Walpurgis HP: 0/300
Walpurgis jumped at the houndour again, delivering a powerful kick. Star erupted in his sight as the burns were aggravated, and he stumbled. The momentary distraction proved too much, as when he regained his senses, Walpurgis saw a jet of flame headed straight for him. He threw himself aside instinctively, protecting his face and torso. His legs, however, were not so lucky. His lower body was aflame, and he rapidly stripped his boots and shirt off. Rolling around, he beat his pants rapidly, trying to get the flames out as his vision grew dark.
He finally succeeded and managed to drag himself away before passing out from the pain.

Tyr's HP: 100/300
George didn't like how this Houndour was moving, it was fast and ruthless so they just needed to be the same way. Tyr was thinking something along the same way and rushed forward knowing he would get an instruction when he got close.
George figured since they hadn't practiced much he should start at the basics, "Tyr, just use Tackle" He needed Tyr to connect just once and as he lunged at the houndour it fired a a Shadow ball at Tyr. The ball just glaced off his side but still did a decent amount of damage. Tyr also got right in its face and slammed into him bouncing off a bit and hopping back for the next round.

Glameow hissed, and then darted at the Houndour before Jade even had a chance to give her an order. She slashed at him once, then twice, and then a third time. He would pay for biting her!

George was proud of his little guy, connecting with the houndour and not showing any fear. "Come here Tyr" He quickly gave him a potion and pet him, "Lets finish this shall we?"
Tyr took off for George and drank down the potion feeling much better afterwards. Once it was down he ran at the houndour feeling invisible.
George shouted, "Lets try Take Down again." Tyr rushed forward to hit him but the force of the flamethrower pushed him away causing him to be burned as well as miss the hound.

Doyle suddenly remembered that he had a potion and quickly grabbed it. He force fed gave it to Auron and the zorua stood back up. Auron rushed at the Houndour and attacked. He was also hit but the Houndour was weakening.

Upon realizing the puppy wasn't friendly, Fifi sent out her Meowth. "Kitty! Um, scratch?" she called. The Meowth darted forward, swiping at the dog, but getting nipped in return. "Oh no! Be careful!"

Auron moved to attack again but ended up tripping. He missed badly and ended up in a bush. The Houndour easily lit it on fire burning Auron slightly.

George really didn't like the fact that this Houndour hurt his Pooch so much, it was time to pull the kid gloves off. "Tyr use Crunch"
Tyr ran forward as the Houndour shot another Shadow Ball at him, this time he had been ready and jumped to the side. He used Crunch on the Houndour and felt it really take hold of him. The Houndour wasn't moving anymore and he hopped back looking very proud of himself.
"Good job Tyr, I am very proud of you. When we get back to the tent you will get some treats." He squatted down and pet the Pooch lovingly.

 Doyle shook his head as Auron missed but another pokemon took out the Houndour. He quickly grabbed a pokeball and tossed. He wanted this Houndour for his team.

George grabbed the pokeball the Ranger gave him and thought about it. This was a tough Houndour and he couldn't just let it go to someone else. This was the first pokemon that Tyr had beaten so why not give it a shot. He tossed out the pokeball to see what happens.
