Haki turned to Sonnet and nodded, even as mild concern spread over the younger stallions face.... Sonnet was tired, had he not yet slept? He didn't ask though, knew it was none of his concern and that Sonnet would keep going despite whatever Haki said. So, he ignored it and just nodded again before tracking Sin's movements. There was something off about the tracks.... "Sin seemed to be leaving.... but..." His eyes turned to follow the change in direction the hooves took. "but something changed... they ended up moving towards the herd, not away from us." Maybe Chandra had been right, maybe there was more to this than originally met the eye? He didn't speculate though, simply continued to follow the path.... and sure enough it wasn't long before he found the path followed after the tracks he could see of Auva's though the tree line. "It seems... someone followed her home." He growled a little as a word he was looking for seemed to elude him.... "kuangalia baada yake" (Watching after her). He closed his eyes and tried to think. "Saw her back safely perhaps?" Was all he could come up with in the end, the words he actually wanted having abandoned him.
Sonnet tilted his head considering this as he stood near Haki, looking round, the trail leading away again. "Perhaps, or perhaps they are planning something untoward and wanted the herd location... We don't know for sure. Lets find this Sin and see what they have to say." He hoped it was as Haki thought, it would only hurt auva for her to have been used to hurt her family, besides he couldn't condem of vilify on conjecture. Looking down at the prints he stood near. "These look different... Dragged?" Not knowing how exausted the stallion had been at this point or that they would find him passed out sound asleep not far away.

Haki nodded at Sonnet before looking down when he asked his question, "Hmmmm...." Haki looked back at the older hoof prints and then towards the fresher ones. "Maybe... but not by something else... it seems they continue forward... just.... " He frowned again and shook his head, why were his words eluding him so much today? "Slower?" That would have to do because he had no idea how else to say it. Deciding not to try he continued to follow the path made.... ....soon enough they came across the collasped and sleeping for of this 'Sin'.
Sin hadn't wandered far, havign found a place with adequate shelter near by, and so he had lain down and fallen asleep. His unicorn tail flicking a little as he slept, oblivious to the other stallions stood looking down at him. Sonnet stood with Haki, looking down at Sin, taking in the unicorn tail, but any lack of other unicorn traits. Scanning over the odd markings of the stallion not sure what to make of him, but the fact that he had not sturred at their arrival either spoke of exaustion or stupidty. Looking at Haki and quirking an eyebrow not sure how to issue this invitation. Then pondering the most polite way to wake him.

Haki looked to Sonnet then to Sin then to Sonnet again and just shrugged, he had been asked to find Sin, he had done that.... anything eles was a little out of his league, he wasn't exactly the best when communicating with others, and there was no way he was touching the guy to wake him up. He did notice the distinct lack of wings and frowned, he hated when creatures weren't gifted the precious joy of flight, they missed out on so much.
Sonnet nodded and coughed politely. Though that didn't seem to work, so he leaned a little closer and spoke clearly but not shouting near te stallios ear, ready to jerk back if he woke violently. Sin we need o speak with you please! His head jerking up as the Stallion snapped awake and looked around blearily. Sonnet surpressed a sign knowing all to well how that felt, he himself was rather tired. Sin frowned a little th jerked awake, his head snapping up at the sound of his name in an unusual voice. Not remembering telling any local stallions his name. Blinking up at a purple stallion with wings... He was kind of big... And the oddest looking teal stallion he had ever seen. Eyes widening when he saw the claws the weird one was sporting. Looking back up at them and deciding he didn't like feeling like a foal again. Hetting his hooves under him he stood. Shaking his head to clear his head. Green hair dancing about, braids swinging agaisnt his head before he looks at the pair again, not much more awake but at least he wasn't half gone either. "What do you want?"

