Serenity TreadwellSerenity pulled out the chair and sat down. She had turned to thank the dark skinned elf when he shot up. He marched over to a group of student and yelled at him, then left. She was left speechless. Her eyes wondered around the room and noticed a new boy walking in. At the table sat two elves, one male, one female, another, who she quickly learned was a mere spirit, and a pale man with blood red eyes. A chill ran down her spine. A strange feeling rushed over her. The gaze was broken when a wolf came back through the window. "That must have been what I saw earlier. Though, he's different somehow."She mumbled herself. A brownie brought her a goblet and filled it with some unknown liquid. The red eyed man spoke again greeting the new comers to the table. She raised her glass as well and drank from it. The elf boy spoke. His name was Jay. Her eyes caught the mark on his neck. "I don't mean to intrude, but how did you get that mark?"

"Maybe you should head back. you haven't eaten at all today. I worry about you." The wolf said to Illidan. He let out a sigh and stood up. "Fine,I'll go rejoin those nobodies." he said. Although he was only half Dark elf,the Dark elf ego stood with him. Like many, he was a Dark elf who only care for others if they themselves were a dark elf,other than that he bad mouths other races. He re entered the dining hall and sat at a table way in the back,so he didn't have to deal with the others. He took his glaives,which were the crests on his back and hip,and placed them on the table,and awaited service,as demonic and magic energy flown through his tattoos and behind his blindfold. So he sat with his blind eyes facing the crowd in front of him.

Vlad smiled at Jay and did his best to make it a friendly gesture despite his fangs.
"I am Nosferatu, a vampire Jay. I assume you are an elf, yes? Please do not be alarmed. I know how your kind view those who are the undead," he smiles in Serenas direction and nods before turning back to face Jay again. "I assure you I never feed upon... friends."
Hearing Serenity ask her question he nods,"Yes, it looks like quite a fierce badge. You should be proud of it, my friend. If there is a story to go with it we would be honored to hear it."

"W-Well, it happened when I was five, my parents were doing their usual. Then one day a warrior came and told my parents that the war was happening; My mother stayed, and my father went out their. Then at a late night we heard a break from the front door, It was a long, furry, White as the full moon, wolf. It was bigger than the door, I was frightened. My mother battle the creature, But my mom... my mom.. my mom had lost her life for me. I'd grabbed her wepeon and smacked the wolf and broke his jaw. The wolf growled and I'd hit it again screaming 'DIE YOU EVIL WOLFY' I'd kept on hitting him and well, he looked at me. He slashed his claws at my face, but barely missed. I'd hitted him in the head and then it died. I looked at my mother, I tried to wake her up but she opened her eyes and said 'I love you, take care of..'. She closed her eyes I'd did all of the bad things, she wouldn't get up. I'd cried that night. My father came home the next day, They won the war. I'd told dad that mom had her battle with the beast. He looked at her and cried, I'd went to him and cried with him too. That was the day my whole life changed." He said looking at them. "T-thats it." he said. He took a drink of the stuff in the goblet. "P-Please excuse me." He gotten up and left the room. He started to run and find the bathroom.

Illidan still remained seated in the back of all of the others in the room. He kept his blind eyes fixed on voices around him,so that he will be able to analyze them incase one were to come up to him. So he sat in silence and ate,all while he used his ears to listen to the voices around him.

Jay Spearow He runs back to the room. "Sorry everyone-" He looks a thingy at the end of the table. "W-W-who are you? And how do you eat so fast? he said looking straight at him. "And How do you have that scarf thingy on your eyes? Your blind are you? I've been in healing classes and I know how to fix the blind from just them." He said in a nice, helpful smile.

Illidan lifted his blind eyes towards the elf. "One cannot heal the blindness in my eyes of which was caused by magic and my preminition ability. I can only live with it." He said to the other elf. "As for this cloth,it what keeps my magic energies in check,otherwise many would be drained of their magic." he added in. He then offered a seat to the other elf. "As for my name,it's Illidan." he added in,taking a sip from his cup. "Why so rash in trying to heal me?"

Gus HowlerHe yawns as he seemed to be a little dazey from the sudden rage coming from the previous transformation. He stared outside the window the moon just highlighing over the ground he climbed up on a seat towards the table. " Sorry Instincts you know. I cannot kinda change back to human till morning but obviously my speech comes back a bit early.."A fairy pops a bone on a plate and he takes it in his mouth and begins devouring it.

Vlad listens intently to Jays tale.
"I see. That is a good story. You must be very proud of the courage of your mother and father. That mark should always remind you that you have that same courageous blood within you as well. Survival in this cruel world takes a fierceness of heart."
He raises his glass.
"To the courage of parents."
Seeing Gus return to the table he smiles.
"Welcome back, Gus. There is nothing to appologise for. I hope you had a good time out there. I was almost tempted to join you myself. Perhaps another night."
He makes introductions for everyone to Gus.
Looking at Illidan he smiles and says,
"I am afraid I haven't caught your name yet, sir...?"

Serena Bluewings  Serena was eating silently when others talking. She was smiling at Madeline's shyness. She thought Madeline were cute like that. At least you're not half something who make you couldn't be a part of anything, she thought sadly. "I think you're good and adorable from the way you are." She was smiling at Madeline to assure her about what she said. What?!? 'Can only speaking to myself' he said? I almost always hear about what he did, what should he do, what kind of problem caught him and many other things whenever when met in the past. She was raising an eyebrow at him, annoyed. She was smiling at another girl who just sat on their table. She was rolling her eyes when heard what Vlad said to assure the elf guy named Jayand looking at her. I think they should be alarmed at you not only because you're a vampireShe was listening Jay's story silently. That's a sad story. At time like this, she was eally glad that both of her parents still alive even if sometimes she didn't meet her father until years. She nodded at him when he excuse himself then came back after a while. He turned her head when felt a creature came over then realized it was a werewolf. "Well, yeah. Instinct's hard to changed"When she saw Vlad drank from his goblet, she whispered to him. "Btw, my father laugh when he read stoker's story. Do you know why?"

