Akakios closed his eyes when the sand flew at him. He then moved so his back legs were closer to her and kicked out with them. He then moved away in case he missed so she wouldn't be able to jump on him or throw more sand at him.

Perseus' advantage worked against her, and she was kicked off the block. She didn't get back up.
Hemera was released in her place, and the Lucario began with Calm Mind.

Akakios saw the new opponent and pranced back expecting an attack. However none came immediately. He gathered some electricity and then discharged it once again using a low pulse.

Akakios stumbled a bit from the ground shaking. He once again tried to paralyze his opponent. He send out a low energy pulse from the static electricity his body held.

Akakios fell down this time and didn't get back up. Doyle recalled him and tossed another out.
Ansa appeared near the slide and immediately began chattering away at the potential the field had for traps. She was so excited that she failed to notice the Lucario at first. When she did she squeaked and curled up into a ball.

Ansa stayed curled up in a ball. She used that time to plot on how to take out the other pokemon. Preferably with a trap of some sort.

Ansa rolled when she was punched as she had still been in a ball. She then uncurled and shook herself. She shuffled away, as she wasn't moving fast enough to be running, and 'climbed' up the slide. She then slide down it using the momentum to add to her attack.
