Seeing that everyone was going to be fine, Zak decided to leave the rest up to them this time heading back to the first trap he had found before going back to the group. He wondered if there were others still trapped in the pitfall there.

Osmond was grappled to safety. As he was tugged up, Marlo almost fell from him, but the officer caught him just in time by the foot before he tumbled back into the pit.
"Ah, it- Oof." The Katarina officer huffed as he cracked his back into place. "It's good to be out of there. Thanks."
Marlo couldn't agree more.

Cara sighed and then yelled up to the others, "Hey! I'm still down here guys!" She was the only one in the hole now and as such...she really wanted out again.

After getting rescued by Cara, Lizzie saw her being caught by the same trap as before. Though she was grateful for the assist, it would be helpful if people were a bit more careful when helping others out. She went over to the hole and extended a hand for Cara to grab.
... But her feet slipped from under her and she found herself tumbling into the pit. So much for that. "Sorry." Lizzie said to the trainer that was imprisoned with her.

Arwen circled back, sweating and breathing hard. It was obvious he'd exerted himself, but he hadn't been able to catch Walpurgis and he came back to do what he could.
He was too tired to speak, but he leaned over the edge of the pit and offered a hand to Lizzie.

Cara looked to Lizzie. "It's ok, at least you tried." She heard a commotion up top and could see the ears of a pokemon. She saw that it was a canine and her eyes widened. A houndour!

Zak returned to see if he could help any of those still trapped in the forest. He was concerned for Cara's safety after all she was his friend. "I bet it is," Zak replied to Osmond. It was at that time he spotted movement out of the corner of his eye. He turned to find himself nearly face to face with a houndoor. "Hello there boy."

Osmond was surprised to see a Houndour suddenly appear. "Huh. Be careful. I do hope it isn't dangerous . . . "

Lizzie saw someone reaching down the hole, and recognized that friendly face as that person with the golden Poochyena. She wasn't able to reach his hand though, no matter how hard she tried. Her arms were getting tired after all that had happened today.
"Is that a Houndour up there?" She asked. Maybe it can help them get out of the hole... Haha what she was thinking. Most likely it was going to attack their would be rescuers and they'll be stuck in here forever.

Cara grinned. Well this was a surprising turn of events. "Hey buddy, arent you handsome?" She said to the houndour. She could only see just it's head but what she saw made her smile. It was one very gorgeous canine.

"Don't worry Dragon and fire types are my specialty." He always wanted a Houndoor, especially since if he was able to capture it, it would be his first fire pokemon. "It is," Zak replied to Lizzie. "Cara how are you doing down there?" he questioned trying to figure out a way to help his friend out.

Unable to help Koorie, Lexis had followed Zak back to the forest. Ooh.. She paused, looking at the Houndoor, interested. "How gorgeous, but first, who still needs to be rescued?"

(Trying for Lizzie)
George tries to get to Lizzie but it was too dangerous, he felt if he moved any closer he was going to join her in the pit. "I am sorry, the edge is too unstable here."
He looked over at the Houndour, "Hey there buddy, you hungry?" He pulled out a couple of treats and tossed them towards the puppy.
