Nicholas smiled a bit when she seemed to have been shocked by the fact he was even touching her. He hoped he could get the girl to feel better about herself after today and he had to take her home, bringing the pup to his chest, lightly pulling his coat over the small thing to keep it warm, standing up from his crouching/lying position with a soft yawn, glancing down at Rumex to ensure she was comfortable.
His head tilted a little to the left when her head lifted up and she barked a little at him, her soft trembling seeming to have stopped almost instantly as she quickly looked back down at he felt her tail shift against his chest. He simply smiled again and lightly scratched behind her ear. He shifted the weight between his leg a few times to gain some feeling back into them before he shook his head a little to displace the hair over his golden irises, wanting to seem correctly as he begun to walk through the forest towards his home which was just on the outskirts about a quarter of a mile away.
He sighed a little and though of the predicament he was in, lightly pressing his forefinger to her shaking head to stop her, "Miss Rumex, it'd be best if you go to sleep if you want to look presentable in the morning for your master is it not? I'm sorry if you feel uncomfortable but i think it'd be best if i washed you up in this form...than in your other." he muttered. "Then you can sleep at my house and i'll go out and look for those men alright?" he questioned, looking down at her again to see if she would nod or something, the woods thinning out as they came to the outskirts.

Rumex sighed as she felt the finger of the man scratch behind her ear. As much as she was still shocked he was holding her at all, her eyes closed as she felt the nice massaging motion from his hand relax some of her muscles. When he moved, she raised her head and opened her eyes, a little dizzy by the sudden amount of movement, and not quite used to it at all, but relaxed again when he had started talking. It had been now around 23 hours since she was last able to sleep, and her muscles were still sore from earlier, so she wagged her tail slightly when he mentioned the word sleep and bed, but almost immediately her ears went back down next to her head, and shock was written all over her face.
He would bathe her? Blinking a few times as she stared up at him, she tilted her head to the side and let one of her ears p***k up slightly. Sure, it would be nice to get the grime and mud off her from when she was taking her nap on the ground, and yes, she had no other way to bathe herself other than with her tongue, which, now that she was mainly human, she never used. But she hadn't really expected the man to offer a bath. She looked back down after a minute, and then nuzzled the hand that held her under his coat as if to tell him it was alright.
If so needed, tomorrow she would just have to follow him to where he would retake the merchandise. She still was a little weary of the stranger, but if he was true to his word, maybe she would have made, for the first time in her life, a friend. Resting her muzzle onto the man's arm, she allowed her eyes to close, and for the first time in a long time, she was comfortable when she slept, even if it was several feet off the ground. The warmth coming from Nicholas's body was soothing, and his coat blocked out any chilly winds that might have caused her to shiver. For a moment before she dozed off, she worried about the warmth of the man in the cold forest, but then her mind wandered off as she fell into a deep sleep.

The thieves took a car that was hidden in the forest about a mile or so away from where they ditched her, and they could have a flat tire or something ;o
Nicholas continued to light scratch behind her ear since it seemed to soothe her, feeling her tenseness relax some against him, walking slowly as to not disturb her as she seemed to be drifting off but still awake as she was probably thinking of what he had said and if he was just some weirdo. He vaguely wondered how long she'd been in the conditions she was in. Even though the dark he could tell the girl was quite beat up and tired.
"Poor puppy..." he murmured, feeling quite sorry for the girl as he stepped over a tree root. He could see his house in the near distance so it wouldn't be much longer until he could wash and feed her before he put her to bed and went out in search for the men who had kidnapped her. He shifted her very lightly in his arms, her fur quite ticklish against his arm, feeling her muzzle nuzzle into his arm.
He figured she trusted him more when he felt her relax completely in his arms, figuring she was now asleep, smiling a little, hoping she wasn't too hot or anything as he glanced down at the pup. It was a matter of minutes before he got back to his home. It was about half the size of a regular sized mansion. He used his free hand to rummage around in his coat pocket and took out his keys before unlocking the door and softly opening it before stepping in and locking it back. He quietly flicked on the lights, walking over to the couch and setting Rumex on the couch and laying his coat over her a little but let her head poke out from the top as he went in search of a bucket big enough to bathe the pup.
OCC: Oh i was just gonna make him drop her off after he bathed her and let some food out then go out in the middle of the night and search for the guys.
Hm. What an epic recap.

