It looked like the ice was getting weak again. Sentry had no room to take chances, so she fired another Ice Beam to try and freeze it solid again.

Mephistopheles broke free and immeditely sent a lance of darkness at the bidoof, cleaving through the ice to hit dead center.

Sentry collapsed to the ground, completely worn out.
Once Lyle saw his pokemon had fainted, he pulled out her pokeball and recalled her. "Great job!" he called to the victorious Duskull. "Good luck with the rest of your battles!" Then he headed out to get his pokemon healed. And probably get her a treat of some sort, for a battle well fought.
