Rep narrowed his eyes. "Oh yeah because that won't be ******** creepy at all. I'm not sitting here while some tech changes your bandages Rin. That would get all over the labs. It could get back to my guys and they'd think I was ******** after you or something, I don't know. I'm not comfortable with it, I can see just fine how you look from here. And all I want is for you to get better."

I don't need to see you naked to know that." It was the one thing he'd never understood, why so many people on the island got self concious about injuries and scars. Of course he got self concious about scars himself but that made sense to him, his meant he'd failed the ones he loved, they represented times when he'd almost hurt other people by being killed himself. Rin had done nothing wrong.

The door opened and a Life trainee walked in. Melvin smiled at Rin. "Hey." Before he noticed some red in the corner of his eye. Turning, he looked surprised to see Rep there. It seemed there would be no need to hunt him down at the cliffs again. "Hello, Rep." He said nothing more, and walked over to Rin. "What's up?" He asked, on duty right now in the Infirmary for the time being.

"My bandages need changed," she shot Melvin a subtly guilty look. She'd hoped for a random tech, not someone who knew the both of them as well as he had but... well, beggars can't be choosers.
"And Rep," she looked over at him, "don't move too far back now. You need to stay in the splash zone."
