When I was a newbie to the G-Feds, I have to give credit to Chrono for teaching me the basic rules of g-fedding, and giving me a chance before I got into the 'big leagues' and working with the more experienced g-fedders here.
EDIT* And Hiro, thanks for helping me book the cards for LWL and keeping it alive.

I'm merely giving advice (because that's what this thread also asked, so you can skip me and compliment Sinner)
Landry: Change nothing, you're fine the way you are
Lauri: Also change nothing, though I wouldn't mind seeing more from Karen and Bianca.
Boxer: I think you tend to get 'too' emotional at times, you're a little 'too gung ho' to get noticed, and not listening to advice ultimately hurts you. You might want to have people give you, your character's strengths and weaknesses, work on the weaknesses, make them your strength.
Harli: There was a guy back in 2010 that fought Justin Amaze in E:E, that match was so good that the crew had a hard time picking a winner for that match, it took us like two days to decide a winner. Bring THAT Harli back. Not the one trying to win and retire with titles, not the Brick, 'That' Harli.
Jason: Work on you character development a little bit more, not everything is lesbians and cocaine, also invest in a taco cannon.
Trevor: The main problem I have with you is that you get really going at something and then you drop it and leave. Finish a storyline and a feud.
Rosario: I've already told you separately, focus on that.
Dion: Original as ********, I'm anxious to see just how far you go. Though remember to not take things so.. Seriously and to read everything clearly 'before' replying.
Timmy: I can see you going places (USE A GOD DAMN SPELL CHECK IN THE CHATS) like Boxer, you're a little 'too' eager, however now that you're slowing down and building your character up you'll be fine. Just remember too many guilds will burn you out...
Cyrus: Not much I can say, because you're not developing your characters. Though, if I may. Hanging around the people that 'aren't as good' can hinder you slightly. Learn from the vets, if you want to improve. Not saying you have to drop your friends, but you'll never improve if you stay in the same circle.
Rex Kobra: A guy who could've been EWA Champion, and for the most part you probably would've won it.. So, what happened? Bring that guy back, I don't know
Omega: ... I only have three words for you: BE MORE ACTIVE

The bizarre mindset Cart possesses helps break up the seriousness in the community.

Not to long ago you were the man. On top of the G-Fedding Community. Then over the months your activity slowed, and almost virtually dropped out of the limelight. I've loved working with you in the past, and look forward to working with you in the future, hopefully.
Come back we miss you.. emotion_kirakira

I've heard and seen many a great thing about Cartwright, and remember you from back in 09. You're on the list of people I'd like to face.

Rosario dude, I can say that I am honored to have met you when you were a newcomer and while I'm not one to toot my own horn often I'm glad I was able to help you at least get started and can say I'm proud of the star you've blossomed into.
Slight bit of advice that I myself am trying to take, be more active bro xD

In my bouts of activity, I've seen Mr. Omega evolve into a better RPer each time and even become someone I'd gladly work a match with. I hope to see him go places and become a bigger name in our community.
