Just when he was about to escape, Fox heard the sound of a door being open and felt his wrist being grabbed. He looked back to see that Jan was there and the young albino blushed deeply in shame for it. “B-but Jaaaaaaan!” He whined as he tries to pull away from him only to be dragged in to his room in the end. He felt awkward now as he didn’t expect that the other male would be fine with him. While his eyesight is terrible, he can still see that Jan is in his undergarments and ready for bed. He just wants to hide underneath his cloak so he can stop staring but luckily for him, Jan has already moved to the bed where he lay on one side to give him room to slide in.
He took a deep breath and moved to one of the chairs in the room and took off his cloak to drape it over as well as his shirt too. Slowly, he walked over to the bed and lies down next to Jan as gently as he could, winces a bit in pain, and pulled the covers over him. And suddenly, he was overcome with tears. His tears welled in his crimson eyes as he closed them shut to keep them in but they cascades down his bandaged cheek. Being here, in this comfortable bed and safe from the outside, he felt so . . . happy, staring at the man who saved him from the people. He never thought of him as a monster by his appearance or the man who was with the wolves. He took care of him too. And just after everything, he felt incredibly happy at the end of the day as he stares at the tanned sleepy face of Jan and moved closer to him. There, he saw the handsome features of his face up close and clear. He blushed softly but smiled seeing him just before he snuggles up to the warmth of his skin. “Thank you Jan . . .” Fox whispered just before he succumbed to his fatigue and fell asleep.
