Normally Sakura would have ushered the guests to come and have tea for a while before doing anything else, but since she was just as eager to spar, Sakura skipped the pleasantries and led the way to to dojo, careful to avoid wandering nin and civillians, unlike her mad rush to the gates from before. She also had to be careful not to lose Amaya within the throng because frankly, she looked more like an Uchiha than she herself did, with the black hair and eyes and clothes, and everything, really. Slightly peeved with that news, Sakura 'hn'ed, but the corner of her lips were raised regardless, because of the uncanny similarities. Seriously, Amaya should have been born an Uchiha if she was selected for her looks. She blended in perfectly, if anything, she thought as she glanced at her academy friend.
Strolling through the gardens and walking along the civilian sector of the Compound, they slowly walked over to where the dojo was situated. Among the residents here, some waved to the duo, and Sakura waved back, her bright pink hair like a becon of light in the midst of the wave of black. "Yare yare... Amaya-chan, I swear you look more like an Uchiha than I do!" she joked playfully, as one of the civilians waved to Amaya as well. "I think they already like you!" she commented as they reached the small dojo room that she had been occupying before she had ran out. This room was a bit to small for sparring, but they could get ready and prepare for the spar before going out in the open. This would be really fun. She had enjoyed the spar with Shiro and Pakku earlier that morning, regardless of the results, and this was yet another spar that was waiting for her. Although now this was a one on one, the basics were still the same. Obviously, both would try their best to win. That was the whole point of the spar anyway. Just enough to make sure to tell who the winner was, right?

It was odd to see the Uchiha in their “natural habitat”. They were much friendlier within their walls than they were on the outside. Normally there was a threatening stoicism about them, but not here. No, now they were all happy and smiles.
Yare yare…Amaya-chan, I swear you look more like an Uchiha than I do!
Amaya’s smile grew slightly with both amusement and contentment. Not only had Sakura referred to her as “chan”, but it also seemed as if both children had the same thoughts going through there mind.
I think they already like you!
The small child waved back in reply. It was nice to be so readily accepted, even if it was for her appearance.
Ah, her appearance; Amaya’s point of dissatisfaction. Though she would never admit it, the child held no fondness for her appearance. She was too short. Her hair was dull. Her eyes looked like they were constantly watery. Her fingers were too long. She looked too frail. The child could go on and on about how her nose was turned up too high and how her cheek bones weren’t well enough defined. Then again, that was the life of a child living amongst adult women. She didn’t get to see that adorable stage in children her size, the point she was at. The child didn’t get to watch the awkward puberty stage that terrorized most adolescent females. No, all she was presented with were the perfectly formed women of adulthood. The ones who had grown accustomed to themselves and had the air of grace and confidence. Perhaps the Academy and being around people her own age could teach her otherwise.
What would happen if the child posed as an Uchiha for a day? Sakura’s cousin from another village. Now wouldn’t that be hilarious! Then again, the wrath of the Uchiha clan was legendary for reason.
Amaya followed her companion into the small dojo. While it was a fitting size for the tiny Keiji girl, it did seem like it would be a bit bothersome for someone Sakura’s size. Not to say that Sakura was large; no, she was simply a “normal” size. Okay, Sakura was only three inches taller, but it counted for a lot at that age!
Being the guest and not being sure what to do, Amaya decided to stay quiet about their training. She just wasn’t used to all of this.
”If we’re not careful, Sakura-chan, people will start thinking you’re the visitor and not me.”
Amaya smiled at the girl, making sure that she knew it was a joke.