Haki wasn't sure he was meant to say anything, probably shouldn't actually.... but before he could he found himself saying. "Is your name Sin?" It seemed they needed to get the facts at least, no point in talking to him only to find out it was the wrong person.... after all, anyone might have woken to a strange voice so close to his ear, it was possible it wasn't the name that had woken him. Of course Haki noticed how the other looked at his claws, instinctively he flexed them and pushed the claws into the dirt so they were less obvious, it was good that the earth here was moist and well fertilised since that meant they went in with little resistance. He didn't like others staring at his claws, he wasn't embarassed, but he didn't want them staring either... after all, to him, there was nothing to see, he was simply who he was. Of course he understood that they did make others uncomfortable and he didn't want to hinder Sonnet's mission.
Sin yawned and gave them a duh look. "So you woke me using my name but you didn't know it was me... thats just daft... Why would you know my name and not me?" Looking cranky, but then he was clearly still very tired and they had woken him with what he deemed a daft question. Sonnet smirked a little at how surley he seemed, pushing his lips into a bigger smile that looked somewhat sinister he asked in a slightly cheerful tone."Are you the Sin that gave my youngest daughter flowers?" That was somewhat beside the point as it stood but he felt a little bit pleased when the stallion swallowed and backed down a little from his surlyness.

Haki saw the look on Sonnet's face and actually winced a little with wide eyes... was that the look he would expect to see when he asked for Heze's hoof? Worst even? Suddenly Sonnet seemed like a very sinister character, the shadows almost feeling thicker around them.... though if that was just his imagination or the fact that Sonnet was tired, frustrated and annoyed he wasn't sure which... all he knew was he didn't want that attention on him. He actually went to move backwards but his claws were stuck in the mood... great... he had blocked his own escape!
Sin guled a little his eyes on the purple stallion, but he gave a small nod. He didn't tend to lie and he had given a mare flowers, but then she had been upset. He hadn't asked why, in fact they had barely talked. But he didn't want to go blabbing all this ou to these two, either they knew already or it was none of their business. Gaining some of his lost backbone in the face of a possibly angry daddy he straigntened and lifted his head, meeting Sonnets eyes evenly. Sonnet smiled, a proper smile, loosing the sinister air as though it had never been. "Excellent, would you please come to where the herd is settled while we are in the are after you wake up? We have things we would like to ask you, and I know my mate would like to speak with you. you seem to have had a wonderous effect and thanking you is just one of the thigns we would like to discuss."

This was the part that Haki didn't understand... why was it so important to thank this stranger? Sure he got that it was polite, but inviting him to visit, even if the herd didn't plan to linger here long seemed a little too dangerous to Haki. Of course he had heard from Heze that her grandfather once let anyone and everyone enter and walk through the herd lands, would let them join too if they asked, treating each as his extended family.... was that why Chandra was so open? Because she knew nothing else?
Sin looked somewhat dumfounded at this offer, but then he was also suspicious of it, not sure what he had done to be thanked for... But he nodded, having the feeling that they could make him come along if they wanted. so as they were letting him sleep some more and then wander along he was fine with that. Not bothering to ask where they were, they had clearly tracked him and so would know he had followed the mare. "Sure... I'll wander along after some sleep... Might be late though." Sonnet shrugged, his expression stilll plesant. "We tend to be up at night anyway, so thats not a worry. We will see you tonight then." Nodding looking over at Haki and turning, thinking they could go get some sleep themselves and talk to Chandra when they all woke up, hopefully before Sin turned up.

Haki didn't say anything he just watched the conversation unfold. It was only when they turned and started to leave that he asked, "Would you like me to stay and watch him? Make sure he turns up?" Haki had had some sleep, not enough, but if he was asked to stay he would, he would follow the herd guardian's instructions to the letter.
Sonnet shook his head. "If needs be we can find him again, its not like he can fly off." Not wanting to play the heavy, either the stallion would turn up or not and weather or not he did would tell Sonnet about the character of him. She he jsut headed back to the others for soem much needed sleep. Sin watched them still somewhat bamboosled but he shrugged and flopped down to sleep some more. He would think about the crazyness of this when he was awake.

Haki didn't argue, he just joined Sonnet back to the herd before finally flopping to the ground near Heze... his eyes lingered on her for a while, he wanted her for his own... wanted to ask her father... and despite seeing the almost 'scary' side of his potential father in law.... he would do it... for Heze... for them... all he had to do now was figure out how this would all work. Did Heze really want him like that? They had talked about it, they had even discussed the future and they agreed they wanted to do it together.... but was it the same? He decided, he would ask Chandra permission to take them both of rotation soon and take her somewhere... he didn't know where... he would have to scout a place with a beautiful and stunning view... there they would have a proper conversation... and... at the end of it... he would ask her if she wanted him to talk to her father about them... and about undertaking the next stage of the ritual for his people....
