Blushing or not, she didn’t quite want to move. Sure, it was embarrassing, sure she probably should have pulled away, but-
He was holding her.
Something so simple as being held made all her girlish feelings rise up, savoring the moment even if they began to fumble over what to say. “You’re a moon.” She was muttering. “I bet you catch people all the time. But it’s okay I.. I trip a lot.” Fingers began to idlely pick at his top. “’s not everyday I get caught though…By a cute guy.”
Israfel giggled.

Him? Catch people? Chances were they were the ones catching him. Or carrying him out of a area ala unconscious princess style

The moon trainee stopped his mental argument as Solia was currently occupied with his shirt. He had to listen very hard, and he only caught part of what she said. Something about getting caught, and cute. With his throat running dry, he gave a response.
"It's...not everyday I get to catch a cute girl..."

If Solia had been blushing before, she was one shade from vibrant now. Jason had just called her cute. Implied it anyway. Heavily. Israfel was chirping, twittering in excitement as her feeling fluttered around in her stomach. Picking at his shirt ending she looked up, staring at him in stunned silence.
How did you respond to the implication you were cute from a guy you had begun to like and who gave you weird feelings?
You denied them. Shaking her head, a few stray curls bouncing, Solia kept her focus on him. “I’m not cute. I’m.. just… average.” She leaned closer in him as she said it.
Israfel might have been in her head silently hoping this was the part where they would kiss.

There was not enough feels in the world to properly describe Jason's excitement and sheer HOLY s**t THIS WAS HAPPENING feels. She was leaning forward, she was leaning forward. That totally meant what he thought it meant.
It was now or never. Zanthvos was practically yelling at him now with words such as IF YOU DON'T MAN THE ******** UP I WILL REVOKE YOUR MAN CARD
"O-of course..you're cute..."The moon trainee gulped, summoning all his courage as he leaned in towards Solia. He was going real slow, eyes slipping shut and he hoped, prayed that he wouldn't make a fool of himself and miss.
