'But I can't start training without a partner.' A sigh came from her as she started walking from shelf to shelf, looking for a good book to read. 'I can't wait to meet people, but I wonder if I'll be able to find a weapon...' Then a smile formed on her face as she found an interesting title. She pulled it off the shelf and gently turned the front cover to read the summary. Finding no interest in the story line, she placed the book back on the shelf and went looking for a different one. Her eyes soon landed on a book with an interesting color to it. Sliding it from the shelf, she flipped to the summary. Satisfied with the plot, she looked around for an empty table. Walking around to find one, she bumped into the chair of a blonde hair student with a red jacket. " Oh, I am so sorry! I guess I was a bit distracted." Adrian who was fully immersed into the book was snapped out of it when he felt a bump on his chair. Rather annoyed he looked up and was about to say something until he saw the look on the girl's face. Not only did she look completely lost but she also looked innocent. He forced himself to calm down and shrugged it off. "It's alright." he said in his usual despondent voice. He couldn't believe he was about to go off on someone because they bumped into his chair. For the sake of everyone on this earth he hoped he wasn't about to turn into the Hulk or something alike.

She looked down at the book in her hands. " I'm sorry again. I am Angelette. I haven't been here very long. I was looking for a place to sit, but there aren't many open tables. I am sorry for disturbing you." She smiled cheerfully at him and then looked at the book he was reading. " That looks like a good book. What is it about?" "It's alright." he assured her. "You can take the seat across from me if you'd like." he offered reminding himself to be courteous and civil to others. He didn't want to end up friendless like everyone predicted he would. "I'm Adrian. It's nice to meet you." he said introducing himself to the girl. She was good so far, as long she didn't start angling over something stupid like some hot guy in her class or something else stupid. When asked about the book he shrugged. "Just a book on weapon techniques. I need to do whatever it takes to improve." he replied.

" You are really nice. Thank you so much." She sat down across from him and opened her book. As she started to read through the first page, she couldn't help but look up at the boy across from her every few words. He was just so intriguing. Closing her book and putting it on the table, she leaned forward and folded her arms lightly on top of the cover. " It's nice to meet you too Adrian." She smiled once again as he told her about his book. " Weapons? So are you a Meister, or a weapon yourself?" She plopped a hand over her mouth and then laughed nervously. Adrian inwardly scoffed. Him? Nice? That was unheard of. He enjoyed the few peaceful minutes before the girl once again began talking. He tried not to show his slight annoyance. Adrian was determined not to scare off the first person seeming to attempt to befriend him so soon. "It's alright, really. I don't mind. I'm a weapon. Although a lot of people think the best way is to constantly train and have tons of field experience, I believe that some book knowledge betters a person's skill, whether it be weapon or meister." he replied.

One without the other lacks a key element in fighting, and then you will be deaf wanted by your opponent. Sadly I only have book knowledge myself. I am a meister, but I don't have much experience with weapons, which is part of the reason I'm here. I will master my abilities and become great!" She smiled as her eyes gleamed with determination. He silently chuckled as he watched her excitement take over and pure determination shine in her eyes. He had not seen such determination anywhere else except in his own eyes. Yes, she was definitely on his good side so far.

He was a pretty cool guy, though she is just meeting in. Secretly she was hoping he didn't have a meister, so they could be partners. Adrian chuckled and shook his head. "I have not been blessed with the honor of a partner who didn't make me want to die. They were all just so...annoying. Very unfocused and ,dare I say, unambitious. They were opportunist. Only took what was in front of them. Too fearful to search for the opportunities hidden.. Great opportunities. Story short, they didn't suit my needs." he replied.

"It's like all the good partners are already taken. Never thought finding the perfect partner would be this hard." he said with a disappointed sigh.

Adrian raised his eyebrows at the girl's sudden suggestion but he didn't find it ridiculous. He wad actually rather fond of the idea as he thought about. "It's alright. I agree. I do suggest that you stop apologizing for every small little thing though. It isn't as if you have done something terribly wrong." he suggested. "But I think we'd probably make great partners if you're up for the challenge." he said with a smirk.
