Lan: Yes, it was the smallest of things but, he did smile-it was... handsome.
As for what I miss... I miss the routines, the traditions, the formality in how business was conducted and how we went about our duties- I feel we have lost much of that since becoming the 'lost clans'.

Marcus: Yes and no. Yes, because then I'd never be bonded to Dis, but No, because then Dis might have ended up with someone... mentally weaker. And he's not exactly a safe weapon.

Lan: Well an Orchid, if that wasn't obvious. Delicate and beautiful they are rare o bloom if just for a short while. Really, the most refined flower. As for beaches? I enjoy them. What do you mean 'if I had knowledge?' I was taught by the best tutors- I would kill on of those religious figures that the humans worship. Their hope gone I'd like to see them rely on their god alone.

Clan is... difficult. I would say death, if only because I respect their structure. However i dislike the lack of the ability to move up as it were.