Sakura smiled as she saw her friend getting more comfortable with the people in the compound. She seemd right at home, quite literally with all the Uchihas, and Amaya looked as if she felt content. Glad that her friend was so accepting, Sakura smiled and entered the dojo, and into one of the small rooms where she had been occupying before. Motioning for Amaya to get herself comfortable and look around outside as well, Sakura tied her hair back in a high ponytail with a hairband and readied herself for the upcoming spar. Meanwhile, Amaya had stayed silent, as if she wasn't too sure about what to do. It was possible that the uncertainty was because of the fact that she was a guest, but Amaya's words changed her thoughts as she heard her joke.
"If we're not careful, Sakura-chan, people will start thinking you're the visitor and not me."
Sakura giggled good naturedly as she turned to face her friend and stick her toungue out at her playfully. Instantly changing her face into one of mock seriosity, she spoke in an exaggerated voice. "I will make sure that that sort of tragedy never happens Amaya-chan, even if I have to bleach your hair white as the untouched snow! Oh, the things I do for my friends." she lamented, breaking out into a fit of giggles a few seconds later. Amaya's face was just too funny! It was just like that time where Shiro had been starting at her like she was crazy when she laughed at him while perched on top of the stone wall.
Remembering that she was inside a public place, she stiffled her laughter and wiped her eyes, stepping outside but still smiling nonetheless as she explained. "If you have anything you don't need, you can leave your stuff in here for now." she said as she motioned to the nearly empty room with her hand. "Let's go find a place to spar outside. We're not allowed to do any spars with ninjutsu inside the walls, since we tend to burn everything down with Katons. Last time that happened, the duo had to clean the public bathrooms for a month and fix the dojo with their own pay." she said, shivering at the thought. "I doubt it'll matter since we're only going to use taijutsu or Academy level jutsu if at all, but it's just a precaution." she said as she found an empty lot outside and took the spot for themselves.
"This looks like a good spot, hm? So how should we do this? A full taijutsu spar? I'd use weapons, but the only thing I have right now is a tessen, and frankly, I'm not really good at it either." she said, shrugging as she glanced at her partner to see what she thought.
This spar is off limits until I level up. emotion_awesome
Why? Because I just realized you can spam me with two attacks now. emotion_donotwant

Sakura’s giggle was reassuring. It told Amaya that she was doing well enough at this whole talking to people thing.
I will make sure that sort of tragedy never happens, Amaya-chan, even if I have to bleach your hair as white as the untouched snow! Oh, the things I do for my friends.
This time it was Amaya’s turn to giggle.
”Sakura-chan, while I do appreciate the sentiment, I think the untouched snow would look better on the ground then on my head.”
The black haired girl’s smile remained firmly in place as she watched Sakura stifling her laughter. Amaya was going to a have to work hard to remember that she was in a public place and that there were certain manners that she was going to have to keep note of while at the Uchiha compound if she wanted to fend off disapproving glances.

Amaya wasn’t really carrying much of anything, but there had to be something that she didn’t need. Without putting much thought to what they were doing, the child took off her jacket in the sweltering heat and placed it off to the side, revealing her bow tied tank top. It was loose on her miniscule form and it was smooth to the touch, almost liquid in nature. It helped the Keiji girl keep her temperature in check during the hot months while her jacket kept her warm in the cooler months.
With her sleeves discarded, Amaya followed Sakura out of the room.

Amaya closely followed Sakura to her chosen spot, surveying it as the slightly older girl talked.

The girl allowed her smile to grow and met her companion’s gaze so that she would know that the black haired girl was stating a fact, not issuing a threat.
”This place would be perfect for a taijutsu spar. I really think we should just get right into it, don’t you think?”
Cleric Saphire Gah! You should have mentioned that you were waiting on me! I hope you don’t mind that I updated Amaya’s stats for her level up. Also, I’m going to go on ahead and do my initiative check so that we can get rolling! Whoo! Less talk, more action! Grawr!

It looked good on her, as if it was made for her friend in the first place, even.
Sakura nodded to the black haired friend of hers and decided that she was right. Taking the initiative, Sakura jumped back and kept a fair distance from the friend turned opponent for the short duration of the spar, reminding herself to tone things down in case it got rough. She difinitely didn't want another Chisana incident.
"Ready or not, here I come!" she told her as she rushed in and aimed a low sweeping kick at her friend, with a following punch.

attack roll (Bah, I've half forgotten how to spar... You'll have to coach me through this.. and would you be a dear and tell me how to calculate the first two attacks and dodge things??xD Oh and Love, do you think my font and color are bad? Do you think I should consider changing them? :/) Post when you can and I shall reply on Sunday my time <3 I hope I can catch you then!
