She raises her eyebrow "I am basically a walking talking circuit board that shuts down whenever I get doused with water. I've seen someone with a third eye. Another guy looks like a bumblebee, and yet ANOTHER person has a glowing red nose and only wears christmas sweaters. Trust me, you fit in perfectly fine." She smiles "We're kind people, here at the academy. You are safe with us."

He chuckled darkly, "Yes, even so they and you probably know what your item was and what race you are so you pretty much know what is going to happen to you as you grow. I don't know my item and I don't know my specific race aside from 'Demon'. I ran into something when I was getting out of that hell and it made me into this..thing." Zephyr sighed loudly as he struggled to get his shirt on, "You're the second person who's been willing to talk to me aside from the Elders. Everyone else I've seen has just run away from me.".

Frederique frowns, looking down before standing up and hugging Zephyr "I can not pretend to know how you feel, nor can I promise people will accept you for who you are... But I know people who would." She looks up, grinning at him "I intend to have them meet you, so do not despair and feel alone. I know great people who you can meet, if you are willing."

The dragon smiled at the hug, returning it with gentleness, not wanting to hurt the girl seeing as he was still unsure of his own strength and didn't want to go about hurting people like he thought he had done before. Zephyr looked down at her, into her eyes before suddenly bringing his head forward and kissing her, the movement brought on by a sudden thought that he decided to go with. He was unsure on if he would regret it or not.

Fred freezes, her eyes widening. What is going on here. Was this Cambria? No, it wasn't. This was Zephyr. Who she just met. And saw naked about thirty minutes prior to this. Calmly she slides her hand between their mouths, pushing his own away. This might seem a bit cruel, but hey it was either that or zapping him and having him be paralyzed for a few moments "First off, I am not mad. I am fairly flustered. Second off, I apologize, but before you go smooching someone you should get to know them over a course of events that transpire at LEAST a week of knowing that person. Third off, I have a um...girl I really like. Whom I love very very much. Please respect that."

As he was pushed back, he stumbled just slightly and quickly looked away, his face a bright shade of red, "I'm sorry I.. don't know what came over me.." He said quickly, bowing his head deeply. Zephyr looked up to look at her before looking back down at his feet again as he bowed, "I'm sorry I ..." he paused, "I need to go. I'm really sorry." He repeated it a couple more times before picking up the remainder of his items and starting to walk off, his tail between his legs. As he walked, he started to mentally beat himself up, wondering how on earth he could've done that.
There was no way he could show his face to her again, not after that.

Fred rolls her eyes slightly, trotting after him and grabbing his arm "It's called being a teenager, you'll get used to it. Why, once I literally pounced on a boy and basically kissed him for two minutes. He had a restraining order placed on me. Don't beat yourself up over it Zephyr, I'm not mad and I completely understand. So please don't leave. We just became friends; I'd miss you."

Zephyr stopped when his arm was grabbed, resisting the urge to yank it away, still thinking he could hurt people in the simplest ways and he didn't want to find out what he could do. He was shaking slightly, shaking his head, "I shouldn't have done it.. I ..don't know why I did.. it's stupid of me, I never should've done it.." he muttered. He wanted to get away from her, to just go hide in his room and maybe forget it like he had forgotten so many other things.
"I don't deserve to be your fried after that." He stated, still not looking back at her.

She sighs. Well Zeph, she tried reasoning with you... Fred grabs his wrist, sending a small jolt of electricity through his body, enough to stun him for 10 seconds. As he is frozen she tilts her head "Oh whoops, I electrocuted you. so sorry, it's a bit of an instinct of mine. Lets just call it even and let bygones be bygones then, no need to dwell on the past." Fred, you do not solve a conflict by electrocuting it. that is not how it works.

As he was zapped, the dragon let out an odd sound and stood there awkwardly as he was paralyzed. Once he could move again, Zephyr turned to look at her, frowning, "I don't think that's how things work. What I did was wrong on so many more levels." he stated, looking rather sure of his words.

"You act as if I'm mentally scarred by the scenario...Or that I can't electrocute you many, many more times than that. Really, the only thing upsetting me right now is that you are under the impression that you can just waltz into my life, make one little mistake then check out. That's not how it's going to work. You are going to live with that damn mistake and be my friend if I have to tie you up and electrocute you every five minutes. Have I made myself clear?"

Zephyr stood there, his mouth gaping slightly as he stared at the other teen, as if perplexed by what she just said. Tilting his head slightly, he tried to speak but all he did was move his mouth a bit. Shaking his head, he tried again, "Most people would tell the other person to get lost and to never show their face again.. why..do you want me to still be your friend? I don't... I don't get it.".

She puts her hands on her hips "Because believe it or not Zephyr, I was almost just like you. Granted, I still had my memories and all that, but it wasn't the same...I was raised in a human city, where I was very different and turned against constantly. I am constantly haunted by the question of if I am alive or dead, because many define living as having a beating heart, of which i have none. I am extremely insecure about my existence in this world, and was even more so back then. People teased me, threw things at me, tore apart my personal belongings to the point one day I snapped, and started beating them with a chair. Of course, my violence solved nothing, and they came up with a new nickname for me: 'Flippy'. So I understand the feelings you are going through right now...and I want to at least be there to support you in a way that I never received." She smiles at him again.

The dragon hung his head, "I still don't understand. I mean, I understand but at the same time I just don't get why you'd be willing to still be my friend after.... after what just happened." He sighed, tilting his head slightly so he could look at her. Even though Fred didn't seem to hate him, Zephyr was beating himself up on the inside pretty badly about what he had done.
