He landed back a few feet continuing his handseals preparing for his attack. Before he could get it out Shinzu had already taken flight and was sending a flurry of kicks into the snakes face. "Watch out!" he said as he finished his handseals and placed his hands to his mouth before taking a deep breath and exhaling a mass of flames that turned into giant fireball. "Katon: Goukakyu no Jutsu," said Gennosuke as the ball hurdled towards the snake. As the fireball flew Gennosuke started another set of handseals to attack again if this fireball had hit.

The Snake realed as it's head was kicked and then helldropped into the dirt, followed by a fireball to it's side. Now it was truely pissed at the two Chuunin. Realing back for a moment it launched two attacks at Shinzu, but on the third seemingly attack it jsut missed Shinzu. Instead of trying to bite him again, it wrapped itself around Shinzu, slowly squeezing the young Chuunin.
Reflex Save: Roll (2) + Rex (10) = 12 Fail to dodge
Shinzu: Roll (9) + MAB (27) = 36 Hit
Shinzu: Roll (5) + MAB (22) = 27 Hit
Shinzu: Roll (16) + MAB (17) = 33 Hit
(Ok Hade roll damage for the snake)

TADѳɗɢє βѳɳus: 16❆ ╚════════╝ ❆The snake was definitely fast. Before he knew it it had wrapped itself around Shinzu attempting to squeeze the life out of him. Gennosuke managed to hit it with a fireball, which was pretty awesome he had to admit. He gripped his blade and swung twice at it. He managed to give it a decent cut the first time, but the second strike wasn't so lucky. "Let's hurry up and kill this thing. It gives me the creeps," eh said as he jumped back to give himself some distance from the snake.

Shinzu bounced back as the snake lunged at him, barely dodging a fireball sent by Hade, but not the fangs of the snake. Shinzu gasped as a large tooth sunk into his leg, and then disappeared mere moments later. Seconds after that the snake attacked again, but it was a fake! Instead of biting him a second time, it wrapped itself around him. "Ahh!" He yelled as it constricted itself around him. Luckily he could still use his fist, raising it and slamming it down on the snake repeatedly. "Gen! I-I swear if you hit me with that fireball!" He yelled as he slammed his fist down on the snake two more times.
Reflex: Roll (17) + Rex (15) = 32 Dodged Fireball
Taijutsu: Roll (7) + MAB (23) + Tai (6) - 6 = 30 vs 21 Hit

He continued his handseals as the snake began its assault on his teammate. "Katon: Goukakyu no Jutsu," said Gennosuke before sending out another fireball at the snake hoping it would kill it and release Shinzu. He was sure he would have to heal Shinzu afterward with the snake focusing its attacks on him.

Luckily as the Snake died it coiled up, just enough to shield him, but not hard enough to outright squeeze him to death.

Shinzu's eyes widened greatly as the snake coiled up closer, and Gennosuke launched another fireball. "Gen!" He yelled out, before suddenly sliding down lower into the snake's hold. Amazingly it's muscled tightened up enough to coil around him, then loosened to allow him to slide down. His headband wasn't so lucky though, with much of the after fringes being burnt off. After the fireball subsided Shinzu climbed out of the top of the coil with sickening sound. "Are you crazy, you could've killed me!" He yelled as he helf up the fringes of his headband with a death glare. As he slid down the the snake he noticed something on it's head. "Huh? Is that a number?" Shinzu said as he walked over to the head of the snake. Imprinted on it's head was the number 23. "Hey guys come look at this."
Awareness: Roll (20) + Aware (12) = Nat 20

TADѳɗɢє βѳɳus: 16❆ ╚════════╝ ❆Tenshi stood back as the snake fell over after Gennoskue's second attack of fireballs. Hm, he's pretty good. Thank the spirits this thing is dead before it decided to eat any of us. Tenshi walked over to the body warily when Shinzu called them over. He pointed to the snake's head and noticed the number. "Sure looks like it to me. I really hope that doesn't mean we have twenty-two more snakes to kill," he said with a shudder. "You think this one's the culprit?" He didn't see any scales or skin left behind to match it with this serpent. He kept his eyes on the head. Snakes were sneaky creatures and would lunge at you at a moments notice. He needed a bit more convincing before he would say it was dead.
