And the reason I dislike Gemini is the fact that they changed his character completely just so that they could have a female main character.
I understand a character changing.
I don't understand a character doing a complete 180 from who they were to something else entirely.
It didn't make sense at all for his character to go from someone who is caring and loving to someone who is completely abusive.
It went completely against his character and he wasn't the same person at all.

Besides that, even by Gemini's standards, Yin left to go with the boy.
Therefore, its not cannon for Hei to be with Yin either.
So Kirihara, who there was also interest in in the series, has just as much claim to Hei as Yin does.