Rumex's eyelids lifted slowly as she heard the jingling of the keys from the man, and her head lifted slightly as she came out of her in and out nap. When she was set onto the couch, she felt the hands around her body slip away, and she yawned, her jaws opening wide, before resting her head onto her forearms. As she began to daze off again, watching as the man left the room, her head lifted quickly and her eyes opened fully as she stared at what she was resting on; a rather expensive-looking couch.
Blinking a few times, she left the warmth of the man's coat and groggily crawled to the edge of the couch flopping onto the ground and landing painfully on her side. She made a quick whining pitch with her mouth as a she could feel a small bruise form on her side, and then scrambled to a stand, her claws tapping against the wood floor. Wobbling a little from her grogginess, Rumex crawled under the couch, where she wouldn't ruin her host's furniture. Crawling up into a ball next to one of the legs of the couch, she rested her head on her fore-paws again and tried to keep herself awake as she waited for the man to return, to give her... a bath.
She shuddered slightly at the thought, not being a huge fan of soap and water, but decided it was only for the best. Rumex decided she might as well not try to resist the man like an insolent b***h, as her master put it. It seemed to her that right now, this man was her master.

Focusing on the rose, it rose and snapped off. Floating over to her, Zaturi smiled and handed it to Hex, "The mind can do many things." She placed her hand on top of Hex as she landed the flower there, "Red and white makes a very good combination." She winked and looked at the sky. ╚══════════════╝

Nicholas sighed a bit. Did he even own any pails or buckets? He tapped his chin in wonder. He shrugged a little then walked up the steps two his second floor. Maybe there would be something upstairs int he storage closest. He rummaged around and eventually found a tin pail/bucket thing big enough for the girl in pup form.
He made his way back downstairs and into the 1st floor bathroom. He filled the bucket up with warm water and grabbed a bar of rose scented soap. He ventured back into his sitting room and set the bucket on the table there, lifting his jacket. No pup. He blinked. Raising a brow. Oh great where did the half asleep pup go? He couldn't even sense her really since her scent was all over him since she was a puppy and animal scent lingered. He sighed, glancing around the room.
"Miss Rumex....? he called out lightly, sitting on the couch as he waited for the female dog to resurface. He needed to clean her and get her to bed quick if he wanted any chance finding those men who had kidnapped her and robbed her master. He vaguely wondered what he was to do when he got the stuff back. Well of course he was going to return the items and Rumex back to her master but, what would the master do to him? Accuse him of robbing him? He groaned a little at the thought.

