Nyota turns and looks her right in the eye THEN LEAVE CHILD! the continues walking down the path leave and let the emissionary from King Fae give me a reason why i should join him. or any of the others i have allowed to live.

"Child?!" Celeste jumped in his path again and pulled off her cloak, "do I look like a child to you? I have studied magic for years. I may not be the great Nyota," she spoke with sarcasm, "but I am no novice."

Nyota stops and turns and suddenly a wall of fog grows around them, completely blocking him from her view and a whisper sounds throughout the entire forest leave and never return. go home in shame child knowing you have failed your master.

Celeste held her ground, "I said that I am not a child and I will not take orders from you." She was not getting paid enough to deal with this.

the fog vanished and revealed she was alone, with no pathway to guid her and the sun setting fast, the entire forest growing dark and strange and frightening noises sounding all around as if the forest was waking up from its slumber.

"NOW who is running," she mocked to the forest, feeling a sense of victory. If Nyota took off because of her, then she could bring him back. "I found you once, I can do it again."

the forest creaks around her and then a small and strange looking creature emerged from teh darkness and into the small amount of light left and stared and then ran off into the forest when it creaked again

This forest was not so bad, Celeste did not see what the fuss was about. The creature just ran from her and so did Nyota. This job was annoying and not much else.

a squealshing sound came from above her as a tree snared a deer and squeezed it till blood ran out and it began drinking the blood with transparent vines. the strange creature darted out again and paused, it was a taur but it was a different type, from the waist up it looked like a child but the waist down it was a large red fox.

Celeste cringed at the tree and made a mental note to stay away from those. She studied the child for a moment, "are you also Nyota's pet?"

the foxtaur looks startled I AM NOBODIES PET! he pulls out a short sword i am but a simple creature! leave me alone! he swings the sword

Celeste rolled her eyes at the sword, "I have no interest in you, boy. I just came to bring Nyota to my king. Tell you what, save me some time and tell me where to find him and I shall reward you." She pulled out a bag of coins.

Celeste tucked the money back in her belt and sneered at the child. She would just have to do this on her own then. That is the way she liked it anyway. Choosing a direction at random, she walked into the forest to complete her mission.

a tree reached down to snare her, its clear vines reaching down with points on the end of them and giving slight suction noises as they tried to reach her
