Rep took the ukulele with a predatory smile, holding out the bottles to take as soon as it was secured. "Aye man. It'll be here for you when you get the replacement booze." He didn't think he'd replace it, it was like working with junkies, always get collateral or you'd never see a return.
"Enjoy your oblivion." he purred.

"Th-thank you," Jerry smiled weakly, juggling the bottles, although his eyes remained on the ukulele. "Just... store her where she won't get... get damp and... um. As soon as portals are open I'll make this up to you, alright?" He checked the inventory, "You said one of those little bottles too."

"I'll keep it where I keep my other important s**t, it won't come to harm." He hadn't smashed up Sasha's flute when he had the chance, he had no reason to damage the instrument while Jerry sorted out getting him his repayment.
"Oh! Right. Aye. Sorry." he turned to unlock the door behind him, trying to close it behind him as he slipped inside to conceal what lay within, but as he headed in with the ukulele it slid just slightly ajar, giving a glimpse of what appeared to be a store room piled high with items of all shapes and sizes Rep apparently had picked up like a kleptomaniac from common areas, along with, what appeared to be quite a lot of knitted goods.
He returned without the instrument, but with the promised miniature. He locked the door and held it out. "Here. Don't do anything too stupid."

Jerry couldn't help his curiosity, hovering a bit to peer at what sort of conditions his poor uke would be in when he caught sight of.... yarn? The door was shut again too quickly to see for sure, and he straightened with a weak smile, "Hopefully they'll be open again soon. Or I can... make other arrangements. Er... preparing for a storm in there?" It was certainly more crowded than it had been the last time he had gone in there.

Rep nodded. "The sooner they open up again the better, I'm running out of like, important s**t. No ******** whipped cream left for my hot chocolate or anything."
At the question about his room he cleared his throat. "Just some stuff I picked up here and there. It's quiet for bass practice and s**t." The truth was he just liked to have stuff, as much as possible, that it made him feel safe, grounded. It was important.
"But aye, if you want like, mugs, random clothes and s**t, I guess I'm your guy for that too."

Jerry brightened up immediately, his eyes lighting with some sort of previously squelched hope, "So you're learning the bass??"

Rep rolled his eyes. "Aye. Like I said, it's boring as s**t here, sometimes its good to just like. Make a lot of ******** noise now and then. I like how deep it is. Like this thrum you can feel right here. " he patted his chest, before frowning and wavin a hand dismissively, embarrassed he'd been caught out in actually investing effort in something he'd sworn he couldn't give a damn about. "I'm no ******** good at it though."

"Y-yeah... yeah! Bass is all about the rhythm, man, just keep at it. The chords come naturally after a while, just take it slow at first!" He juggled the bottles around, tucking one in each coat pocket and the third under his arm so he could uncap the mini and take a small sip. "Repetition, repetition, it's like... muscle training. Your hands remember the motions and you won't even have to think about it any more."

"Aye. I guess." he tried to sound more dismissive about it than he was, practice at this point was part of his daily routine as much as training and keeping Tracey happy with knitting, it passed the time. "It's just something I like, do I guess. When I'm bored. Free instrument, I might as well use it."
