"Dude, yeah sharing." Sha pouted "And the horses can't eat my castle! I'm pretending the grass is part of the castle and not actually grass! It's there for esthetics!" He looked at his pile of sand. "Or it will be when I'm done."

"But what if a wild horse sows up? I mean then your cassle would be eated aaalll up, because you used grass. You sould juss use sand and metal and flowers and pretty tings to make de prettiest cassle!!" Nikki suddenly flashed her eyes very wide, and mouth agape, "Oh no I forgot to make my own!!!!!!!" Suddenly she scrambled away from Sha and Altair's castles, and began making her own pile of sand to slowly form into a castle...

"Oh okay." She seemed to take Sha's explanation perfectly well... at least better than Nikki. "But what if its preten' wood insteadda grass! An' don' horses eat flowers too...?"

"I dun know anything about horses. Other then they're not allowed to eat my castle." Sha said while wishing that Trae would stop moping around and come down here to provide some water to make the sand sculpting easier. "Poo. I keep forgetting how hard working with dry sand is."

"I just can never get it to saaay aaah," She joined Sha in complaining about dry sand, pouting a little, "Why can I not do anything fun besides dose flowers I mean being able to splash people wid water!!! Dat would be de mooooos fun thing sometimes!!!!" She kept making a pile, and then began trying to shovel some out... which then collapsed to stay a pile, instead of a castle. Her hair became a firey red now, and she glared at it, proceeding to try to sculpt small towers defiantly.

Well luckily for Blake, the other pink haired boy didn't seem to notice the fact that Blake was inside the slide, clinging desperately to the sides. On the unfortunate side he was having trouble keeping himself well hidden without going slipping down the slide due to the weight of his backpack. He mentally kicked himself for doing something so stupid, he was pretty much trapped into making a fool out of himself no matter what now. Invisibility powers sure would be useful right about now, he thought to himself.
Slowly Blake began pulling himself up out of the slide, his skin making loud squeaking noises and it dragged along the plastic of the slide. He winced at that and grumbled slightly under his breath before shooting a glance towards Trae. The look in his eyes was defensive, almost challenging, like he dared Trae to call him out on his ridiculousness.

Trae startled at the noises coming from the slide his hair started to shift and drift a bit in reaction. What ... it sounded like someone was climbing up the slide but he hadn't seen anyone coming towards the tower. Trae looked towards the slide only to be confronted with the challenging eyes of another boy who was almost as pink as he was. Almost purple really.
"You startled me." He said then winced at how obvious that sounded. Maybe he should just go inside.

Blake visibly relaxed a bit when Trae didn't laugh at him. He finished pulling himself out with a final push and crawled over towards the wall.
"I was...um..." Blake's mind raced trying to think of why any sane person would have been in the slide. He dropped his gaze to the floor of the tower as he pulled his backpack back off, laying it down with a soft thud. "Yeah. I'm Blake." He blurted out. Maybe if he changed the subject entirely it would be fine.

"Trae." He introduced himself, idly running fingers through his hair to calm it down so it wasn't all set to sting anyone. "Are you avoiding idiots too?"
It seemed like a legitimate guess, Sha and the two girls were being loud in the sandbox and this guy was up here away from everyone. He'd probably been here all along. Trae didn't blame him at all, pink antisocial boys had to have each other's backs, even if they had just met.

"Papa said there's a lake 'roun' here." Altair blinked a few times, not at all bothered by Nikole's changing hair... she'd seen a lot of that around her house. She points over to Deskri, who by that time was actually watching them.
"But I didn' bring a bathin' suit..."

"Maybe we can get him to bring us some water so the sand will stick?" Sha suggested hopefully, he didn't really want to bother Trae too much, he knew that Trae integrated better slowly. "Do you think he'd be willing to do that?"

Nikki stuck out her tongue, defiantly standing in the sand, "We don need any sinkin adult!!!!! I will go an' get water from this lake!!!!!!!" Nikki then proceeded to stamp her way out of the playground, only to turn back around half way, "...Do we have anytin to hold water in...?"

"Papa sayd i'ss not safe to go alone!" Altair pushed herself up to her feet and brushed the sand off of her shorts. "Papa will get us some if I ask." She toddled over to Deskri, stopping just in front of him.
"Papa we need some water fer the sand okay?" Altair papped his knees a few times.
"Why? The sand's just fine as it is, and you'll get so much more dirty if you put water in there..."
"Pleeeeeeeeese Papa?"

Sha wandered over after Altair. "Please? We want to make castles and without water the sand doesn't stick." He offered a friendly grin in the adult's direction. "And we're not going to lob it at each other, so she probably won't get too dirty." He hoped that this adult wasn't as much of a stick in the mud as his expression was threatening. That would suck. Then he really would have to go bother Trae.

Nikki was the last one over, and pouted as she stood behind Sha, cheeks puffed out in annoyance over them being too chicken to help her fetch the water themselves. She was fully disappointed that they would give up a chance at ADVENTURES!!!!! to take an easy way out. Really if she had a bucket of some sort she'd just do it herself!!!!!!! She could... sort of swim. She'd be fine! But no... of course not...
