Blinking, trying to clear her head (and not claw the Caterpillar's face), Tsukiko found herself once more in front of the blue insect. A mushroom... with the words Eat Me. Well Jack. Not this again. Fine. She'd made it this far. Just one more time. Foul thing. Making a face, she ate the fungus and passed out.

Once more the odd sensation of being drugged took over Belladonna as she made her way through the mushroom forest. Though she did not even bother with an attempt to speak, she still found this to be very similar to a contagion bite and was most positive she would slur all her words. At least, she was sure of that until she was confronted with the caterpillar and his hazy hookah once more.
"Alright you!" The witch began in a fairly clear voice as she stuck a finger toward the creature. "Last time this whole thing went awfully. I am expecting much better results! Then you'll see who's brave and who's not!"
Before she could continue her ill timed lecture, the maze was in front of her and she was off into its darkened depths.

Perhaps the fact that the witch had experienced most of the maze before helped, for there wasn't a second of hesitation as she hustled her way through the corridors. Instinct took over as she picked the proper twists and turns, and did not seem to dead end once. Nothing scary popped out, no mushrooms tried to kiss her ankles or whispers threatened her.
Absolutely nothing bad happened.
In fact, Belladonna let out a particularly loud note of joy as she passed the exit. With a dramatic point she leveled her finger with the caterpillar, totally interrupting anything he had to say.
"LOOK WHERE BRAVERY HAS GOTTEN ME!" She shouted, totally rude and totally uncaring. When a box was tossed at her, Belladonna narrowed her eyes at the creature before she snatched it up quickly.
Instead was... Another mushroom.
"Let's don't be ridiculous." The witch told him before she dropped it to the ground and crushed it under her foot.
That had been a particularly bad idea.

Terra looked around, staring at the mushroom trees, wondering why she felt so tired all of a sudden. When the caterpillar showed up she was too tired to even question what was going on. She closed her eyes, wondering how he would judge her bravery. Could you judge such a thing?

She stumbled towards the maze, still feeling a little lightheaded from the smoke, and stepped into it without a thought. At least this time she was wearing all of her clothing, she thought happily. But before she could even get a step in, the floor turned to lava. She yelped, jumping over it as quickly as she could. Then a flash and she was a minipet being stalked by a strange creature planning to cook her!
"Do not want!" she yelled, running past the rainbow monster person. Music--horrible, horrible music started playing loudly all around her. She pressed her hands over her ears, trying to block it out. There was a horse ahead--she jumped on it, trying to get it to race away. But it only led to more strange people shouting about killing her--
The drug addled reaper ghoul raced out of the place screaming at the top of her lungs about evil rainbow cannibals.

There were no gnomes here. That was reassuring. Malodore observed the massive caterpillar impassively. It had seen worse, so when the creature began inquiring about bravery... well, it wasn't feeling particularly threatened at this moment anyway. There didn't seem as if there was much to be brave about. Hrm.

As the smoke enveloped it, Malodore closed its eyes... and when it opened them, it was small again. And winged with feathers. And oh god this was horribly familiar though it couldn't quite place why. Still, it was definitely having a sense of deja vu...
There was a figure in the distance. With a chill, Malodore recognized the silhouette of the strange chef it had encountered in the Haunted House. They'd cooked minipets, hadn't they? Hadn't that been an option? And now...
Oh dear. Malodore fled. ((-1 bravery, 3 remain))
And yet, as it ran, it felt the minipet form falling away, and the smoke seemed to ring with chimes. It remembered... si, it remembered that last night with Riley, as she had been, that walk in Conquest. It remembered the chimes at her memorial... and the chiming of the wings at her back, now. A feeling of fondness suffused it, and it felt its courage returning. ((+1 bravery, 4 remain))
The mist cleared a bit, and it saw... horses? No, ponies. Just everywhere.
... Nonplussed, it moved on. ((No change, 4 remain))
Without warning, the ground fell out from under it; it flailed wings and arms to no effect, and it saw spikes looming below, approaching fast - wicked sharp things, wet with blood. Oh Jack, this was going to-
It could have sworn it felt the tips of the spikes bite into its coat, but then it was laying on flat ground, unharmed and shaking. ((-1 bravery, 3 remain))
As it rose, it felt something grab onto it - turning, there was nobody there, but it felt hands and claws gripping it, tugging it back. It lashed out with both wings and snapped its tail like a whip, to no avail... ((-1 bravery, 2 remain))
And then it was free, standing before the caterpillar again. When presented with the mushroom, it did not hesitate to eat, and welcomed the transition...

