((No, she's already taken this season, sorry! Until she get's a breeding slot with her mate, Stormcaller, neither will be open to other parings. Also, does Miles need rp? Unevolved pokemon need 5 rps or 10 battles to qualify for breeding. Neko no Yami tried to ask you about this, did you ever get back to her? If you don't have enough RP, You could probably get around it by buying an everstone and evolving him. XD ))

Cloud hesitated. "You seem ....trustworthy. You may follow, or not, it's up to you. I need to check on something...." Cloud batted a clump of snow from the growlithe's ruff before turning away at a trot.

Cloudrunner didn't spare the other a glance, but kept her pace steady as she worked her way back over the path she'd come. Eventually they came to a ramshackle shack at the edge of a overgrown hiking trail. She pawed open the door.

Cloud leapt quickly over Miles's fallen form, and stuck her head into a pile of ...stuff. Warm fabric stuff mostly. <"Boy, and you ok? I got a feeling again. Wake Up. Let me check you nose. Is it warm and wet? Do you have a fever? Did you eat a tinyshrom again? Answer me. Cael-"> the muted "lu's, car's, i's and o's tumbled in an unbroken stream and gained a concerned whine until a small pale hand pushed her muzzle out of the pile with a yawn.

"I'm fine, Cloud, so be such a worry wort..." He didn't need to understand pokemon get the general idea. With an effort the young watcher pushed the haphazard pile of "blankets" away and sat up.

And blinked sleep from his eyes.

And blinked again to focus on the orange blur.

"Cloud, there's a pokemon in here!" He squeaked, and scooted back! Oh no, caught in his long-johns, a wild pokemon attacks! Why hadn't Cloud driven it off? D 8

Cael ducked under the edge of a fur lined jacket when the pokemon leaped onto the bedding. . "Cloud!" he yelped.

Cael blinked, peeking over the edge of the jacket-shield. He didn't recognize the pokemon's species - it wasn't much like the -yenas he helped Grandpa with - bright orange and red with lots of cream fluffy - and a tail that was wagging in a very familiar way -

"Puppy!" Che chirped suddenly, reaching out to the unfamiliar pokemon - he may not have known what it was exactly, but he recognized a friendly dog pokemon when he saw one. "Cloud, Cloud, I think he's friendly!"

((OOC: Sorry for causing this such delay, I think we can finish this in a few more posts, so it's not unfinished forever anymore. ^^' ))

Cael giggled and half fell over into the pile-bed, trying to ruffle Miles' headfluff."You're a nice pokemon!" he laughed as the growlithe's warm dog tongue swiped over his face. "Would you like to come with us, boy? I think I have a poke-ball around here somewhere." x3

Cloud, who had sat down over to the side, rolled her eyes. <"It's time for you to go, now." >

Cael popped back up with a laugh, an antique-looking pokeball retrieved from somewhere, held in one hand. He looked around "Pokemon? Where'd you go?" The boy turned a pout at his lucario. " ... You scared it away again, didn't you...? "I'm never going to catch anther pokemon... " he trailed off, looking out the entryway for a bobbing shape of tell tale fluff in the distance, but only seeing the quiet snowy landscape.

Cloudrunner joined him and rested her head on his lap so he could rub her ears. She made a consolatory sounding "car", though it was not sincere. There would be no other pokemon, she would make sure of that.
