i have had to kill a few to cover my mouth, so the bounty would drop, be careful..."giving a fare warning just simply because she amused her then Isaac spoke and she became curios "hmm? you intend to clamp its head up like that? just so you know... its actually about the only thing i have been scared of in a while, its half the size of your blimp, but this aught to be interesting, seeing someone who would want something from me face their death is hard to pass up, i think i will make this run if you have everything set up long before i get back down there"not actually mentioning that it was only just down there about 10 minutes ago where she has only came up a few moments ago having climbed a tree while it was turning around