((entrance)) The pup continued with the path before him, as home soon turned into forest. "Maybe i have a concussion from the hit on the head." he asked himself, rubbing at the tender spot on his scalp and moved into the forest. It was a peculiar sight, threes that gave way to giant mushrooms and the scent the filled the air was.... It was too calming and serene. Damien felt like his mind would fly away from his body with the greatest of ease, and he didn't particularly like the sensation. Nor the caterpillar that questioned his courage and bravery. Testing ones will wasn't exactly a kind exchange in his book as the pup began to bark at it. "Ill show you, fuzzy eyebrows!" he replied back, and found his will wavering in the haze that came soon afterward. Gving the caterpillar one more sneer, Damien trudged on. The fact that it had the audacity to qquestion and mock his courage left a dent on his pride. At the end of the day, it was all he had left. He would be damned if it was left besmirched. He'd deal with the forest and find he way out, and show that thing the middle finger when he did so. But bravado soon deflated with a song that the mushroomed seemed to sing. and turning into a runic scruffle for someones pie was not fun as he trudged on. And he ran he ran so far away. Demi just ran. couldn't get away. Not form the arms and limbs that wanted their new hellhound friend to stay with them in this freakish forest. the limbs that didn't seem to physically be there but still held him back. Enough was enough. the mind breaking madness was more than enough to send the hound out of the forest. As she climbed her way toward freedom, the warrior discovered a forest. The bird’s eyes lit up and she hastily freed herself further so she could walk along the path. Jay wondered if it would be alright to spread her wings and climb into one of the high branches, but she thought better of it. Instead she kept walking until she heard a sound. She paused, looked around until she was in front of a familiar face. Eyes narrowed. She bit on the inside of her cheek to prevent herself from interrupting the voice. Once it finished, she huffed. Then she sighed, relaxed, and closed her eyes.

She shrieked when she noticed the floor had turned into lava. “No far!” Jay called out, immediately spreading out her wings to take to the air. She hovered over the orange sea, the heat curling around her until the warrior found herself in a pumpkin patch. This seemed safer. Jay tucked in her wings and stared at the pumpkins until they burst to release a number of miniature clones. Her eyes widened and she took a step back.
“Hey…hold it!” She tried to remain calm, but the clones began to tackle her while calling out ‘mama!’ She couldn’t help but release another shout before she broke free of the hoard and ran toward a group of reapers. Jay cocked an eyebrow at them. She opened her mouth to say something, but a peculiar scent caught her attention. Jay closed her mouth and turned around.
She ran.

...Okay, where did he get to now? Clyde looked around, climbing out while rubbing where he had smacked his head before. When he saw the giant caterpillar, he simply stared, nodded and went off in an almost robotic manner. Maybe it was because he felt unnerved already...Oh well, it can't be any worse then the things he had already been through.

Miyako wandered back to the same place she had been last time she ate the cake. This time she hoped she could make it through the maze. She was glad though, that she wasn't at a table of hunfry gnomes.

Miyako wished herself luck berore she began the maze. she hoped she good do it. Third time is the charm right? While walking through it, she started to hear a soft song. It made her feel better, more calm. She couldn't remember where she had heard it, but it sounded very familiar to her. The song helped her to continue the maze. But then suddenly something odd happend. A rainbow beam shined down on her, turrning everything pink and glittery. Then she heard someone whisper that they wanted to cuddle her to death. She was only afraid because she had no idea where it was comming from or what was going on. Continueing her journey, she started hearing a song loop over and over....... And over and over... Jeez that was one haunting song.. it just didn't stop. Then after that haunting song that just wouldn't end. Miyako had found herself falling into a deep pit with jagged spikes. She started freaking out in fear, screaming. She was so afraid that she was about to die. She even saw blood from other victums that must have died there. When she thought she saw her life flash before her...she blinked and suddenly it was gone.. Maybe that song just drove her insane and made her see things.. Wow.. That was one creepy song.. She started to walk some more but then suddenly she was at the end.. Wait was this it? Was she really at the end? She wasn't sure if she could belive it, it had taken her so long to get there. When the smoke clears she sees the catapillar again. She blinks as she listens to him speak. Then her eyes widen a bit as he throws a box at her but she catches it and stares down at it, unsure of weather she should open it or not. After long moments of stareing at it she decided to open it. She sees the tiny mushroom, and then more stareing happens. But after a while she starts to be her self again. "Mushoom!^.^;;" She smiles happily and hugs the tiny mushroom to herself. She usualy just hugs mushrooms, and doesn't eat them. but what harm could a tiny mushroom do right? To her it was so cute. So she ate the tiny mushroom.
She shrank to her normal size and then suddenly everything went blank....