Rumex's eyes popped open and her head shot up when she heard her name being called. It seemed as though she had fallen back asleep under the couch as she was waiting for Nicholas. Blinking a few times before standing up, she grunted a little when she stood, her sore legs and arms, and now side, getting the better of her as her shaky paws padded against the wooden floor, her claws making small clicking noises as she slowly walked out into the open, and then turned around to face the man, who had now sat on the couch.
Sitting on the ground, she tilted her head up and cocked her head slightly to the left, staring at the man. It was so odd to her that he would offer to bathe her, when she was usually the ones giving the baths. If it were anyone else, she assumed, they would simply give her a bucket of water and tell her to bathe herself, even though she really didn't know how a dog bathed itself, from her experience. The man was a giant in front of her, yet a beautiful gentle giant. In her mind, a surprising thought occurred to her, which made her eyebrows furrow a little in worry. She had almost wished that this man was her master. Her tail wagged back and forth slightly, but then stopped.
Shaking her head as if she were wet, she got up on her feet and made a small 'yelp' to get the man's attention, and then when he noticed her, she tilted her head down and put her tail in between her legs to show his dominance, her ears tucking back once again so that they were flat against her head. Now that she thought of it, what kind of slave would this man be to anyone? He wasn't an animal hybrid, from what he could see, and he didn't seem to act much like a slave was 'programmed' to act. Then again, she herself didn't completely turn into a human when she transformed, so maybe this man had perfected his human form.
Nicholas stayed seated patiently, having hadn't noticed when she had wobbled out from under the couch of even the noises her claws made against the wooden floor boards. He almost didn't catch her yelp since he had zoned off but blinked a few times and glanced over to the floor after a moment. "Oh....there you are." he said, leaning forward and picking her up again and setting her in his lap. "Theres not a lot of water in the bucket, just to about half your foot just in case you don't like water. I don't either." he said, lifting her up and setting her in the bucket to where it came up a little above her paws but just enough to get her cleaned. He then took off her collar and set it away from the bucket on the table.
He got the soap wet, rubbing it around in his hands until they were soapy and he started with her head first. He lightly massaged her scalp through the fur and made sure to get around and not in her ears. After it was deemed soapy and clean enough he lightly washed the soap off his fingers with the water and then used his just wet hands to rinse out the soap. He continued the rest of this process until she was officially squeaky clean.
He picked her up and set her back in his lap which had a towel lain over it before covering her in it, lightly beginning to dry her off.

Rumex felt the warm hands around her waist again, and her feet slowly lifted off the floor. She spun around a few times as Nicholas picked her up, which actually made her pretty dizzy, but she had a small amount of releif as she was set into the bucket. She shuddered a little, the unexpectedly warm water touching her sore legs, and sighed as it soothed her a little. Rumex felt the collar being taken off her, and she almost felt nude when it was taken off. She was so used to it being clipped around her neck, human or dog, that it was almost like a loss when he took it off. Trying to shake off the feeling of being exposed, she began walking around in a small circle in the water, splashing a little, and causing the water to jump up onto her snout. Sneezing a little, she jumped when she felt the hands of the man on her head, rubbing a soft liquid on her. She closed her eyes and relaxed, her ears drooping to the sides and her tail falling limp as the motion on her head was a rhythmic, soothing sensation. And then it was gone.
Rumex didn't complain or resist as the man scrubbed the rest of her body. Of course, she was slightly embarrassed and slightly shamed when he continued to scrub the rest of her body, but it was done quickly and his hands were amazingly smooth and quick. When he was done, she laid down in the water, rolling over on her back so she could try to get the soap off her coat, and then stood back up. She sighed, her head falling down a little in relaxation as she felt the man's hand run against her back, the warm water rinsing the soap out of her now clean fur. Moving her head back, she nuzzled the man's hand in thanks, just as he wrapped his hands back around her and lifted her out of the bucket, onto his lap.
Just as she was set down, her animal instinct twitched her ear, and then her tail, and before she could stop it, her whole body began to shake back and forth as water flew in all directions. Rumex stopped shaking and then tilted her head down in shame, her tail once again going between her legs as she laid down on his lap, her head resting on her fore-paws. Her fur was now a poofy mess, sticking up in all directions as he began to softly dry her off with the towel, rubbing it against her back and head, which relaxed her once again, the motion across her back and down her legs soothing her muscles and causing her to become slightly groggy again. Shoving her nose out of the towel, she wobbled out and located his hand, and then licked it's salty surface with her small tongue, as a 'thank you' gesture, then shoved her head under his hand, her tail going between her legs as she curled up in a ball on his leg, her eyelids drooping, until they fell, once again, completely shut.