Serenity TreadwellJay told his story. The table was silent. She felt bad for asking now. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have asked. "Her voice nearly a whisper. Tears were in her eyes. He had left and later on come back. This time he sat beside the dark elf that had left earlier then come back as well. A wolf came through a nearby window and Vlad introduced him as Gus. Gus made a comment about his instincts. "Its understandable. There are times I can't help it either. The thrill of the wind beneath your wings or running through the trees, the moon high above you."It hit her that no one probably had an idea what she was. She looked enough like a human. "Sorry, I should have mentioned this earlier. I'm a shape shifter."

Vlad was having a good time enjoying the 'company' of others. Something he had precious little of over the many, many years. As he was about to sip he hears Serena ask her question of him and sighs.
'She never stops trying to push more out of me. But then I do suppose it is one of the things I like about her is that she never surrenders.' He thinks to himself and inwardly chuckles. 'Like myself, eh? Best to let her have it then. Just a little bit.'
Vlad glances over the rim of his goblet at Serena and drinks before replying.
"I wouldn't pretend to know what a semi-devine entity would or wouldn't find amusing. If I had to guess, I would say it was the 'hunt' itself he found amussing. But do pray tell... what did the Erlking find amusing in that insipid piece of libelous trash? The hunt? My 'fall' at the end? The good doctor? The Harkers? The american perhaps? Renfield?"
Vlads smiles but his eyes glow a little giving way to the color of his emotions.
"My voyage on the ship? The portrayal of my home? Perhaps the he laughed that I thought I might love again? Or to try to become a part of society that I had been forced to leave behind so long ago?"
He gulps down what is left in his goblet and then it crumples in his hand as he unthinkingly crushes it as his voice grows louder. The lights around him grow dim and shadows gather and deepen. Standing up from his seat his hair and clothes billow as if a dark wind blew just for him. His eyes now are abnormal and unblinking with a kind of awful power and the madness it brings. His voice rises and sounds tortured, arrogant, sardonic, malevolent and boiling with madness all at the same time. .
"Did he laugh that I had become bored? lonely? isolated? After so very many, many years?! That I wanted more out of eternity then bleak empty years?! Please, do tell!"
Vlad realises that he had been on the verge of yelling. He looks down at the crushed goblet, twisted as if it had been nothing more than paper.
'Too much, too close and almost too far.' He thinks 'You really are a petulant child now if you let it bother you like this. Show some control and do not open that 'gate' now.'
In the blink of an eye everything is back the way it was except for the goblet. Vlad stands and sets it upon the table. That smile plastered back on his face. His voice back to it's normal tone again.
"Excuse me. I do appologise, everyone. I think I am unwell. I shall take a walk about the school in the night air and see if it restores me. Please forgive the outburst and contiue to have a good time. If my condition improves I may rejoin you."
He walks around the table until he is standing behind Serenas chair where he pauses and says quietly,
"Perhaps he found it amusing that I, who had willingly sacrificed everything to protect what was dear to me only to have it all ripped away from me, could be portrayed as having regreted some of those choices so many years later. Perhaps he laughed at the child, the human, I once was and how I threw it all away to be an immortal of blood, hunger, pain, terror, darkness and the hunt much like himself?"
He very gently placed a hand on Serenas shoulder and smiled warmly and tenderly.
"Who can say? Please accept my appologies and tell your father for me that I am glad he enjoyed it when next you see him."
Walking toward the door with his back to the table he gestures up with his arm, his hand open, and the bottle of blood flies from the table to his hand to be caught as he exits.

Illidan spat at the word,'parents', ever since he was cursed to become a demon,his parents and other relatives tried killing him. "Distastsful conversation." He muttered out then he turned to face his table. "I bet all of you are proud of your parents,because they didn't try to kill you." he said aloud for others to hear him. He slouched in his chair and ignored everyone else for the rest of the time being.

Serena Bluewings Serena flinched when she heard the words coming from the vampire. She dislike the way Vlad called his father. She was looking at the guy, stunned. She breathed few deep breath trying to control herself. But she shocked, seeing the black haired man's eyes. It was something new from her. She know him from the past when he was still a human and it upset her when he changed entirely. She saw him mad at the past but never as deep as it's now. Indeed she want to make him felt annoyed since he always annoy her but she never intended to make him mad. It make her sad and hurt to see him mad like that. She's kind of mad at her self because no matter how upset she was to him, she never plan to hurt him. When she saw the shadow deepen around them, she gasped. But she also upset at what he said as if he was alone, and command her to tell why her father laugh as if she know it. She hate it because it make her think that he thought she hurt him intentionally. She frowned when felt his cold hand touch her shoulder, not because of the coldness but more because of the shock. I'm the one who make him angry. I hurt him. No, it's all his fault to changed like that and dissapeared like that without any word. But still I'm hurt him right now. When she saw he left, she stood up, curtsy at the other on the table without lift her head then run away towards as fast as she can.She was walking between the trees in the school yard, searching for a secluded place to be alone. She walked deeper until find a lake. She sat on a large stone, tears of sadness and madness run on her cheeks. She need to release her negative emotion if she doesn't want to regtret many things more later. She took white pearl colored flute from her bag and began to play it. It was full of sadness, anger, and sorrow.
