Rin raaaaiiiised a brow a bit too high at Sasha, "Are you serious? You're ******** gorgeous. Why would you even ask that?"

Sasha laughed, her ribs creaking. The laugh was cut short by a loud hiss as Sasha forced herself to stop. The pain was incredible, but the expression on Rin's face was priceless.
"You can't blame a girl for wanting to know, hmm?"
Her expression grew slightly serious, her smile waning.
"Tell me what you've been up to?"

Rin looked concerned at the hiss and wanted to ask if she was okay but... she had her own questions apparently, "I-I uh.. mostly work. Chores and overtime no one else seems to want. I just... trying to keep myself out of trouble." Her eyes wandered over Sasha curiously, "Not really facing what's... ... need anything? I got all sorts of things on that cart."

"Chocolate. Lots of it."
Sasha pushed aside the plate she'd settled alongside her leg. She was restless and frustrated, but she was glad Rin was there.
"Mint tea. Grapes. Honey toast."
She gave Rin a wry smile.
"Do you have any of that?"

Rin looked uncertain hearing Sasha's list before suddenly perking up, "I can hound some of that - but for now I've got a lot of mint chocolate, would that help?"

Sasha wrinkled her nose in a grin.

Rin suddenly but hesitantly started to get up from her freshly warmed spot on Sasha's bed to try and approach the cart and fiddle around in search of something.

Sasha quietly watched Rin with an interested look on her face, a ghost of a smile flirting with the corners of her lips.

Rin fished out a few full-sized mint aero bars and came over to offer them to Sasha, "Aeros are awesome. I'm not even exaggerating." She flashed a quick, more relaxed smile. Was it her imagination then? Sasha didn't specify... anything at all for her. "Oh... is making tea like making coffee by the way? I've never had to um..." she tapped the palms of her hands together looking playfully uncertain.

Sasha ripped open the Aero, shoving as much as it into her mouth as she could before leaning back onto her pillows with a sigh. Her eyes fluttered closed as she made a pleased sound.
When she finished chewing and swallowed, Sasha peered into the depths of the wrapper as if she'd just been graced with the most amazing thing on the planet.
"Tea is more delicate than coffee. It depends on the type of tea you drink. I prefer a green tea over black. They come in bags or you can drink it loose-leaf."
She waved a hand.
"This chocolate is amazing. The next time portals open I'm buying honey, tea and mountains of chocolate. And grapes - and real cheese."

"God your tastes are so refined they make mine sound like I eat peoples garbage," Rin sounded incredibly amused, "But right. I think I can figure out the tea and the other stuff. I'll - I'll be RIGHT back okay? Don't go - I mean... uh... right!" and Rin suddenly hauled a** out of the room.

Sasha watched Rin leave with a curious look on her face.
She wasn't going anywhere, that much was certain.

It may have taken Rin a bit too long to figure out tea but eventually she did enough to bring that along with grapes and toast covered in honey. She quietly hoped she didn't ******** it up as she returned to Sasha's room and offered it, "How's this?"

"You are amazing," Sasha grunted before she tucked in, dipping the toast in the tea before carefully eating it. "Where did you find all of this? I haven't seen grapes in.. forever, really."

Rin flushed a bit, "Thanks I uh.. people ignore the crisper mostly but Leon I think keeps stocking it in hopes... poor guy though can't get anything considered even remotely healthy I bet due to downed portals..." Rin drew a subtle little satisfaction out of dwindling the healthier food sources.
Rin fell silent as she watched Sasha eat more feverishly. She was tempted to steal that spot on Sasha's bed again and hovered around the general vicinity of it.