I dont know, I dont know I dont know anything of That kindness after scolding, or the warmth ao a hand after rain! But I really, truly, honestly feel cold and alone!
Leerin stood up slowly and quickly ran after the two. Once she got there she dropped down to her knees on a patch of soft grass. She watched as Zaturi used her powers. "That was amazing!!" she exclaimed. "That was so cool, your powers. All I know how to do is shift-shape and I'm working on teleporting." Leerin stood up and took a step back, she quickly changed into a thin graceful cat. She trotted around for a few moments then quickly transformed back to herself.
Nicholas should have expected getting wet either way. He sighed softly, wiping some water from his chin when Rumex was doing shaking out the water. He couldn't blame her though, it was just an instinct. He gave her a little pat on the head so she wouldn't feel as bad before he dried her off with the towel. He smiled a little when he saw her nose poking out before she poked out some more and licked his hand. He figured it was a thank you. He watched her duck her head under his hand and a few moments later she seemed to have stilled.
He waited a few minutes until he was assured she was asleep deep enough to whereas he could get up and not have to wake her up. Quietly and gently, he lifted her up with both hands so he'd be holding her whole body and not just a portion of it. He peeked at her and hoped to see no moment which he didn't catch but wasn't quite sure. He took quiet, slow steps as to not disrupt Rumex's sleep so much. He eventually got to his bedroom down the hall, lightly laying the pup on the center of his bed.
Nicholas left the room after staring for a few moments, making sure she was still indeed sleep. He went into the kitchen and looked around. She probably knew how to cook. Probably. He sighed and wondered if she knew how to read..He shrugged, grabbing some paper and writing, "Just eat whatever you find or want" on it and set in on the counter, going upstairs into another room and pulling out a dress he had made the other day for practice. It was like a kimono but more updated. It was blue with white and silver floral designs. He walked back into his room and laid it over his bed next to Rumex, hoping she got the message to change into it if she woke up and turned into her human form again before leaving the room and looking around for his keys so he could leave.
He found his keys after a few moment searching, grabbing his coat as well before walking out of the house, locking the door back and pulling on his coat, adjusting his raven hair over his golden irises before he set off back into the direction of the forest much faster now since he wasn't holding a pup.
"Name's Yo." Feeling a presence not too far off within the distance, Yo became faintly defensive from the short encounter of a instant glare. Who was she? From afar, he could already tell of some demonic traits influencing from her. But it wasn't obvious of her strength. His hand flickered with a short light and he gently looked to his palm, reading what his boss would have told him from the depths of hell.
"She is harmless, but kill her if she dares to strike you, Young Reaper."
Yo nodded, gently placing his hand within his pocket yet again and looked back to the demon girl from afar---or at least the girl who held a demonic presence within the distance to his opinion.
"It was nice meeting you, lady. Hope we meet again sometime soon eh?" He gently grinned to her as he turned his head to the opposite direction, pressing his board to the floor and slid across the road and gently in front of the stranger.
Raising a brow as he flipped his skateboard up into his grasp, he questioned her presence within the surrounding. " Been around here before? " His curious thoughts flowing through him as the time passed through, quiet filling the gaps of gentle air between them both.

''Hmm also would we be camping outside? under the stars sounds nature like''. Taking the huge weapon he points it to the clouds and fires a blue bullet, the gunbalde made no sounds, you could see the clouds parting away and the moonlight shine down on them.''Ah perfect the moonlight is a amazing being creatures of the;dark this is a treat well tasted.'' he told the two women shaking his head with a smirk.''So how long do you ladies plan on staying here under the stars'' He looks over at both of them golden eye's looking back and forth.He wonders if days like these could last a life time but, he knew they would juts fade away with time.Hex could only wonder what will fate have him meet other interesting people.''If only I had my violin''He whispers ''I could play Atonement for you my friends'' He stood tall and strong his features also strong and locked.

"I have no were to stay either so camping out seems like a great idea." Leerin layed down on her back facing up at the sky.
She took a deep breath and closed her eyes. Leerin heard something move around in the bush nearby. She quickly jumped to her feet and reached for a knife out of the pouch. In one swift move she stepped back then flung the knife straight at the bush. She turned back to Zaturi and Hex, "Sorry just instincts!" she said with a smile.
